享負盛名的將軍澳名物“聰嫂”甜品而家強勢回歸灣仔😍吸引咗唔少食客,當中更有大量遊客,就連正餐時間都滿座,人氣非常之旺盛(我在平日七點幾去都滿座🫨幸好座位流轉得快,我等咗5分鐘就入得)據聞老闆賣盤後不忍見到糖水店全線結業😖 就決定以「聰。C Dessert」之名重新出發🫡 店舖裝潢走簡約清新路線,甜品選擇有招牌款,更有時下流行的牛角窩夫等,相信大家總能找到一款心宜糖水❣️❣️龍眼椰果冰店舖打響名堂之作,再去食依然冇失望!最欣賞它用料實在,用咗60顆去籽嘅泰國龍眼😍冷凍後同奶油打成冰沙,仲加咗椰果同水晶粒粒龍眼香好清好正🥹❣️❣️椰汁燉雙皮奶懷舊經典之選,雙皮奶非常滑嫩 綿密椰汁同雙皮奶完美結合,奶香奶香的每一啖都係可以直接滑進喉🥭🥛芒果雙皮奶底層係凍雙皮奶,滑順程度稍降,但仍然唔會起粒,上層係一層類似芒果牛奶打成冰,細緻無粒粒粗冰,而且真係有淡淡芒果奶香,唔係香精/糖漿味!最面層係大大塊嘅鮮芒果肉😍 完全無渣😍🥭楊枝甘露新鮮嘅芒果+西柚當然係絕配加埋椰漿層次更豐富,如果想要多啲配料,可以叫升級版嘅 「芒果麗莎」,會多咗椰果、水晶珠、小丸子,目測都幾受歡迎🧇綠茶雪糕紅豆麻糬牛角窩夫將牛角包壓成窩夫,就算雪糕溶咗都唔會整到waffle 軟淋淋,反而仲keep到酥脆微苦嘅綠茶雪糕同紅豆麻糬巧妙結合,平衡到甜度又豐富咗口感,唔錯♨️南北杏雪耳燉木瓜怕食冰太寒就點碗熱騰騰嘅滋補甜品雪耳嘅清爽同木瓜嘅香甜相搭配,潤肺又有美容功效🥰

After finishing my dinner tonight, a friend introduced me to this place called C Dessert. When we arrived at the entrance, there was a long line outside. My friend insisted that we had to try this dessert shop.We orderedurian with Crystal Seeds (榴槤水晶珠 - $48) 🔮This has a strong durian flavor. The durian is very smooth, with durian ice cream at the bottom. It's a must-try for durian lovers!Mini Mochi, Red Bean Matcha Ice-Cream Croffle (麻糬紅豆 抹茶雪糕牛角窩夫 - $44)The croffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's paired perfectly with the chewy mochi, red beans, and green tea ice cream.Assorted Fruits Grass Jelly with Coconut Milk (鮮雜果椰汁仙草凍 - $48)This dessert beautifully combines the refreshing grass jelly 🌿, the sweet coconut milk 🥥, and lots of fresh fruit 🍓. 餐廳:聰。C Dessert地點:灣仔莊士敦道菜式:甜品餐牌:有熱辣辣甜品,燉品,豆腐花,西米露,椰果冰,仙草凍+黑糖珍珠,特別推介,居然連牛角窩夫都有。仲可以自選配搭配料。士多啤梨椰果冰 $38士多啤梨椰果冰係迷人粉紅色士多啤梨味刨冰加上好多椰果粒同水晶珠,口感爽脆,面頭一件新鮮士多啤梨,食落味道酸咪咪,好適合夏天食。