今日又同朋友去旺角食飯,今次朋友介紹老川皇餐廳食川味,我哋都好中意食川菜,愛食辣,所以我哋好有共識咁一齊去食川菜。1.金湯酸菜魚(小辣)份量比較大,湯底好濃,但味道很鮮甜,較比其他餐廳酸菜魚無咁重味精,但湯底很好飲,而且配白飯一流。2.手撕包菜(小辣)真係一款經典小菜!這道菜色香味俱全,包菜很鮮嫩和脆口感。小辣的調味剛好,配合蒜香和調味料,味道層次非常豐富。無論是當前菜還是配飯,都是極佳的選擇。3. 尖椒雞腎(小辣)尖椒雞腎味道鮮美,椒香四溢,雞腎彈牙,口感獨特,令人意猶未盡,非常下飯,值得一試!4. 百香果水果茶👍解辣 continue reading

今日去咗旺角做嘢,全日冇食嘢,又好想食一啲辣嘢,就去咗呢間餐廳度食!呢間餐廳又幾好㗎喎,佢有麻辣辣青瓜、同埋酸蘿蔔俾人任食,自己去counter度攞就得啦,凍水熱水都係自助我就叫咗三款嘢食:1. 夫妻肺片2. 鐵板孜然炒羊肉3. 紅糖糍粑1. 夫妻肺片夫妻肺片勁大碟先至70幾蚊,我最鍾意佢就係夠多蔥,同埋夠多芫荽!!每$1夫妻肺片都可以夾到好多蔥同芫荽一齊食,雖然佢係內臟,但係處理得好好完全冇奇怪嘅味道2. 鐵板孜然炒羊肉離遠已經聽到渣渣聲,啲羊肉炒得好香口,冇臊味,而且唔會太老,佢啲配菜洋蔥都好好食3. 紅糖糍粑佢係即叫即炸嘅,好就好在個紅糖係分開上,咁樣唔會整到腍晒,唔叫飯叫呢個甜品食就啱啱好夠飽!呢間餐廳啲員工好注重衛生,有個客係咁打乞嗤,勁大聲暴龍嗰隻,啲員工個個即刻拎口罩嚟戴 continue reading
