踏進呢家店,就聞到陣陣食物香味,我忍唔住期待起嚟 🤤。首先,佢哋個蠔烙做得剛剛好,啲蠔鮮嫩鮮嫩,又唔會太油,啲鹹蛋黃帶咗點小驚喜喺入面。跟住食嗰個韭菜粿,熱辣辣、外脆內軟,啖啖都有實料。特別要提嘅係鹹蛋黃卷,嗰個糖冬瓜夾帶住嗰股甜,同埋嗰啲微妙的鹹蛋味道真係絕配,啖啖惹味👍!個豬雜粉湯底鮮美,飲一啖湯都覺得舒心。豬雜配料準備得啱啱好,尤其係豬心咁滑,豬肚丸就彈牙得嚟肉汁豐富。對,忽然間發現自己唔再係嚟填飽肚,而係嚟過一次味道嘅旅行。每樣嘢食都令我覺得好親切又滿足。嗰種感覺呢...開心到連個老闆嚟問我地食得點樣,我都差啲想話:「做得好勁,肯定會再嚟」。食物同氣氛真係令人好滿足,會係我推介比朋友一個值得一試嘅好地方! 🍲😋 continue reading

在復活節假期經過和富中心,發現小店有豬雜買,於是同家人一試。我叫了豬雜米粉,-飲啖湯就知道是用豬骨湯底,非常有誠意。再看餐牌,有多款地道潮洲美食。老闆是大廚,老闆娘就幫手收錢和樓面,用膳期間,不少客人都係熟客。看到告示可以預訂海鮮,於是約埋朋友昨天終於來試晚飯。因為朋友們都是酒友,点咗椒鹽鮮魷和椒鹽九肚魚。兩個小菜做得非常出色,送酒一流。預訂咗凍馬友、潮式炒蟹和豉油王煎蝦,朋友們都讚不絕口。我哋有試咗蠔餅、豬雜湯和牛筋丸米粉。朋友都覺得小店老闆製作認真,最緊要餸菜是用心思去做,不是一般行貨。每人消費大約$280。此店一定要推介給大家,香港越來越少這些用心製作嘅小店。 continue reading

原本都係聽同事講依一間嘅腸粉好好食,先特意去試吓,點知⋯⋯我反而比佢嘅墨魚卷吸引左!我可以為咗個墨魚卷再嚟‼️佢除咗腸粉和墨魚卷之外,仲有好多野食可以選擇,價錢唔算便宜(我比較少食依啲類型嘅餐廳,所以我都唔係好肯定,但係都應該屬於正常價格)不過我同同行人士兩個人就試唔到咁多,所以淨係叫咗三款唔同嘅嘢試吓特色潮腸粉(牛肉) $39 推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟雖然同事係因為腸粉先推薦我去,但係我感覺還可以,雖然味道上係唔錯嘅,就算有咁多醬油和菜圃,食落都唔算好重口味,反而有少少淡(就算我點滿醬汁也是很淡)不過佢唔係平時會食到嗰種一條條卷好,中間卷住食材嘅腸粉,而係一塊腸粉皮包咗啲雞蛋、生菜同肉碎,食落冇咁滑身,但都算特別,但係我和同行人士都係比較鍾意食滑身嗰種腸粉多啲潮式紫菜墨鱼卷 $74(8片)推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟依個真心推薦!佢絕對會係我再想去食嘅主因‼️首先,佢煎到外脆內軟,食落好重嘅墨魚香,有啲似食緊墨魚滑,唔會好重粉感,都唔會一咬落去就散開晒,而且配上佢旁邊甜甜哋醬汁/醬油(?)完全唔覺得油膩,唯一美中不足大嘅就是份量有啲少,好容易食完覺得唔夠喉韭菜粿 $64 (6件)推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟🌟佢就好似平時嘅茶粿煎左咁,表面食落煙煙韌韌,裏面就包咗好多韭菜,不過食要小心啲,因為剛剛煎好好熱🥵鍾意食韭菜嘅人必點!食完全個口腔都係韭菜味,可以配少少旁邊嘅辣醬中和油膩感,但係千其唔好點多,因為真係好辣🥵🥵🥵整體來講,唔係好值得專程去食,但係平時經過開都可以去試吓,墨魚卷真係必點!以上均是我個人觀感,每個人嘅口味各有不同,所以末必同每個人嘅用餐感覺一樣,如有不同,敬請見諒。 continue reading

兩人395,有生醃、冬菜九肚魚湯、蝦棗、煎帶魚、芋泥朋友在diet,點餐有控制,份量也確實不大。生醃有驚喜,幾乎好過我在潮汕吃到的出品(也可能因為在潮汕去的是網紅店)。朋友第一次吃,有被驚艷到,不愧是潮汕毒藥湯鮮,但九肚魚的軟刺很煩,還是更適合椒鹽。黃花魚沒有,換了帶魚,酥脆但過鹹,下酒差不多。蝦棗滿地道,但價格有點高了,108蚊不到十顆芋泥有芋味,不滑,是樸實做法,前幾口吃著蠻不錯,後面會膩,得配濃茶,不然拉嗓子。下次來試試牛肉 continue reading

2月3日下午嚟到呢閒食潮洲小店,過咗午餐時間人量較小,可以輕鬆嘆吓。只因自己一人行,所以只叫咗一碗淨豬什湯+蠔餅品嚐。一碗熱辣辣豬什湯,湯底係胡椒味,內有肝、肺、粉腸、脷,每款大概有2或了片,十分豐富。蠔餅正是潮洲式做法,如果喜歡 脆卜卜油炸式味道既朋友,可以嚐試地道味道。店內仲有其他菜式,三五知己又喜歡食潮洲菜,值得過嚟一試。特別一提老闆和店內姐姐十分友善,當天趁佢哋午餐時大家都有傾談,下次一定就吓佢地招牌牛三寶和潮汕牛肉😄 continue reading
