很多食店在工作日會供應價廉物美的午餐,但是到了星期六日和假日,就不會再供應。萬發海鮮火鍋菜館是例外的,星期六日和假日也有午餐供應,最便宜的$48就有交易,稍微好一點的就多是$55 ,再好一點的就是六十多元,茶位$4 ,免加一 ,所以是假日吃午餐的好選擇。這天我們點了京都骨、豉油皇生蝦,另加蒜蓉蝦春卷。京都骨醬汁酸甜,很開胃,豉油皇生蝦很香,味道一流,不過蝦的大小不一,有的較大,有的就很小,這兩個午市小菜套餐都包含白飯和例湯,蒜蓉蝦春卷也很好吃,全部的份量也不少,吃得很飽很飽。

原本打算去食愛民生,點知冇開門。咁就黎左依間萬發。叫左以前出名既薯仔牛枊粒。 啲薯仔淋到乜咁 冇左表面糖香既脆。最大問題係間野好熱。我地一路食一路出汗。 叫乍已地開大啲冷氣,佢地應付下就算。我最後頂唔順要求調位。 咁先冇咁熱。 下次一定唔再黎。we will never come over again. Actually we have been to another 萬發in sham Shui po., compared with that shop, this is way too bad to commend .

剛剛在西餐廳吃了生蠔和闊條麵,立即又到隔鄰的這家中菜館吃點心和飯。為什麼會這樣?就是因為兩人想吃的東西不同,這樣每一家店吃一點,就能同時滿足兩個人的願望了。這間中菜館已經來過一次,上次不知道中午也有點心供應,到吃飽了,看到服務員為鄰桌送上大量點心,點心的賣相挺吸引的,這次就來吃點心。點了春卷和鮮蝦韭菜,怕老公不夠飽,所以又點了一個咖喱牛腩飯。春卷味道很好,內有大大的蝦,也不肥膩。鮮蝦韭菜餃很大隻,餡料滿滿的,每隻餃子內有兩隻大蝦,蝦肉Q彈,味道也不錯。看來這店的點心真的質素不俗。咖喱牛腩飯則令人失望,咖喱不夠香,也不夠立,牛腩還有點膻味,結果沒把它吃完就結賬了。

假日覓食難,處處冇午餐,幸好有發現,下次可再來。走過萬發,看到有不少顧客,於是內進。侍應遞上「午市特別介紹」的點餐紙,價錢不貴,但選擇不多,我便問她還有沒有其他餐牌。她給我午市菜譜,說點餐紙和菜譜的食物差不多。我打開菜譜,發現其實菜譜的選擇多很多。我們點了潮式生蝦煮勝瓜客飯和牛腩撈麵。牛腩撈麵的牛腩軟而入味,麵拌了牛腩汁也很美味,而且麵多牛腩也多,兩人沒吃客飯的白飯也吃不完。生蝦煮勝瓜的味道不錯,可惜蝦不太新鮮,勝瓜也太少。最離奇的是我們差不多結賬時看到侍應為隣桌送上點心。我們再問她,她才說午市也有點心供應,還給我們點心紙。老公想吃點心,但我們已太飽了,唯有下次再試。其實侍應的態度不錯,我只是不明白為何最初不一次過給我們所有餐牌餐紙。

其實侍應的態度不錯,我只是不明白為何最初不一次過給我們所有餐牌餐紙。

記得好耐好耐之前係食過一次宵夜,不過當時冇咩印象。今次幾個朋友都推薦呢間, 即管嚟試下!招牌嘅胡椒豬肚雞湯超級勁好飲而且非常之多豬肚!發達喇但係相當重胡椒味嘅!跟住嚟嘅乳豬同薑蔥炒蟹係一個孖寶,乳豬其實又乾又肥,薑蔥炒蟹就正常豉汁蒸白鱔正常水準, 整得好入味 酒焗生蠔就唔錯喎!全部脹卜卜其中一個招牌叫做雪裏紅芥蘭,大家都覺得好奇怪!原來佢嚟嘅時候係用煲仔上,最頂係有雪菜,夾走雪菜下面有紅色嘅辣椒,之後就係芥蘭。所以叫雪裏紅芥蘭,原來係上海菜不過好好味!

今晚同母親大人食飯,母親大人話天氣凍想食嘢暖身滋補一下,帶我到萬發食胡椒豬肚雞煲。😍一開始上咗個小菜,係魚皮炸花生D frd,覺得有些好笑,好似食緊零食咁😂個煲好快就上咗來,店員推住張細臺過來,上面擺住個火水爐同雞煲,然後當著我哋面幫我哋剪開D豬肚同雞😬好正啊!成塊豬肚包住成隻雞,睇住店員將佢剪到一塊塊,聞到D香味都已經留曬口水😗店員幫我哋剪完之後就盛到小碗裡,好香好好味呀,個湯好濃郁,辣辣地,胡椒加足料,入門有雞,豬肚,紅棗和蔘,我最鍾意食個豬肚,好薄身,冇麼脂肪,超級正啊,辣度都可以接受,食完個身好暖呀。

個煲好快就上咗來,店員推住張細臺過來,上面擺住個火水爐同雞煲,然後當著我哋面幫我哋剪開D豬肚同雞😬好正啊!成塊豬肚包住成隻雞,睇住店員將佢剪到一塊塊,聞到D香味都已經留曬口水😗店員幫我哋剪完之後就盛到小碗裡,好香好好味呀,個湯好濃郁,辣辣地,胡椒加足料,入門有雞,豬肚,紅棗和蔘,我最鍾意食個豬肚,好薄身,冇麼脂肪,超級正啊,辣度都可以接受,食完個身好暖呀。

同朋友聚餐想食小炒小菜類的晚餐,所以選擇了萬發。環境算整潔,不過枱同枱之間距離有點近。店員好親切會介紹有什麼值得食同直接叫我地有啲餸唔好叫唔抵食😂最後我地點左胡椒豬肚雞湯,黎到係個豬肚包住整隻雞,店員會再剪開,好有效果,味道都好濃唔會好辣好好味。我地仲嗌左黃金炸鮮魷,超邪惡,不過真係十分惹味停唔到口。而豉油皇炒麵同燒鵝就一般比較油。薯仔牛柳粒醬汁甜甜地幾好味,不過略嫌牛肉較鞋。蟶子好鮮味,鵝腸爽脆好味。呢餐飯食得好滿足!

萬發菜館有幾間分店,但大角咀這一間光顧兩次水準也能保持。三人行,乘座的士由尖沙咀出發,大約十時半到達菜館,完全不用等位,叫了五個小菜連三個白飯。1.沙薑雞,很入味,雞肉滑嫰,配白飯一流。2.薯仔牛柳粒,肉不會很韌,薯仔和牛柳比例恰當。3.瑤柱豆苗,這個餸菜必定要在街外吃,豆苗鮮嫰。4.土魷魚蒸肉餅,很有口感,不會一口咬下都是肥肉。5.豉椒鵝腸,一般大排檔風味,不過不失。餸菜比較濃味,必須要配白飯未來日子也會繼續光顧。
