#街邊檔車仔麵 喺深水埗一提起車仔麵，第一時間會諗起文X。喺網上討論區留意到附近其實有一間都有唔少好評，原來自己十年前有食過。今次主要嗌咗#豬大腸 #豬紅 同唔係到到地方有嘅 #黑柏葉 ，面底就一定係指定要 #油麵 。三餸一麵$46，唔算平。不過今次食過之後就覺得有啲失望 ，其實除咗豬大腸鹵水味夠調味好之外，黑柏葉爽口但冇乜味，豬紅更係失敗，味道欠奉。油麵勉強可以唔夠彈牙，湯底味道亦不夠，可能係咁啱得咁橋，偏偏選中我呢碗麻麻地。$46喺深水埗應該都仲有唔少選擇。 continue reading

其實本人都已經食過唔少嘅車仔麵 今日嚟到呢度 做咗一碗蘿蔔冬菇豬腸油麵 辣汁加腩汁 等左兩分鐘就有得食 湯底有啲咸 我同事叫左酸齋 牛腩 豬紅 我地交換食的 豬紅冇咩味 牛腩就偏碎 食落去冇咩口感 冬菇都算好食有口感 面質太韌唔夠淋 齋出色，唔會太酸，又唔會太甜 蘿蔔都清甜嘅 可以話係中規中矩嘅車仔麵 但係勝在價錢平 一個餸先11蚊 三餸一碗43 真好抵食 不過就唔好期待到可以同最好食果d 比 環境就一般 睇落都算係乾淨嘅 枱面醬料有啲蓋俾人開咗又冇收返 有啲醬料外露咗 感覺就唔太乾淨 過一次就算 continue reading
