又與住筲箕灣的好朋友吃晚飯。我們當然又到「越南老街」吃越南菜了。今晚我們轉轉口味,不點太多澱粉質,點了一些小食拼盤和海鮮,也能飽餐一頓。串燒拼盤這道拼盤包含了多種串燒,每一種都有其獨特的風味和口感:豬頸肉串:肉質鮮嫩多汁,經過適當的醃製後,帶有微甜的醬香,口感滑順。 牛肉串:牛肉的嚼勁適中,香味濃郁,配搭配著香濃惹味的花生醬特製醬料,讓人一口接一口。雞肉串:雞肉鮮嫩,搭配香料的味道,非常入味。牛舌芯:口感獨特,肉質柔軟,略帶嚼勁卻又惹味彈牙,個人最愛吃這些牛舌芯。魷魚鬚:魷魚鬚彈性十足,帶有海鮮的鮮味,燒烤後香氣四溢。蒜蓉包蒜蓉包外皮酥脆,內部鬆軟,脆卜卜的,蒜香味濃郁,牛油味亦濃,讓人一口接著一口。不油膩,蘸着黃咖喱一起吃,份外美味。黃咖喱海鮮咖喱醬很香濃而微辣。蝦:飽滿的蝦肉,鮮甜多汁,盡吸咖喱的味道。青口:肉質鮮美,吸收了咖喱的香味,口感滑順。魷魚鬚:同樣鮮嫩,與咖喱非常搭配,入口爽口彈牙。這頓越南料理的風味和口感令人滿意,串燒拼盤夠惹味,蒜蓉包夠香脆,黃咖喱海鮮夠香濃。每一道菜都令人吃得很愉快,值得一吃再吃。
