我最鍾意食佢哋D刺身,好新鮮,一入口就溶!出邊就食唔到咁抵D刺身啦!價錢 OK 呀!可能For某些人嚟講有D expensive 但係食落肚就唔緊要啦!一生人一次,我想我下次會試吓打邊爐!!!你哋不防試吓佢哋D刺身呀,冬天食仲有Feel 呀!!

31/08 晚為 Samantha 慶祝開始回家待產,一班同事﹝十一人﹞借花敬佛和她到此晚飯﹝因為張生又中六合彩,已經不下三四次﹞。牛肉刺身非常好食,三文魚腩真係好肥美........因為有贈券所以絕對超值。海膽刺身三板配以紫菜又大件真係好甘......因為有贈券所以絕對超值。雜錦刺身有(魚立)魚厚切和薄切、北寄貝、吞拿魚、牡丹蝦及黃金魷魚......都係果句因為有贈券所以絕對超值。跟住火鍋上枱有猪骨鍋同水魚鍋,配料就有鴕鳥肉、羊肉、墨魚丸、雲吞水餃、肥鵝腸等等,總之好多好多飽到頂哂肚。在此代各位同事再一次多謝!

i saw the advertisement on the web, then i decided to go and have a try. i would like to say decent price and awesome food especially the assorted sashimi (highly recommened). Me and my other frds couldn't finish the whole set of it, is really worth. It only cost $168.. how cheap is that!!!! Also, the beef for the hot pot is delicious. (highly recommended). I strongly suggeset you to have a visit, i assure you will think is worth.

報紙日日賣廣告, 見佢個$1 A5和牛刺身賣相好吸引, 趁友人想打邊爐就順勢試一試可能平日關係, 只係三,四檯客, 地方幾闊落, 檯邊放左調味架, 岩晒我地呢d食食下又要加蔥,辣椒等既人未落單已放低碟和牛刺身, 份量少, 一定唔係報紙所講值$480, 牛味唔重, 雪花紋又唔多, 入口無甘香, 差. 雖然呢間店主打刺身同都有唔少貴價食物, 但伙計完全無硬銷, 湯底有泡浮面又會幫忙撥走, 服務方面算唔錯芫茜皮蛋湯底 - 好多皮蛋, 但可惜唔係糖心筒蠔 - 蠔身飽滿, 不過嫌蠔鮮味唔夠四寶丸 - 一碟八粒, 份量好似少左D, 其中薑汁豬肉丸最令人驚喜, 薑味香濃手切肥牛 - 牛味濃, 肉質幾滑雞子 - 分新鮮同雪藏兩種, 要了平那種, 雞子大大粒, 雖雪藏貨但咬開仍很嫩滑牛脷 - 第一次用牛脷打邊爐, 味道有少羶, 牛脷都係用來燒好D桂花蚌 - 蚌身粗大厚肉, 口感爽口鮮甜魚皮餃 - 普通是晚主攻藍妹, 特價都要$18/罐, 好似貴左D其實食物算唔錯, 不過奈何價錢偏費兼份量偏少, 地方又太唔就腳, 再來恐怕都要講緣份

我見呢間新開既火煱店做緊一蚊A5和牛推廣, 揾埋朋友仔去試下啦!雖然間鋪係紅磡咁遠, 但係我哋兩個為食妹都係山長水遠咁走入去試下.是晚菜色如下:A5和牛刺身(推廣價$1)飽魚刺身一隻(推廣價$48)美國雪花肥牛(例$98)黃帝菜($28)什菌拼盤($58)手打鮮丸四寶($48)鴛鴦湯底($60)前菜(一坐底就上枱, 老屈你食, 無得唔要$18)另加茶介每位$8, 醬料$18本來想七點半去食, 但訂枱既時候, 佢又話因為鋪面唔大, 所以要分時段: 六點至八點三或八點半至十一點, 咁我六點先收工, 惟有訂八點半啦. 但係我哋去到, 連埋我哋都只係得三枱客, 好心佢新開張又唔多客就無謂分時段啦, 想做多轉咪限時囉, 浪費曬我哋啲時間, 食到夜一夜先走得.講返食物先啦, 雖然個A5和牛係刺身, 但係我哋一坐底, 佢就上咗個和牛先, 到我哋點完野食都遲咗十分鐘先食啦, 所以我都唔敢當刺身食, 當火煱料烚下烚下囉. 味道方面令人失望, 無乜牛肉味, 亦都無乜油脂, 食完之後一滴油都無留係口, 比較可取既係肉質鬆軟. 份量方面呢, 雖然係推廣價都預咗唔會好大份, 但係和牛既份量真係好少, 有十片大約20mm X 50mm X 1mm. 唔知呢個係正常份量還是推廣價份量, 若果真係正常份量就真係超級無敵勁唔掋, $480食十片細細片和牛, 我不如係citysuper之類買返屋企自己煮好過啦. 到個飽魚刺身咧, 我平時好少食刺身, 飽魚刺身更加係第一次食, 所以都唔知點既味道先叫好食. 我個人意見就覺得個刺身都好爽, 又夠新鮮, 價錢貴唔貴我就唔識分, 不過$48試下都OK.由於個和牛份量太少, 我哋兩個牛魔王又點夠喉?! 所以另外要多個美國雪花肥牛. 呢個肥牛一樣係細細片, 不過比和牛大片少少. 牛肉味比和牛多, 但依然係好淡, 點少少醬油已經會蓋過曬啲牛味. 最唔掂既係啲所謂雪花肥牛, 有半碟係半片脂肪半片牛肉既牛肉片, 就算你話係同一嚿牛肉上面切落唻, 我覺得都唔應該畀客食囉. 若果你係大大片牛肉入面有一部份係肥脂肪就還可以, 但係你又切到細細片, 咁樣食法真係唔掂. 若果你話成本貴, 咁不如細碟啲囉, 你咁樣溝啲"雜質"入去, 真係食得好無癮.其它食物如皇帝菜, 什菌, 四寶丸都用料新鮮, 不過菜既份量真係太少, $28既菜煮埋得一碗份量左右. 什菌併盤要$58我都覺得遍貴.另外一樣要提吓既係佢哋既醬油, 佢哋有個配料架畀你加配料入鼓油度, 又會有一碟自制既XO醬畀你, 但係個XO醬好辣, 我哋只係食少少少少就無點過, 可以話係無食過就收返. 但係醬油錢要每位$18, 我相信其中唔少係因為呢碟XO醬, 對於無辣不歡既人就無所謂, 因為佢一定會食呢個XO醬, 但係對於唔食辣或者鍾意食食物本身鮮味既人唻講, 呢個XO醬就好多餘.埋單既時候, 食物連加一原本係$452.1, 佢竟然將個一毫子進一收我$453喎. 其實依家有邊個會要返啲毫子吖? 畀tips都畀咗啦, 但係佢自己進一就有點兒那個囉, 連員工既下攔都要食埋. 最後總結係, 呢個鋪有太多老屈收費, 印象麻麻. 若果唔係有推廣價食品拉底返個總數, 呢餐真係超唔掋.
