由細個成日食,到而家唔係約咗人對方話想食都唔會去,本身唔去係因為態度差,啲阿姐成日以為自己做得耐,同佢講完落單可以一句聲都唔出,唔知佢落咗單未,特別係成日以為自己可以話晒事嗰個阿姐,唔講以為佢係老闆娘,真係得佢老細喺度嘅時候佢個出品先會好㗎咋,如果佢個老闆又唔係間舖呢就全部都係亂嚟,其他人都唔係好好多,10次落單八次都錯,外賣係次次都錯,錯咗一句唔好意思都冇,淨係係咁話唔關佢事話佢自己係寫啱嘅係廚房錯,作為客人我理得你邊個錯啊,錯就錯㗎啦,其中一個阿姐仲好鍾意屈返人哋轉頭係話個客嗌錯,有一次嗌嘢飲佢落錯單,我明知佢容易落錯單,我仲強調咗兩次我係飲乜嘢啦最後都係嚟錯,然後個阿姐想屈我係我嗌錯啦,之後我企硬我死都唔會要嗰杯嘢同埋堅持係冇嗌錯,跟住喺度講埋啲晦氣說話咩唉咁我飲埋佢啦,真係好癲到最近有次真係迫於無奈要食嘅時候發覺真係難食咗好多啲嘢又縮晒水,真係抵你兩個鋪位變返一個鋪位 continue reading

生記刀削麵既辣真係夠哂地道,每次食完都心思思想再去食,今晚又心癮起去左食。今晚簡簡單單揀左酸菜魚,同干鍋豬三寶。酸菜魚記得要揀左生魚,無骨食落去特別起勁,就算叫左小,個份量都相當多,兩個人食一個鍋都好夠。酸菜魚個湯撈飯食尤其惹味,魚肉又嫩,酸辣適中,食過番尋味真係。 continue reading

今次去嘗嘅餐廳真係一個啱晒平民口味嘅好地方,一坐低就叫咗啲經典菜式,心諗今晚食飽飽先算!首先嚟嚟個「雞扒刀削麵」真係撈一撈就立刻聞到香氣撲鼻,雞扒做得外脆內嫩,夾埋啲香滑帶勁嘅麵條入口,好正!🍜然後轉戰「酸菜魚」,份量幾照顧得到,慷慨得滯~ 酸菜嘅味道就稍為淡咗點,但嗰魚肉真係鮮嫩滑口,同酸菜撈埋一齊食,還係好夾嘅。🐟食完兩大重頭菜,再試吓「香茅豬排刀削麵」。豬排真係好賞心悅目,份量足夠share,不過湯底嘅香茅味就真係鳴鳴無力,下次或者試下牛肉款式會唔會好啲。🐷最後,當日嘅甜品「珍珠奶茶」出場喇!喺呢度飲品整得好出色,個波波又係剛剛好,唔會過硬或者太軟,奶茶味道濃郁得黎唔會太甜膩,正!💯 總括嚟講,呢間嘅刀削麵同埋配菜都保持咗一個好平易近人又樸實無華嘅風格,食咗仲想再食,下次真係要再過嚟重溫下!👍🏻 continue reading

一直都很喜歡食刀削麵,他獨特的形狀與超彈煙韌是愛食的原因。最近幾次到食店都好像有預謀地停賣炒刀削麵,有點失望。今次終於在元朗吃到。這間生記已吃過很多次,質素保持在一定水平,到了今天吃依然保持到水準。記憶中都是第一次食炒的蘭州牛肉刀削麵。牛肉味道出奇地似以前讀小學時的華園沙嗲牛肉干。這間店的辣是很辣的,所以現在都吃走辣。炒刀削麵的油份是比較多的,若不喜歡就真的不好吃。炒的刀削麵又是另一種食法,口感依然是很煙韌,續條麵吃很過癮,多了些配菜,味道沒有乾炒牛河那類很多的鼓油味,保留了原本刀削麵的味道。現在一個炒刀削麵要$60,對比其他食物,加幅又未算最高,已算合理好平。 continue reading
