星期六一早出發到大澳生態遊,了解那裏的鹽田、紅樹林、蝦膏、中華白海豚、棚屋、關帝古廟……走得累了,加上吃了燒魷魚、香妃卷,所以口渴得很!看到山水豆腐花就二話不說,立即衝入去。要了一碗凍的山水豆腐花,感覺真的很清甜,滑溜得來又不會很易碎散,舒服解渴清心凉!雖然一碗豆腐花要十元,但質量比外面的好,所以也是值得的!

搭左咁耐車,一黎到大澳,就即刻覺得好肚餓,呢間益昌小食店離車站好近,於是同朋友衝左入去醫下肚先。呢張益昌既菜單,基本上全部既都係一啲小店經營,都好平民,價錢都唔算貴。我地嗌左呢個XO醬燒賣,但味道算普普通通,即係正常街邊燒賣加左啲XO醬咁。呢個係蝦醬墨丸,墨丸都係正常味,但蝦醬真係好好味!大澳不愧係蝦醬之鄉,味濃同埋好新鮮,食過都覺得好難忘,呢個真係值得一試。

豆腐花是大澳必食吧,我記得橫水渡有間好好食,但因為路程關係,今次係碼頭附近搵間食算,因為當時已經5點半好多鋪都關了,見哩間鋪面光猛,又無咩人就入左去,大家睇一輪menu都係決定試豆腐花,點知.... 無熱的... 話實,凍豆花我真係唔太鐘意,一黎凍已經唔夠滑,二黎個日都凍凍地,不過無其他野想食之下就食左....唉.... 中伏啦... 唔好食,熱既應該好食d掛。

相約友人往大澳一趟,早到先來這邊歇一歇,簡單的一碗黑白與蝦醬魷魚黑白的賣相是刻意地做成此,不重要,芝麻糊味較淡但尚滑身,豆腐花反而有點粗糙感;如非「車站」被大學soc camp之類的人全佔據,也不會來這邊。蝦醬魷魚收$14,但剪碎得七零八落,大約是街邊一串份量而已,$14~!? 開玩笑入來交冷氣費。

難得的一天假,整間教會來一個大旅行,山長水遠的來到大澳,當然要坐下來好好享受一下山水豆腐花啦。據當地人說,這裡的味道特別不同是因為這裡水並不是東江水來的,是大嶼山自家水塘的,所以特別好味。真的假的就不得而知了,反正我就是信了。而且也吃了,真的很好味,正。

This snack was nice and simple, squid drizzled with soy sauce, a few drops of oil and topped with prawn paste sauce.
I was expecting the prawn paste sauce to be saltier, however it wasnt that strong, there were bits of grounded pork too.
As well as this place, the prawn paste sauce in the and roti I had at Sun Kwong Cheung Choi Kee wasnt that strong either.
I wonder if the original recipe has been modified to adapt to the taste of modern Hongkongers.

This looked interesting, agar with grass jelly, it was basically agar with cubes of grass jelly.
The taste was slightly different to what I expected, I was expecting the sweetness of agar mixed with the taste of grass jelly, but it tasted like Banana essence.

The quality of this was amazing, the chicken in the soup was fresh, although the taste was strong of sesame oil and slightly salty, I really liked it.
They used the vegetarian version of sharksfin instead of beanthread noodles.

太陽曬過了~涼風吹過了~海豚倒找不到就想來一碗一杯降降溫就是的甫踏進車站豆豆花就看見一家四口樂也融融並帶出一句。豆花沽清~只剩豆漿芝麻糊我倒沒有所謂~但同行的想吃一碗~就來到鄰近的這店這店有豆品外也有麵食小吃~牆上貼著不少明星光顧照與介紹..很''硬銷''呢...離晚餐時間不遠~只要了一杯凍的豆漿豆味是有的~但甜度過位了....但在大暑之下...還是一把氣喝光了...店內有著冷氣與大風扇...都不錯友人的一碗..沒有試過.但評語是不錯的..至少是純滑之作...比上星期在金沙吃自助餐的''豆腐乾''好多了跟著我倆同行的男友人有如參加著飢緊3000....不好甜吃的他就點了頗特別的蝦醬墨丸~看著奇貌不揚的這東..又竟是意料不及的好吃他更因為這碟小吃而出門後買了樽特產回家去....woow....若還有下次執雞之時~就換著點蝦醬生菜和排骨試試看吧

離晚餐時間不遠~只要了一杯凍的豆漿
豆味是有的~但甜度過位了....
但在大暑之下...還是一把氣喝光了...

至少是純滑之作...比上星期在金沙吃自助餐的''豆腐乾''好多了
