「珠記」屹立鴨脷洲市政大樓多年,只做晚市生意,提供各式小炒及海鮮美食。週日晚 walk-in 造訪,全場滿座,需排隊輪候。或許生意太好,店員對正在輪候的食客基本上不太理睬。入座後仍需保持耐性,接受無人招呼理睬的情況。單是執枱點菜小編前後也等了超過 15 分鐘。各式海鮮可到近廚房位置的發泡膠箱揀取,數量有限,售完即止。小編點了一客「蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子」及「油鹽焗羔蟹」。蟶子中等體型,口感彈爽;羔蟹蟹羔甘香,蟹肉豐盛甜美,難怪有多枱點選細味。「粟米魚肚羹」魚肚雖多但乏味。此湯羹的評價只屬普通。「椒鹽九肚魚」酥脆不膩口,佐酒一流。「粟米班腩」用上連皮的真斑腩,「走油」後份外惹味,食感實在。「蝦仁炒蛋」滑蛋炒得非常嫩滑,富蛋汁,效果比預期佳。「魚球豆腐煲」無乜特別。「清炒菜心」選材老身乏甜,不好吃。小編對「珠記」的海鮮評價正面,個別小炒亦覺好吃。不過,小編同時對店員的態度實在不敢苟同,大家要有心理準備及耐性才好前來。

珠記唔會再去,问你下單時黑口黑面,慘過你埋單時唔夠錢要記數咁嘅様😨😨😨講D自來海鮮要点煑:花竹虾要求去腸 (廚房唔得闲做,最終是沒有去腸的)豉椒蟶子米粉/烏冬唔做!!鮑魚只有黑椒或果皮蒸,其他方法一律欠奉;蒜蓉扇背粉絲蒸到過火老哂!咁嘅服務態度加上咁就收80斤起加工費,全港只有佢咯!埋單時將單只有數字一堆和一個总數,根本無從得知邊樣打邊樣, 睇到O哂嘴啦。海鮮質素点好都俾D咁嘅煑工和服務態度大打折扣- - -, 相信都唔會再返轉頭啦😨😱😱

豆腐魚雲湯 - 魚雲有好幾嚿,配豆腐魚湯,味道家常溫暖


薑汁芥蘭 - 薑味濃郁同芥蘭係最佳拍檔


金銀蛋莧菜 - 零失敗嘅菜式,幾時食都好好味!

其實珠記除咗加工海鮮外,自家啲小菜都好好味,例如椒鹽鮮魷、生炒骨呢類小菜,有鑊氣而且價錢唔貴,值得推介!

呢度必試既一定係炸鮑魚!
好香口好好食,d鮑魚又勁大隻
仲有個豉油雞夠哂入味,d肉又滑!
嗌左11個餸,仲有海鮮,埋單先1800蚊左右
好抵食!
最好係自備酒水唔會另外收費

今晚约咗成班舊同事食飯,因為佢地係香港仔黃竹坑工作,所以選擇咗方便佢地嘅鴨利洲街市二樓嘅珠記海鮮飯店,因為要等齊人先点菜,所以飲住啤酒先,藍妹係大部份人嘅愛好,終於等齊人啦,睇完歺牌叫咗: 一個白均蝦,干葱抄蟹,清烝海上鮮,沙爹牛肉粉絲煲,紅燒乳鴿,白均蝦味道鮮甜,魚都蒸得唔錯,好滑,乳鴿都好香,最差都係嗰牛肉粉絲煲,汁太多,终結都還可以,希望下次來食嘅時候,會有進步。

鴨脷洲自從南港島線通車後,由以前交通不便一下子變成觸手可及。今日喺鴨脷洲大街附近做嘢,到咗晚上八點,街上餐廳唔多亦唔太吸引,就走去市政大樓搵食。以熟食中心嚟講,呢度比較的骰,得六個鋪位。見到珠記都唔少人幫襯,即管試下。隨便叫咗幾味海鮮,加大啤一支。潮式蠔餅,煎得脆口,蠔仔大粒而且軟滑無渣。蛋香比蠔味重,係大路嘅味道。椒鹽鮮魷,魷魚新鮮有彈性,切得夠厚所以有咬口。粉漿上得均衡。蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子,肉質嫩滑,火候剛好。