杏仁茶燉蛋白 $40杏仁茶燉蛋白熱辣辣上枱,杏仁茶真係又滑又香,完全無渣,底層就係蛋白,又滑又嫩,配甜甜地既杏仁茶好正,好養身。榴槤水晶珠 $48榴槤水晶珠係熱門凍選擇。原來係大大碗榴槤刨冰加上新鮮榴槤蓉同脆脆水晶珠。榴槤冰既榴槤味好香,新鮮榴槤果肉同脆口西米喺面,味道層次豐富。薑汁芒果豆腐花 $42薑汁芒果豆腐花係豆腐花墊底,中間原來係豆腐味刨冰,面頭加上大量新鮮芒果同水晶珠。呢款甜品豆味好香,豆腐味刨冰真係好特別,再加上脆口水晶珠,口感好正。而豆腐花配薑汁好夾。麻糬紅豆抹茶雪糕窩夫 $44麻糬紅豆抹茶雪糕窩夫賣相一流!一個熱辣辣既酥脆牛窩夫加上一球滑溜抹茶雪糕,上面再加上紅豆蓉伴半粒士多啤梨,食落口感係熱辣酥脆配滑溜香濃抹茶味,再加上香甜紅豆蓉,味道口感豐富。仲有唔少煙韌麻糬粒,絕對係一道出色西日fusion甜品。芒芒麗莎 $48芒芒麗莎係楊枝甘露加多少少材料既演化版。有好多鮮芒果肉同芒果汁做底加上脆口西米,煙韌白色小丸子,爽口椰果。味道十分清爽,芒果味好香濃而唔會過甜,而且口感豐富!黑糖珍珠另外加左料,係用杯另上,方便自己加。黑糖珍珠口感煙韌,唔會太甜。總括而言,今日所有甜品都好出色,揀一款自己鍾意就得,食得出呢度重視每款配料配搭同多重口感,特別鍾意呢度既刨冰。甜品舖有呢個質素同材料,價錢抵食。入面乾淨企理,光光猛猛,用左淺木色枱凳,裝修唔錯。成日經過都有人龍等位。星期五晚6點半前到就唔洗等。

💖 聰。C Dessert (灣仔)✨灣仔莊士敦道35-45號利文樓地下1D號舖〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️唔知有冇人同我一樣覺得糖水其實係夜晚先食嘅😂,不過今日食晚飯之前,倪丨丨係咁踢你踢去,我就知道佢肚餓了😮💨所以即刻Google Maps睇吓附近有啲乜嘢小食可以食吓就見到呢間舖頭評分都幾高👍🏻所以就試吓!-芒果麗莎🥭 $48本身其實純粹因為個名好搞笑所以先至會點,點知佢係呢餐嘅MVP👑。我有Bb之後勁中意食芒果😂,所以普通嗰啲楊枝甘露、芒果布甸已經滿足唔到我。反而呢個芒果麗莎個人認為係必點🥳。新鮮嘅芒果蓉+椰奶舖底,加上芒果肉、爆爆西米珠、椰果、小丸子、芒果冰、芒果雪糕等等都加哂入去😋。芒果果濃郁好豐富~-椰汁芋泥西米露🥥 $38芋泥好綿密🤩,又有顆粒感,愛芋嘅Jenny表示好滿意😀。西米露+芋泥+椰汁係完美無瑕嘅配搭🤩-士多啤梨豆腐花🍓 $42Fiona話呢一個咁特別嘅豆腐花其實係呢一間舖頭嘅特色招牌嚟㗎😏滑溜溜嘅豆腐花上面鋪滿由新鮮士多啤梨製成嘅冰、蓉同果醬,食落口好涼爽,酸酸甜甜好開胃🤤,底下仲有好重豆味嘅豆腐花👍🏻。相比起傳統嘅豆腐花真係好食好多‼️-芝麻糊燉蛋白🖤 $40食多啲芝麻糊BB啲頭髮先會黑啲🤣,但係我又好想食燉蛋白所以就叫咗一個mix🤫。上面係濃稠嘅芝麻糊,下面係超滑嘅燉蛋白🤤,兩種截然不同嘅口感,撞出黎好特別!-鮮雜果椰奶仙草凍🍧 $48成座山咁高嘅仙草凍好抵食😳,上面有一堆新鮮嘅雜果🫶🏻。哈密瓜、西瓜同埋蜜瓜都好甜🤜🏻🤛🏻,再配搭埋士多啤梨、芒果同埋香蕉令到成個仙草凍好igable📸。仙草嘅份量都好多,兩至三個人Share食就岩哂布蕾醬焦糖脆脆雪糕窩夫🥐 $42@isjenny.822 同我一致讚好,認為呢一個係我哋食過最好味嘅牛角包窩夫😍,好酥脆得來唔會硬,加埋佢個布蕾醬汁真係超夾。雖然旁邊嘅雲呢拿雪糕用得比較快但係連同窩夫一齊食都一樣好唔錯🫶🏻,另外仲有焦糖脆脆餅作為配搭增加口感。想繼續睇我分享唔同嘅嘢就𝓯𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓶𝓮 @gladysmamalife如果大家有其他餐廳推介可以𝒟𝒾𝓇𝑒𝒸𝓉 𝓂𝑒𝓈𝓈𝒶𝑔𝑒📩
