我係好食到忍唔住邊打呢篇嘢邊食😆,好想誠意推介俾大家👍🏻 本身唔熟呢區,晚上10點打完波搵食,行到內街見到門口幾個人排隊,都估到呢間唔會揀錯!估唔到個豬潤腸粉好食得咁緊要😆 滑、有米味、透薄、軟糯(即係QQ地有彈性唔係一咬落去爛晒),加埋個豉油汁,真係一定會再返去幫襯!靚姐見到我有選擇困難笑笑口好有耐性,本來以為食腸粉,去到舖頭仲有滷水嘢、串燒、醉的小吃,好多選擇👍🏻 隻生炸髀我唔多介唔啦,反正個個都話好食🤤係真係好好食,你見到師傅用條竹籤撐住令到隻雞髀平均熟透,就知好嘢!👍🏻總之你有緣睇到呢篇,行過路過、唔好錯過!😊非打手只係好欣賞廚師嘅手藝同用心👍🏻 同埋多謝靚姐嘅包容😆 continue reading

今日試左呢間豬仔石磨腸粉,唔試唔知,試左都真係幾好食😋一直想試,但因為少去個邊就冇試到。今日終於有機會試到,叫左個豬肉腸粉同埋楊枝甘露布甸。個腸粉好滑好好食,豬肉俾嘅分量都好足!食得出係新鮮豬肉,我覺得最最最特別嘅係佢個豉油!食嘅第一啖真係有啲唔同,同其他腸粉店好唔同,個豉油有啲香😍。楊枝甘露布甸個芒果味都好出🤤鐘意食柚子嘅可以試下。👍🏻下次應該會試埋個火龍果腸粉,我見呢間都幾多野賣,下次有機會再試😋😋 continue reading

我自己平時好少行入上水舊墟,估唔到原來有咁多食肆小店,而且有D營業時間會到零晨!! 😮真係食宵夜嘅好地方。呢間石磨腸粉除左有傳統腸粉外,仲有火龍果、南瓜、甘筍口味,認真創新。我就揀左傳統口味,石磨蔥花齋腸套餐 $25套餐包腸粉、飲品、6粒燒賣或魚蛋,如果作為早餐都幾抵幾豐富。魚蛋係有咬口嘅陳皮魚蛋;燒賣無特別。呢度嘅石磨腸幾有驚喜,居然係帶點韌性且彈性腸粉,對比我以前喺大陸食嘅滑嘟嘟石磨腸粉,我更中意呢度嘅口感😋。生炸雞髀 $24由於即叫即炸,所以要等2個字。熱辣辣到手,香氣噴人🤤。炸衣用左麵包糠,特別脆。雞髀用普通醃料醃製左、偏鹹,所以我乜調味粉都無再加。炸嘅時間同火喉處理得幾好,雞肉嫩滑而多汁。$24一隻幾抵😏。 continue reading

近年香港愈來愈多「櫃桶」腸粉,但正宗嘅真係少之又少,唔係太「糊」就太厚🙄 豬仔腸粉淋得嚟剛剛好,加埋蛋都唔會太厚,豬肉又足料。平均每個月食5次,so far 每次都好穩定,外賣返屋企,車程半個鐘都仲好好味😋 試過第二朝蒸返早餐食都very nice😌除咗腸粉本身嘅質感,個豉油都係靈魂! 唔會死咸,食得出係自己調味而且有煮過,有誠意👍之前試過一次火龍果腸粉,唔落豉油有少少火龍果味,落咗其實唔係好覺,質地會比普通嗰隻稀薄少少🤏,未試過可以試吓門口有張枱仔,可以立食,環境都乾淨,下次要試吓炸髀先得 continue reading

202209月週日-上水立食火龍果石磨腸粉生炸雞髀地址位於上水新祥街2號地下2A號舖豬仔石磨腸粉除了石磨腸粉,也有炸串串,豬仔生炸雞髀等食物豬仔石磨腸粉不設堂食,只有外賣,店外有一個位置,有塊小板子,供食客使用我買了外賣,就試下在此立食點了抵食套餐: 傳統腸粉+燒賣6粒+豆漿,(可選魚蛋和汽水)加$5轉了火龍果石磨腸粉(共$30),再加了豬仔生炸雞髀一隻($22)燒賣正常味道,豆漿不會太甜,$30套餐可飽肚一餐火龍果石磨腸粉,外表紅噹噹,相機一定要食先腸粉食得多,加入紅心火龍果也是第一次嚐試,有淡淡果香味又有米漿香味、嫩滑又煙韌,加上少咸帶甜豉油,值得一試豬仔生炸雞髀($22),外賣放在紙袋內,拿出來時被金黃香脆賣相吸引得口水直流,新鮮炸起熱辣辣,忍唔住先咬一口,外皮卜卜脆,但雞肉有點雪味,火喉控製得宜,炸得剛好,雞髀嫩滑有肉汁,呢點絶對值得一讚,唯炸的事前準備功夫做得不足,例如去雪味和可先醃製一下,令雞髀肉有底味,味道會更佳雞髀用兩枝竹簽撐起,食時要小心火龍果生磨腸粉,賣相味道也合格$22,大大隻生炸雞髀,味道雖然唔完美,但可以一試 continue reading