雖然住喺附近,但係平時比較少嚟街市食飯,有親戚嚟到呢邊,諗住帶佢地嚟街市食餐飯,一共7個大人,3個小朋友。搵朋友訂咗枱,訂咗一條魚同兩隻蟹,條魚比想像中細好多,好細條,最多夠4個人食,呢餐食得唔飽,都食咗超過一千六百蚊,賣單又唔直接比單我地,淨係直接比銀碼我地,所以都唔知條魚同d蟹收幾錢, 但係我哋約略計算過,佢起碼收左我地7百蚊,真係好海鮮價。同埋呢度連最基本嘅豉椒炒蜆都有沙,懷疑冇吐乾淨沙,連續食咗幾隻都有沙,而且啲阿嬸 侍應完全沒有服務態度可言,寧願去酒樓食得舒服啲同仲低食d。呢度連半隻雞都要200蚊,真係仲貴過酒樓,完全冇雞味,又普通,食過一次就算,唔會再來。

今日係星期日,因為珠記不設外賣的關係,所以本來都擔心要等好耐,好彩我地只係兩個人,所以好快就有張細枱坐椒鹽鮮魷上菜的時候連阿姐都忍唔住話:好正一開始見到咁少椒鹽,已經諗緊係咪落錯單呢?因為另外有一個小菜叫:炸鮮魷但當我地咬第一口的時候,即刻明白晒,因為好新鮮呀!根本唔需要落太多調味料,我連跟來的醬汁也沒有點,因為就咁食都已經好好食喇京都排骨沒想到京都骨是用生炒骨的煮法,肉好瘦,最啱怕肥既女士雖然肉好瘦,但又唔會話好乾好鞋,因為無肥肉,我都忍不住一舊一舊咁放晒入口揚州炒飯炒飯比較乾身,不油,都係好啱怕肥既我,但對於比較重口味的朋友來說,可能會喜歡多油的炒飯吧?這餐飯真的好滿足,因為食到新鮮的食物,而廚師亦因爲食材新鮮,不會沿用平常的煮法去破壞食物本來的味道,所以我一定一定會再來呢

上菜的時候連阿姐都忍唔住話:
好正

一開始見到咁少椒鹽,
已經諗緊係咪落錯單呢?
因為另外有一個小菜叫:炸鮮魷
但當我地咬第一口的時候,
即刻明白晒,
因為好新鮮呀!
根本唔需要落太多調味料,
我連跟來的醬汁也沒有點,
因為就咁食都已經好好食喇

炒飯比較乾身,
不油,
都係好啱怕肥既我,
但對於比較重口味的朋友來說,
可能會喜歡多油的炒飯吧?



這餐飯真的好滿足,
因為食到新鮮的食物,
廚師亦因爲食材新鮮,
不會沿用平常的煮法去破壞食物本來的味道,
所以我一定一定會再來呢

好日唔入黎鴨脷洲食飯,心諗大排檔應該都快靚正啦,點知叫四個餸等個幾鐘都上唔齊,叫佢寫菜又唔應又唔理,寫菜好似要求佢咁滯,態度又差,好似你唔叫海鮮佢就采你都儍咁,真係去任何一間大排檔都未試過係咁離譜,以後都唔會再入鴨脷洲食飯!

家鄉小炒

基本上係炒雜碎。腰果好正,家人就鍾意佢d 蝦醬同蝦乾,最估唔到係d 魷魚頭尾,細細條,但好彈牙,好惹味!!!

白粥

無錯,白粥都要寫,家人一直喺珠記都唔會叫飯,而係食粥。無味精,有腐竹,米味,腐竹味都出晒,濃稀適中。一啖接一啖,不自覺就食晒。友人本來覺得無咩特別,但佢話配埋濃味嘅小炒就剛好。

今次最可惜係菜膽雞賣晒,下次一定要預留...6 個人五個餸,都只係$670,真係平靚
