To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前真係好好好好食 ﹗滷水香濃,雞鴨鵝都非常新鮮嫩口 ﹗又有好多特別食材,例如滷蛋、豬面珠登、鵝肝、大腸、豬腳,等等。但近年質量同味道都一年比一年差,一年比一年口喝 ﹗雖然牆上面貼左不少跟明星合照,但都係多年前既事啦 ~豬骨瘦肉合掌瓜例湯,雖然話係例湯啫,但唔係例牌唔熱掛 ﹗湯梗係熱到出煙先好味架啦,依家凍到起晒油,而且飲落似飲水,無咩味。滷水鵝鹽焗雞飯,可以揀滷水鴨,價錢平幾蚊,但係鵝肉比鴨肉嫩。一見到個賣相嚇死人,亂七八糟求其掉晒係飯面就算數,我見依家又唔係好忙,都無咩食客 ﹗HKD33 碟飯,斬個鵝背脊比我食?﹗得嗰幾啖肉,隻雞翼啲肉仲多過佢呀,有無離譜啲呀,鵝背骨併雞翼飯?﹗伴碟既疑似豆腐乾物體兩小片又硬又實,咬左啖,就放埋一邊。無咩肉食,好唔高興,今次變相係豉油撈飯,無咩可以講,食完好頸渴囉。

鵝腸的份量也不可小看. 鵝腸內的肥膏全被去掉, 只剩下腸衣, 滷過之後入口爽脆, 很適合用作下酒菜.

堂食的生意不俗之外, 邊吃邊看到原來這間店的外賣生意也相當好, 人流不絕, 幾乎任何時候都是要排隊等候買滷味! 如果用"阿鴻小吃"和這間店子的水準相比, 當然是"阿鴻"取勝; 但單以街坊小店的水平來說, 這裡當然是合格有餘, 而且品質很不錯, 價錢也屬超值. 難怪是區內最出名的滷味.

每次去經過生記, 都備她那排得井井有條的老水鵝吸引著, 今天專程由家向生記出發, 一踏入了生記, 我們都未諗到食咩, 已有位人兄即送上兩大湯碗列湯, 我再看牆上的菜單, 哦......完來碟頭飯送列湯, 我心諗如我二個人只order 一碟飯, 咁吳知佢是否會拎返走一碗湯, 還是另行收費呢???最後我們都order 左二碟飯, 一碟什錦飯, 另一碟是鵝飯, 講真個句, 二碟飯送到來賣相已經吳掂, 守先講下碟鵝飯, 斬得好碎, 沒有滷水味, d 鵝肉冻冰冰但都算滑吳鞋, 講到d 飯, 就吳熱, 只是微暖, , 而另外個碟什錦飯, 有豬頭肉, 雞腎, 紅腸, 豬頭肉,豆付, 但都是一樣, 沒有滷水味, 也是冻冰冰........二碟飯真係好似冷飯菜汁咁, 全完吳掂.

生記開左好多年,我都幫襯左佢好多年...佢o的水準可以話無變過....我地成家都好鍾意食潮洲野,媽咪又懶煮野食,所以一個禮拜都幫襯生記最少買一次...佢o的鵝片真係好好味呀。=]仲有鴨舌同豬大腸都係"我的最愛"佢o的豬大腸好乾淨,o的斬斬斬師傅仲因幫我地刮走豬大腸o的油。食既時候點o的醋,就一o的都唔肥淋淋啦。

