早排喺湘X滬食咗個酸菜魚真係難食到呢…同朋友誓要決定再食一次好食嘅!見到呢間店好評如潮就試吓嘍😙。八點零去到都唔需要排隊,入去仲見到有幾個外國人嚟食,心諗咁出名?叫咗個涼拌海帶、酸菜桂花魚、樟茶鴨同蟹黃豆腐。首先,以為實冇死嘅涼拌,份量係好多,但口感一啲都唔清爽霉晒咁…😨所以食咗幾啖都冇再食。跟住就係樟茶鴨,上碟份量唔算多賣相擺碟都亂晒,口感同味道同一般食開嘅燒鴨都差不多😐,不過不失。然後終於到酸菜魚!雖然未去到嘩嘩聲,但正常好多😢,酸菜同魚都叫做融為一體嘅,細心啲食都仲食到魚味,而且聽阿姐講點咗個冇乜骨嘅桂花魚等唔太食魚/驚啃魚骨嘅朋友都可以安心咁食,而且魚口感嫩滑冇腥味,不錯,雖然好像只有半條魚的說。最後一道蟹黃豆腐,真係簡直係垃圾…🤮得咸蛋黃同幾粒切咗片嘅蟹柳就當係蟹黃…都算,咁都整得難食先係重點!冇豆腐味之餘咸蛋黃亦唔夠香,融入唔到啲豆腐度。浪費金錢、QUOTA同時間…不過眼見其他客人都係一鍋二鍋辣椒…咁奉勸大家想嚟嘅就一定唔好叫呢啲小菜😅。又一餐。

一般的乾扁四季豆會帶有肉碎,而且十分油膩,食頭幾啖 ok, 底層就怕怕。

呢間只用上梅菜和四季豆,沒有肉粒的,亦唔油,從頭到尾都食到好乾爽。

梅菜炒乾了,咸咸甜甜好香好惹味。四季豆條條新鮮清脆又爽口,係我食過最正的乾扁四季豆。

今日來到佐敦老川皇食晚飯,京川味道我和太太都很喜愛食。晚上8㸃多,裡面經已很多人,室內裝俢古色古香,尤其是天花,充滿了故宮的風格特色。薑蔥糕蟹$320。我們要了個薑蔥糕蟹,上枱已聞到飄過來的一陣香味,糕蟹蟹肉入味鮮甜,糕蟹最最吸引的是橙色的蟹糕,橙色的蟹糕軟滑回香,真的非常推薦。三絲炒米粉$58。炒米粉裡面有紅蘿蔔絲,雞蛋絲,腸仔,蔥粒...等。與粉絲一齊食更顯爽口美味。泡椒鳳爪$25。無論食泰菜還是川菜,我都喜愛食泡椒鳳爪,喜歡泡椒鳳爪爽口,酸酸甜甜夠口感及夠惹味。

好耐冇食過樟茶鴨,佢係西川唔辣涼菜嘅一大代表,用樟樹葉及茶葉熏鴨,係四川成都大廚為慈禧太后做的菜式。
因為用肥嫰公鴨先醃製,後蒸煮再煙熏,成品嫰,大多油份巳經去除,加上熏香,會不自覺地食完一件又一件。

星期五晚約左好朋友食川菜,上網研究左好耐揀左老川皇
因為睇食評好似好正宗。老川皇有幾多間分店,我地就揀左佐敦分店。鋪頭唔大,但係都可以坐到好多人。我去得比較早,到七點半左右就全場爆滿了。而且比較有趣既係,客人有7成都係講普通話,睇黎呢間真係有正宗川味!我都開始好期待

酸菜同魚既搭配真係無敵,尤其係魚肉仲非常滑。雖然係酸辣,但係完全冇掩蓋到魚既鮮味,真係好難得!平常川菜比起食材本身更注重香料的搭配,但係呢個酸菜桂花魚除左有四川獨特既香辛味之外更有鮮味的食材,所以好加分。

平時都好鐘意黎佐敦搵野食,因為我知道你一個有好多味道好又性比價高既野食。我哋叫咗中間加錢嗰隻與佢唔係桂花魚桂花魚係完全冇骨,叫左中間價果隻魚係食到魚既鮮味咖!估唔到係香港都有酸菜魚食而且份量超大!唔算去到好辣,又唔腥 好好送飯仲有呢度都有障茶鴨、 鴨好大份又好味, 咸得黎肉好嫩,又食到茶香, 幾正四季豆一樣係勁大份,唔會太spicy 三個送兩個人食夠曬都係大概250$ 好抵食唔得閒番大6食呢間可以一試🤣🤣

堅持排隊20分鐘,和隔離桌同時點菜,隔離桌已經吃完,催菜3次,一個肥肥地戴黑框眼鏡的女服務員話我地知全部未開始煮,叫我地等唔到就取消曬。一路餓住個肚等咁鬼耐,被咁的服務員對待,而家真是咩世道。一間飯館若然縱容咁樣的服務員對待顧客,點保證上給顧客的菜可安全食用?!非常生氣,唔會再去,呼籲大家都唔好再去!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

中國菜系之中,我最愛是川菜,原因可能是愛辣愛濃味的原故,所以不管麻辣火鍋、口水雞或是酸辣粉,統統都是我的所愛。今日吃的是老川皇,它賣點不是奢華的裝修、妥貼的服務,而是四川小店的風味。午市的人數尚多,等了一會才入座,午市推介選擇款式多,共二十多款,有蒜泥白肉、香辣牛展、夫婦肺片餐等,價錢四、五十元。午市餐牌主餐牌 - 粉面、水餃、米粉飯主餐牌 - 涼拌菜主餐牌 - 精品菜系主餐牌 - 精品菜系水晶肘子 - 與其他水晶肘子不同,將肉切得薄薄的,口感有點像蒜泥白肉,但味道當然是肘子,挺特別。四川擔擔麵配牛腩 - 湯底厚實,四川辣醬富風味,麵條是值得一讚的部分,餐廳用上幼麵,麵身相當順滑,而且軟硬適中。樟茶鴨 - 味道有點像南京鹽水鴨,咸咸香香,但樟茶鴨經過煎炸,外皮乾身脆口,令人愈食愈想食,最適合配上啤酒相伴。小店來說,價錢、選擇、味道都不錯,值得一試。
