晚飯要斬料加餸,叉燒是不二之選。從沒幫襯過這間舖頭,今天不經意路過店外,便被那大堆頭燒味吸引。好,即管買廿元試試。叉燒較我平日吃的鮮色,肉地屬於偏瘦。幸好口感不會過硬,但略嫌乾身。味道方面正正路路。咦!邊走邊吃,回家已所剩無幾了

$13的單併/雙併的燒味飯已經非常少見,行過街市附近的街坊生意俾我見到,當然買盒試下啦,叫咗叉鵝飯加薑蓉。唔係好準繩的刀法,叉燒燒鵝切到有厚有薄,薑蓉又俾得唔多,淨計外觀就扣分。但入口時叉燒燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾身,又有D微微焦香;隻鵝燒得剛剛熟,D肉唔會黐骨,塊片算脆。今時今日的經濟環境,咁的價錢能夠醫肚實在少之又少!

亞媽加料回家. 叫左半隻油雞, 一條又燒及燒肉. d燒肉都好正, 好脆. 其他就ok啦.都好一般. 不過價錢就叫抵, 起碼平過太興啦.

21日晚在家做冬,太座在此店斬了一斤燒肉回家。燒肉:皮極鬆脆,肉入味而不過咸,有肉味和咬口。題外話:某紀律部隊分部,過時過節用的燒肉,竟然棄太興而用這店^m^!
