鴨脷洲老字號通常都係啲阿叔啊地盤幫襯,或者係啲老街坊,諗住試吓好唔好食!點知買到一肚氣今次買咗一個蒜蓉蒸魷魚飯,加幾蚊有一杯凍檸茶另外再叫咗個蠔仔肉碎泡飯,都係加幾蚊有杯凍檸茶。今次係外賣,拎外賣嘅時候已經發現個蠔仔肉碎泡飯啲湯流出嚟喺個袋度,即刻叫店員幫我換咗佢啦,我係想佢換過兜俾我,因為已經有啲湯倒瀉咗出嚟,跟住佢死都唔肯玩另一個器皿載着佢,只係肯換個膠袋,打個死結就以為啲湯唔會流出嚟,咁佢唔肯換我都冇辦法啦!行出店外只係行咗一條街,啲湯又流出來,用手拎住碗野又俾啲湯六親,之後返店叫佢幫我玩嗰個兜,佢都係唔肯,又係換返個膠袋俾我,返到屋企都冇咗半碗湯,湯裏面仲有一個好污糟嘅蠔殼!味道偏鹹,好唔好食就見仁見智啦!$60買半碗湯,加碗飯。到個蒜蓉蒸魷魚飯,嘩!啲魷魚真係好矜貴,得幾舊,唔知以為俾人偷食咗, $60買一大盒飯返嚟!態度又咁,食物又咁!生意唔係咁做呀嘛? continue reading

想不到在鴨利州大街的小餐廳,竟然有這麼實惠的魚🐠餐供應。 68蚊一個清蒸頭腩套餐,包一碗靚飯,一杯正奶茶。頭腩新鮮,有幾舊大魚肉,用薑絲清蒸,鮮嫩美味,用魚汁撈飯,太好食了,難得的是連飯都是用靚米,煲得精瑩爽口,粒粒分明,仲有一小碟黃芽白,有魚有菜,奶茶香滑,雖然迫D,但有好野食,又平又好食,超值啦。👍💯住在鴨利州真好,近水樓台先得月,住近魚港多靚魚食,摞到平魚貨,又平價益街坊,真是良心小店,抵讚。👍👍👍👍 continue reading

近排天氣凍冰冰,特別想去食個暖笠笠嘅羊腩煲今次哩間綠悠軒,order左個細羊腩煲個羊腩煲好惹味, 羊肉份量夠多 , 配料有馬蹄、腐竹、竹筍同生菜 , 羊肉同配料都好入味好好食 ,加埋腐乳醬簡直一流。個芝麻雞炸到皮脆肉嫩,再配埋白芝麻同泰式雞醬,食到停唔到口。個生炒骨炸到外脆內嫩, 再配埋酸酸甜甜的醬汁同菠蘿, 真係好惹味。個咸煎馬友,醃到咸香咸香,同煎到香脆可口 ,用嚟送飯一流。整體而言,餐廳員工有善,對客人有禮同好好笑容。食物都好有水準。 continue reading

因為要掃埋round 2嘅中式糕點,所以jul 10, 10再嚟鴨脷洲大街,4人嚟lunch,叫咗 : 1) 咖喱薯仔牛筋腩午餐 (hk$28)i) 咖喱薯仔牛筋腩-試咗友人每樣1舊-牛腩都可以,唔會實/乾-牛筋彈性強,唔喺好腍,唔多入味-而薯仔喺食到先炸過,並非切完就放落去炆,有點誠意-咖喱嘅辣度對我呢d弱者仲食得到 ii) 菜-明顯喺烚菜,都應該無嘜點落油,健康-不過都無嘜鹹味,要靠個蠔油先帶起個味 iii) 飯-很大碗 iv) 凍檸茶 +hk6-個餐唔包飲品,+$6就有杯凍飲-呢杯喺友人飲過1啖我先影 2) 是日鮮魚午餐 (hk$28) i) 鹹根青-除咗鹹根青外,仲有倉仔-魚鱗清得唔夠乾淨-其實魚我並唔好,不過想知道咩叫鹹根青-友人就好自大咁話要試少少,諗住同佢醃嘅手勢比1比,友人最後話差唔多-醃得應該唔會太耐,因為唔喺好鹹,肉質亦無變實-肉質唔喺結實型,腍腍哋,亦小鬆,不是散,滑,幸好魚骨量不算多 ii) 菜-意見如上 iii) 飯-意見如上 iv) 熱好立克 +hk4-正常 3) 扒飯午餐 x 2 (@hk$35)- 湯 x 2-友人2個都揀咗紅湯-我無試到,見到都有d料,唔會好欺場咁得d水 - 蒜蓉包 x 2-我就食友友人嘅蒜蓉包-的確有蒜蓉嘅微微辛辣味-個包都烘到外邊有點脆,算是很不錯了 -主菜i) 牛扒-友人要咗黑椒汁-試咗友人少少,因喺薄扒,所以都腍-個飯比較少有心思+d粟米粒 ii) 魚柳-友人揀咗茄汁伴魚柳-我無試到-但友人話個魚柳做得不錯 -餐飲i) 凍檸茶 +hk2 ii) 凍檸蜜 +hk3* 1間主打做街坊生意...........又的確到午飯時間,真喺不少熟客走進來 * 以價$$$$嚟計,已交足功課,細微處見到d誠意..........味道上,難得比較"醃尖"嘅2個友人都話ok continue reading

四月上旬‧晴午飯時間,又來鴨脷洲這邊,見這間店子的午餐餐牌,有一味「順德煎蝦餅」的,幾吸引,就坐了進來。除了要了煎蝦餅,見也會有「每日蒸魚」的,即你去吃日本料理的「日替」吧,問是日的是什麼魚,原來是鹹青根,不嚐此味久矣,也來一客。要了兩個午餐,就來了兩碟菜。是椰菜,淥得不過老,爽口鮮甜,好吃。鹹青根一客三條,清清的,就像在家吃蒸魚一般。雖然略用鹽去醃過,但完全不鹹,鹽味剛好吊起魚的鮮味,肉滑而偏實淨,一口氣已經拆了一條,很久沒吃得這樣原汁原味及痛快了。煎蝦餅,如果要用蛋包著蝦仁,得啖笑。原本餐是跟飯的,但轉了魚湯米線,跟蒸魚又幾配合。連兩杯飲品,埋單60,吃了兩個餐,不貴。 continue reading
