To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意中發現好店!有D菜式幾特別,沒食過添,試過自家製紅棗水同埋洛神花,自然甜,正!即刻感覺健康晒 😂😂湯通常都好好飲,個別日子極度好飲!有衝動食完衝出去再另買兩碗湯 哈哈哈 好似除三餸飯仲有擔擔麵、酸辣粉,不過暫時未有機會試,三餸飯日日款式唔同,試完先算 😄。記憶猶新的菜式係水煮牛肉、梅子蒸排骨,好似D飯餸真係無味精,食完的確唔覺得口渴,都幾好喔,希望諸如此類的良心小店生意興隆,保持水準喔👍😊😎

雖然佢話冇味精冇雞粉,但唔知係咪因為想逼走蠔仔嘅味,味道偏鹹同埋好重胡椒味。😮‍💨可能佢主打係佢嘅兩三送飯啦😅可以下次試吓先

滷汁方面是台式的味道,帶微微的甜味,配以一點點辣椒碎,帶輕微的辣椒味,令滷肉甜味和油膩感得到中和。
整體來說,拌勻整碗飯後,滷肉的色香味和適中的油脂分布在飯粒上,入口時不會覺得特別油膩。
