To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

水煮牛肉出色的水煮牛肉:湯底香麻、牛肉軟硬適中香濃、配料襯托出水煮湯底的韻味,最底的粉條就是帶給你飽肚感的最後防線.輝記的水煮牛肉,評分如何?我哋就嚟試真啲!首先,上桌時最能試到麻香味.老實講,麻香味不算香麻.牛肉的質素,以80元的價錢來講,絕對是超值. 它不是用鬆肉粉漂醃. 它好像融合了牛肉及牛展的部位,有些是軟淋,有些是有咬口,而牛肉味是有,絕對合格.而給我最驚喜,是坊間少見的配料:黑白配,雲耳及雪耳!兩者也是爽身的雲耳及雪耳,因為湯汁的辣味會蓋過雲耳、雪耳的原味道,但是,在我僅次於食神試食拿渣麵敏銳的味覺下,我是嚐到它的獨有菇菌類原味道.兩者若要比較,雪耳是更勝一籌,因為,它硬身之餘,也比較容易吸收到湯汁,一絕!粉條方面,它不是軟糯的水晶粉條,而是像幼身的韓式粉絲,吸汁力比較弱,但飽肚感一流.輝記是在將軍澳坑口村內較隱蔽的位置,店內環境是街坊食肆格局,目測老闆夫婦應該是四川重慶附近的人,他們紮根將軍澳多年,絕對是又一隱蔽小店推介.

📍🇭🇰輝記小炒話說有日忙到三點三先吃到晏就,咁來到將軍澳第一時間會想到tvb電視城,堆填區等等,咁有咩好吃?係坑口村比較入的地方,估不到都可以搵到地道的小炒,真係值得推介!.1- 菠蘿雞粒炒飯{HK$36}菠蘿、雞粒、蛋絲、飯炒得粒粒分明,炒得好有獲氣!大碟又抵食!仲配餐飲,熱飲包埋,凍飲加2元。.2- 乾炒牛河{HK$36}而另一道都係獲氣十足的小炒,出面吃過的乾炒牛河十分油膩,而呢間就控制得唔錯,中意吃辣的朋友,加埋辣醬更美味😋!

{ 乾 炒 牛 河 }正呀喂!唔知係咪餓得濟,個乾炒牛河特別好味!話說今日忙得濟三點三先有時間食晏,唯有去 #輝記小炒 食個下午茶啦,二話不說嗌左最愛嘅乾炒牛河,事關隔住個廚房都聽到啲鑊氣呀!唔講以為係摩打手,落單前後唔洗幾分鐘有得食,熱辣辣果然鑊氣十足呀!啲洋蔥係甜嘅!不過確實確實有啲太油,唯有趁後生好食多幾碟⋯{ 菠 蘿 雞 粒 炒 飯 }菠蘿、雞粒、飯,粒粒分明,加埋啲鑊氣,擺埋一齊互相配合,恰到好處,成就出一碟食完想再食嘅靚炒飯!雖然杯熱奶茶係餐包埋嘅,不過爭咁啲喎,爭啲茶味奶味啦,水吧個位要給力啲啦!
