由於有朋友推介此食店,所以今次都一大班朋友到此品嚐一下😌菜色如下:椰子雞煲,菠蘿咕嚕肉,鴨舌,黃金炸魚皮,牛仔骨煲,錦綉卷,椒鹽鮑魚,椒鹽魷魚,炒菜心,乾燒伊麵。首先想讚一讚個雞煲,椰子🥥好足料,厚厚的,雞都好食!個湯好甜,好好味😋(不過一定要預早訂)。大家都盛讚個湯!不錯👍🏻菠蘿咕嚕肉,菠蘿都是新鮮的,配以酸酸甜甜的醬汁,小朋友都多吃幾口!都是讚!黃金炸魚皮,是有驚喜的!咸咸的,但魚皮都很脆口,都值得一試!🤗我個人便比較喜歡💕這道菜式。牛仔骨都很入味!我另一個比較喜歡是「椒鹽鮑魚」,生熟度恰到好處。上面的椒鹽,有少少辣味,如果用來送酒都是一流的!(可是我們不飲酒)😬😬這味餸好食🤤!推薦!乾燒伊麵都炒得好乾身,好入味!好有鑊氣!有水準!🌷😚這裡的店員,老闆娘都很好人,親切有禮,態度好好,笑容滿面,很有禮貌!如果經開深水埗,大家都可以試吓啦! continue reading

超級超級難食,第一味碌鵝冇味好淡。跟住八珍豆腐煲、豉汁盤龍癬、豉汁聖子。以上全部無味。跟住越嚟越嚴重,椒鹽鮑魚、炸子雞。黑過我塊面。😱我未見過小抄王係白過張紙巾😭😭😭侍應亞姐態度欠佳。最後埋單無收炸子雞同鮑魚錢,但係都要平均$240/人。又貴又唔好食,連老闆都唔咁食我哋碟鮑魚。香港飲食業真係俾你哋搞到衰晒。一定唔會有下次。網上D相同真實係兩回事。但老闆都有良心無收2個菜錢。希望可以有待改善及提升。真心搞好香港飲食業。 continue reading

今晚想食下小菜,路經此地入黎試吓,一行五人叫左8個餸潮州蠔餅👌🏻首先上檯既蠔餅,賣相睇落都幾靚,食落蠔仔唔算多,蠔餅蛋漿少厚,但炸得幾酥脆蒜蓉炒豆苗👌🏻份量幾多,味道ok豆苗幾嫩潮州咸雞👌🏻姐姐話係用新鮮雞整,仲有雞肝雞心一齊上碟,雞肉都幾滑,跟沙薑醬,味道ok黃金鮮魷呢個鮮魷無論係咸蛋黃定係鮮魷本身都係淡而無味⋯椒鹽九肚魚呢個椒鹽九肚魚都係一樣,淡而無味,賣相亦好奇怪,同認知中既椒鹽九肚魚係兩樣野黎白菜豆腐魚雲湯呢個湯,其實本身係勝瓜,但佢話冇晒,轉左用白菜,呢個湯好重味精,又甜又咸,飲完好口渴枝竹魚腩煲一上檯都幾吸精,但食落真係唔掂,d魚裹粉好厚,而所謂魚腩,全部都好多骨,似係魚背,本來叫魚腩就係想啖啖肉,點個啖啖都要輪骨,食得好冇癮豉椒鵝腸唯一覺得ok既一個餸,鵝腸幾爽口,不過成餐飯都好失望今次叫既餸大部分都係好基本既小菜,一行五人都食得好唔開心,冇下次 continue reading

最近熟人介紹,輝記小菜館新開張叫我去捧下場試下菜,咁啱同事想聚一聚啤一啤,,即時約埋一齊落去試新菜順便聚下舊。 提早一日,搵老友幫忙聯絡老闆,幫我哋book定位兼寫菜單, 我地五個大男人,預飲六七支啤酒其他餸菜廚師發板, 最緊要有湯😂。 最後老闆畀我哋個菜單如下:1. 海星螺頭燉豬展2. 金銀蒜蒸大元貝3. 碌鵝例牌 4. 津菜白花扎5. 鹽燒奄仔蟹 入座後等人齊之際 ,先叫大廚輝哥整幾個餐前小食我哋飲住酒先, 嚟咗碟雞雜, 青瓜脆腸同黃金魚皮, 碟碟都極度邪惡,雞雜新鮮,雞潤雞腎都好好味, 冰凍嘅生腸灼得啱啱好非常彈牙配埋wasabi食簡直一流,青瓜酸酸甜甜非常開胃, 碟炸魚皮就最離譜,非常唔健康但係食到唔停口,鹹蛋又香魚皮又脆, 差啲食曬冇留畀人😅等齊人之後,急不及待叫老闆起菜, 先嚟燉湯,眼見材料分量非常充足,幾條友飲完都直豎拇指, 湯色清澈味道濃沃而不漏, 冇得彈。 跟住上咗碟客家碌鵝, 都幾靚仔,皮肉分明肥瘦適中,呢味家鄉菜都幾個人口味, 我個人覺得味道夠濃 ,但朋友就返嫌佢鹹咗啲, 喜好與否因人而異。 之後又嚟咗碟大元貝, 比平時食嗰啲更加大隻, 師傅預先將唔食得嘅部位切除,然後用炸蒜同生蒜加粉絲墊底蒸到啱啱好 ,夠晒野味又食得方便,啖啖肉過足癮。 食咗咁多濃味嘢,黎返碟清著清清哋嘅, 師傅用津菜包住啲蝦滑灌上清湯, 我未食過,但覺得幾得意, 亦見到大廚嘅心思。 最後壓軸 ,我哋等咗成晚嘅主菜 -鹽燒奄仔蟹, 奄仔蟹蟹膏充足,而且非常大隻,好少見到有呢啲size,通常食嘅都係得佢三分之二咁上下, 一人一隻食完飽到上心口非常滿足,朋友都好滿意今晚嘅安排, 最後埋單驚喜價,每人四百蚊都唔使,真係性價比之選, 必定再嚟幫襯。😁 continue reading