堂食附送湯一碗,我估計應該是老火湯,入口清甜有排骨又有黃瓜、紅蘿蔔、蜜棗等滷水鴨滷水鴨肉不會很腍,但入口夠味加滷汁視乎個人口味,因為會稍為過火(略咸)醋汁反而可以減淡咸味這裡的滷水鴨是我最愛吃的滷鴨腎豆腐豬頸肉 滷鴨腎$10/件切片仍覺煮老了,肉質稍為韌過了頭豆腐$5/3件最愛滷豆腐,潮州風味十足滷豬頸肉按重量計算,一塊大約$8-10切片後感覺份量也不少,配飯最適宜不過我個人口味,就不再點滷水汁,因為豬頸肉已夠入味了滷鴨腎豆腐鵝干鵝干稍為失色,或者是預期的關係,所以與想像有段差別其他則仍保持水準鵝腸豬頸肉豆腐鵝腸一分大約$15,如我每次買多款回家食便已足夠3-4人齊齊食若不怕高膽固醇,吃鵝腸會忘我地吃不停因為入口很爽脆

食左啖飯,,無乜特別,,唔熱的,,試左下鵝..肉感幾爽..但肥肉夠夠都多..可能講明瘦會好d..皮都唔見有乜味..肉味亦只屬一般,,28$ 有湯送...湯係黃豆苦瓜,,幾好,,

難得去紅磡, 就去食朋友介紹既滷味~生記!個到有好多款滷水野, 價錢唔貴, 分量十足,鵝係出為出名!2 個人先黎一個鵝飯($28), 再黎一個雞拼腎($23), 各款碟頭飯都送列湯一大碗。鵝飯既鵝肉嫩滑,唔”痴”牙~雞肉嫩滑,唔肥,入味,好味!腎就比較普通!睇見人地d豬頸肉好似比較吸引d~好鍾意佢地d滷水汁,用黎送飯最正!如果再多d就好啦~唔多食飯既我都忍唔住食左大半碟~列湯都唔差,雖然只係普遍既青紅蘿白,但係好足料,唔係味精湯~不次要試下d 豬頸肉~

下午教完水,見好餓,在附近轉轉看下有咩正野吃,行到蕪湖街有間滷水店,條人龍長到嚇一驚,幸好我得一個人,一入就有得坐,見招牌係滷水鵝,就整碟滷鵝餓,都係28元,仲送老火湯(涼瓜煲好多種肉湯),滷水唔咸,嗒耐些會感受到多種味,我嗒到甜甜地同有藥材味,肉唔太肥,無需再點配料已好好味,送酸菜小許。來既人都係賣外賣多,坐既人就少些,有冷氣嘆,老火湯無味精,落料充足

雖然係同一家族, 但係灣仔生潮軒始終差過生記好多, 讀U嗰時食開皇后大道西老店, 今日去開紅磡, 即刻買咗半隻鵝, 兩隻鵝翼返屋企慢慢嘆!! 滷到好入味, 又唔會太咸, 鵝味好香, 肉質嫩滑, 超好食, 冇得彈!灣仔生潮軒同鵝八, 始終係差幾皮

「小小牛孖丸」真的有點小,有點不夠喉,一於再繼續覓食之旅。轉一個灣來到「生記滷味」,二話不說進去,全場都是馬蘭佬,包括自己也是其中一員。滷水鵝早已嚐過,反而未試過滷水鴨,就來一碟雙拼「鴨拼大腸飯」($23.00)。阿姐先送來例水一大碗,是用節瓜煲的例水,呷一啖,清淡得宜,但要留肚,不敢喝太多。在大大碗的湯後,大大碟的飯亦送上。除了兩位主角及白飯外,還有滷水豆腐片及酸菜伴著。豆腐皮已被滷入味,內裡仍然保持雪白,故豆味仍在。而酸菜有酸勁,夠爽口,不錯。滷水鴨剛分配到背脊部位,鴨皮滷水色均勻,肉雖厚但夠入味,同時帶鴨肉香,質感軟綿,十分不錯。大腸夠粗身,外表紋路清晰,咬一口,味道過咸,是實實在在的過咸,可惜。在嚐過第一口咸後,原來咸味攻擊陸續有來,上了色的白飯也是咸得要命,難怪其中一位食客點了「走色」,實在是明智之舉。咸上加咸已令我吃不下去,此碟滷咸飯,可能連咸球都會嗌咸。
