To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先抱歉未有好好拍照！朋友介紹此店滷水鵝肝十分好食，今日趁lunch time 特登銅鑼灣過來買返公司同同事一齊品嚐！滷水鵝肝 (隻@$20.-)果然無令人失望，肝嘅質地香軟滑漏，同滷水味非常合拍，唔會太重內臟腥味，咸香一流！滷水鵝腎 (隻@$25.-)味道都好好，質地亦算軟身唔會太韌。豬腸 (半條$22.-)中規中矩，沒有好勁豬臊味。滷水豆腐 (件@12.-) 都好入味，大件抵食。滷水鴨 (半隻$75.-)，肉質鬆軟，好大隻，味道都適中唔太咸。

放工路過新開小店，灣仔售賣滷水食品的外賣專門店，今晚可以順便加餸。選擇了三幾款買些，已經好大碟。（鵝翼）可以送酒，送粥，空口吃會過鹹，不過今晚吃的味道剛好，還頗有𡁻頭添。（鵝腎）原來也頗大隻，爽身入味。（鵝肝）感覺邪惡，所以很少買來吃。但店員極力推薦，鵝肝比雞肝更彈牙，又有綿綿豐厚口感，挺好味，真沒有介紹錯！ （豬耳朵）一向吃的都是爽硬身的，這店的是爽+諗，真是各有各好味。（滷水鵝件）鵝胸不嚡口，鵝脾嫩滑，鵝身白裡透紅柔軟，鵝皮在不同位置有薄有厚，油脂不會太多，避不開的筋位略難咬開。整體：店舖企理，店員有禮貌，鵝肉不會滷得過熟及其它滷物有著淡淡滷味，不會死鹹，加鹹加酸加辣，可蘸點附送的滷水汁，酸醋汁，辣椒油。
