位於北角的祥發茶餐小廚,以瑞士雞髀馳名,係區內不少街坊的心頭好。小店雖然歷史悠久,裝潢稍顯陳舊,但食物質素才是重點。瑞士雞髀色澤誘人,擺上枱已經讓人食指大動。雞髀浸滿濃郁香甜的瑞士汁,每一口都充滿滋味。尤其是下髀部分,肉質滑嫩且極為入味;如果覺得上髀的厚肉稍嫌不夠味,可以用雞肉蘸碟底的瑞士汁進一步提升口感。雞髀煮得恰到好處,肉質細膩且唔痴骨,用刀叉輕輕用力切開就能分開,卻依然能保持肉的彈性同埋鮮嫩。麵包經過輕輕烘脆,內裏柔軟,再搽上一層香濃牛油,單單麵包本身已經足夠吸引。吞拿魚醬的分量十分足,每一口都能感受到濃濃吞拿魚香,製作細緻又誠意滿滿,是一款令人回味的簡單之作。鰻魚處理得非常好,完全沒有一絲腥味,搭配炒蛋與餐肉,鹹香味道層次豐富。芝士汁拌飯後增添了滑順的口感,但稍嫌芝士味道不足,未能完全凸顯濃郁的奶香。不過,整體表現仍然出色。

今日成日都係北角做嘢,臨近中午有啲啲肚餓,醒起有間瑞士雞髀出名嘅舖頭就喺附近,咁就去試吓,今日叫咗瑞士汁雞髀加沙嗲牛肉包,飲品係我例牌嘅凍齋啡走甜。唔使等好耐雞髀就上檯,髀唔大隻,一啖咬落去,上髀肉實,面果一浸有瑞士汁味嘅,肉無味,下髀薄啲嘅位夠味,溫度暖暖地,味道比較普通。沙嗲牛肉包,嗰包熱嘅,面頭仲脆嘅,最敗筆係沙嗲牛係凍嘅,認真嘥咗個包,沙嗲牛肉味道普通。個凍齋啡走甜,都係茶餐廳慣例黑水一杯。其實點解隻雞髀可以煮到咁實但係又唔入味?你出名依樣野喎,唔係普通茶記喎⋯⋯嗯⋯⋯⋯唔可能係我唔識欣賞,但個沙嗲牛就認真過分,完全影響晒,個包上檯嗰陣時靚靚仔仔以為好好味⋯⋯點知唉。本身淨係計隻雞髀同埋個包,係Ok啦平平日,但今次俾咗劣,個劣係比凍嘅沙嗲牛肉戴返頭盔先,我覺得好唔好食≠你覺得好唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。

依間茶餐廳已經開業好多年,由返第一份工都成十年前果陣到而家仲係度以前係飯堂日日食咁濟今日再嚟依然同回憶一樣咁好味有超~~~~~多選擇唔同選擇有唔同價錢當然要食最出名嘅瑞士雞脾超靚又好大隻!瑞士汁好入味好好食同埋BB薯汁燒茄子脆肉瓜好靚嘅擺盤茄子脆肉瓜都幾厚好夠肉每樣都有3件食完都好飽肚另外一餐就叫咗四川麻辣雞翼唔係好辣都唔算好入味跟炭燒豬頸肉+餐肉炒蛋飯同埋朱古力班戟豬頸肉超級好食!燒到好香口好惹味啖啖肉又唔會太肥朱古力班戟好多醬味道就正常班戟咁

平日過開海,都會專登諗住過嚟北角食下午茶。不過今日早咗變咗做午餐。基本上每次嚟都係瑞士汁雞髀、沙嗲牛麵、豬扒包。但係見到隔籬枱碗飯嗰兩條好似叉燒嘅嘢好吸引,再睇睇餐牌原來係豬頸肉滑蛋餐肉飯,邪惡指數爆燈。咁今次就轉左呢個沙嗲牛肉包。個餐肉冇煎過,不過個不過個蛋整得好滑,另外嗰兩條豬頸肉唔可以唔試,真係好似叉燒咁樣樣個汁好好味,撈飯一流。另外個沙嗲牛肉包,個包烘過係唔同啲嘅,帶少少脆邊。不過今次個雞髀就有少少失望,唔知係咪中午繁忙時間,隻雞髀煮得過火咗少少,啲瑞士汁亦都入唔到落去隻雞髀嗰度,「脾汁分離」。下次都係等返下午茶先嚟。
