元朗一向給人都可以說是美食滿天下,而且,小店特別多,不少更是卧虎藏龍、出品高質的,而今次所試的「聚豐燒鵝小廚」,也是一家具質素的燒味小廚飯店。店內環境如大多數茶餐廳般,兩邊有四人卡位,中間是一些六人圓枱,很適合一家大小來晚飯,最重要是衛生乾淨。雖然燒味是主力,但亦有很多其他選擇,如湯飯、粉麵、碟頭飯……等等。我們都選了燒味飯,雖然寫明只包餐飲,但侍應非常窩心,更送上是日靚湯給我們,這天的靚湯是「冬瓜蒠米煲豬骨湯」,大大碗夠火喉,天氣涼涼的,有碗熱湯下眶感覺特別舒服。燒味飯可以雙拼,只需多加$5,這個叉燒加沙薑雞的「雙拼燒味飯」($55),叉燒肥瘦剛好,又有少少燶邊位,調味富蜜香,肉質鬆化,實在好味;而沙薑雞亦很不錯,雞肉十分嫩滑,吃得出不是雪藏貨,又充滿沙薑香味,真好吃!另一碟是「燒鵝四寶飯」($68),四寶有燒鵝、油雞、叉燒及鹹蛋,餸料的份量十分之多。名爐古法燒鵝王果然不是浪得虛名,燒鵝皮薄香脆,肉嫩細嫩,且油潤甘香;豉油雞很入味,散發陣陣酥厚的豉油香氣,加上叉燒及鹹蛋,實在是叫人大滿足。餐飲的凍檸茶(+$3)及熱奶茶,對比其他茶餐廳是絕不失禮,重點是茶底出色,令到不論是檸茶,還是奶

一餐飯裏面,A爸可以無甜品,但就唔可以無湯。呢個姬松茸螺片燉老雞湯相當足料,所以味道十分清甜,螺片又香又有口感。
