一去到問伙記是否攞飛叫號碼, 佢話係排隊仲要齊人至可以入坐。有冇搞錯? 我地一行5人,要2位80以上老人家企在街上等位, 真係好激氣, 如果5係朋友要去試菜, 晨早走咗。D嘢質素麻麻, 都算幾貴,普通一個蒸雞都要九十幾蚊,仲要蒸得老過我 , 大部份餸菜都要一百蚊以上 。個糖水就送ge, 红豆沙變咗红豆羹, 嚇死人, 红豆值幾多錢咁都慳, 離晒普。

呢間鋪唔好睇個個都好似好惡咁,佢地真係好有人情味好好服務。我地去過三次,次次都有好介紹,俾最實際建議。如果有朋友係外國黎我一定帶佢地黎,無得頂!

To start from the soup, it was such an amazing taste with almond milk/soup and fresh sweetness from the pork lung. It's the beauty of Cantonese soup indeed, and we just couldn't stop until finishing all.

The chicken leg drum is also yummy with deep fried aroma and cripsy chicken skin. Inside it's sticky rice which mixed and cooked with some meaty soup I guess, to make it flavorful.

Very special steamed meat dish. I liked the meat cake which was made seriuosly by quality meat parts, and it had perfect texture to be firm; plus a sense of salt-marinated fish. Yummy.

Another similar dish to Shanghainese's favorite taste, which is always very sweet and very sour. This version is less sweet but more salty, combined with sourness. It's super chill in this early summer, and the pork is really tender.

Last dish was like a show, and perfectly matching to its name! The taste could be more alcoholic.

侍應將一個砂煲放下,原來正是是日推介的【胡椒花甲煲】。一打開蓋,湯汁還是滾燙的,氣泡不斷冒出,輕輕撈起,發現份量都幾多,第一時間喝上一口胡椒湯,即時感到那股燙喉的胡椒味道,鮮味之餘還很辣,實在太好了,最喜歡就是夠辣的胡椒湯了,到最後,整煲湯也給我們喝光。

突然聞到一股醋香,由【醋香豬扒】散發出來。不要以為很簡單,只是用上鎮江醋、糖及鹽就能煮出來,原因是由十多種醋混合後,再加上微微發酵。雖然聞到強烈的酸味,但味道卻一點也不灼喉,反而感到那股醇厚柔和的醋香,並且用上肥瘦均勻的豬扒,滋味得一發不可收拾,一件豬扒已可幹掉一碗白飯。

最後就以一個【脆麻花】來作結,小小的一年脆麻花,竟然帶來了無限的歡樂,炸得既香脆且鬆化,面上又灑有很軟綿綿的椰絲碎,不知是不是以糖霜代替了砂糖,吃來甜度亦恰到好處,好味。

小小的一間茶餐廳,估不到竟是臥虎藏龍的驚喜小店,多款招牌菜都令我們心滿意足,非常美味,只是地方有點遙遠,不過港鐵通車後,過來亦十分方便。

每次中午時段坐車經過堅尼地城都見到有不少人在門外排隊, 好誇張... 難得呢次無人等, 即刻同屋企人去試下!這個是"冰室"的餐牌, 價錢都算中價! 見到不少人都叫了常餐當午餐~ 個多士賣相都幾ok! 午餐選擇都有好多! 可惜價錢不包餐飲! 要加8蚊先有杯普通咖啡茶, 感覺有少少貴~ 不過阿爸都叫左個例湯飲~不過豉椒牛河炒得好香好好食! 好多牛肉, 而且好淋身; 汁底又不會太杰, 唔錯!至於個乾炒海鮮烏冬都一樣煮得好好食! 好爽身, 好少油, 而且好多海鮮~ 包括蝦, 魚塊, 蟹柳, 魷魚! 媽咪一邊食一邊讚添!餐廳環境都算唔錯! 我地三個人坐了一張小圓枱, 好鬆動又無搭枱! 而且遇到三個不同伙計都好好禮貌 (一個幫我地落單, 再問了一個糯米雞翼有幾個隻同幾錢, 和一個問我地食完未幫我地收碟) 雖然價錢唔算平民價, 但我應該都會再去食! 我想試下個常餐和杯奶茶!

我和老公帶小朋友去,一入去,侍應好好,安排我們坐入面梳化位,雖然無high chair但小朋友可以坐梳化都不錯。侍應還主動俾bb 餐具我們,服務不錯。我們叫了常餐,是炒蛋,叉燒意粉加牛油多士。我少吃茶餐廳常餐,覺得幾好,至少多士夠厚又夠脆,而炒蛋也幾好幾滑。檸茶,奶茶一般。坐到六點,我再叫了晚餐餐牌,糯米雞翼確實好味!而杏汁豬肺燉湯有驚喜!真材實料!好味!
