一向都多人推介九龍城《聯發》今日一於試試港式茶餐,黎到見到門口都有小部份人排緊隊,不過都唔洗等好耐就入得啦,沙爹牛肉湯意粉,湯底沙爹味濃郁,充滿香料的香氣,牛肉醃得入味,沙嗲感受到濃郁花生同香料香,意粉煮得剛剛好,有咬勁,而特產入面配煎雙蛋,仲要係反蛋燶邊架,啲蛋煎得啱啱好,蛋白熟爛嫩滑,蛋黃保持咗流心狀態😋令外叫多份炸餐肉條,餐肉條炸得金黃酥脆,而且食落唔會柴,炸得啱啱好唔會太油膩。而且每條餐肉都切得剛剛好,大小均勻總括嚟講聯發下一次會回頭嘅茶餐廳,聽聞佢哋嘅炒蛋都做得出色,我下次會試吓埋佢哋嘅炒蛋

今日我去咗九龍城侯王道既老字號茶餐廳-聯發茶餐廳食飯。呢間茶餐廳已經開咗好多年,係呢頭非常出名既一間餐廳。聽聞影帝周潤發都係常客!我叫左滑蛋鷄扒丼,一口店方馳名的滑蛋配合秘製甜豉油,食落比較特別。另外,朋友仲叫咗炭火叉燒煎蛋飯,飯煮得好香,叉燒有肥有瘦,肥瘦適中,煎蛋煮得剛好,蛋黃有少少流心,撈埋飯食味道好好。而且佢地叉燒蜜糖醬汁都好正,餐廳一啲都唔慳皮,成個飯都有汁,令整個飯更加香,朋友食慾大開即刻扒多兩啖!

我今日去九龍城行街,專程拜訪聞名之久的聯發茶餐廳,它位於候王道2-4號地下1號鋪。由於聯發茶餐廳的歷史悠久,店內是傳統的裝潢,兩邊的卡座和中間的方檯,甚有懷舊的原味。我點左滑蛋照燒雞扒丼$98,北菇雞杞子煲仔飯$108及雪糕咖啡$38。煲仔飯是即叫即煲的,所以需要耐心等候。雪糕咖啡最先奉上,拿著香濃的熱咖啡,慢慢倒入盛著雲呢拿雪糕的玻璃杯內,深啡色的咖啡流在白色的凍雪糕球上,甚是好看;倒完咖啡後,就急不及待的用茶更來吃熱咖啡中的凍雪糕,真是另有一番風味。服務員收走空玻璃杯後,熱辣辣的北菇雞杞子煲仔飯和滑蛋照燒雞扒丼,就一齊奉上。北菇雞杞子煲仔飯一上檯,就聞到香噴噴的雞香味,配上秘製豉油,真係好味道!滑蛋照燒雞扒丼也是熱辣辣的,雞扒燒得的香口,雞扒厚切,肉質軟腍,雞皮脆口,很有水準。
