七一留港消費,玩足一日,食足一日,肚子仲飽緊的時間,大家相討在那裏晚飯,於是決定去最近人氣高企的辣湘湘,因為知佢等得耐,等得嚟入座應該開始肚餓⋯⋯最後足足等了一個鐘,正式入座,由於用膳時間只得90分鐘,所以QR CODE落單要眼明手快,否則在這環節也用多了十幾分鐘。但好處在於門口已有一張張的實體菜單,在等待的時候已精挑細選食乜, 可恨的事,在炎炎夏日在門外等候真是一件辛苦的事,辛好朋友們嘻嘻哈哈講過不停,時間覺得快點過去⋯⋯店內的天花燈是辣椒很可愛,但由於天氣太熱,部分冷氣有滴水情況⋯⋯豬油拌粉$29~應該撈完粉才拍照,但撈完之後就似拌麵樣子了,所以想影佢真身比大家睇,筆者覺得粉比麵更出色,感覺冇咁肥膩。白飯一煲$30~白飯一碗$10,所以多人的話,點一整煲更為吸引,耐保溫,可以慢慢嘆,最後還可以另加$19可以購買一公斤的米回家試吓自己煲唔煲到這效果。鮮腐竹燘荷包蛋$69~筆者當日最喜歡這道菜,但可能飯煲實在太吸引,令到這道菜影得不夠清楚,但很喜歡那湯底濃厚的胡椒味道很吸引。湖南臭豆腐$49~湖南的臭豆腐和港式有點出入,等者都是喜歡點甜醬多一點。18秒爆炒雪花牛肉$139~原以為這道菜是最早端上來,因為18秒但這道菜真的必須吃飯才夠精彩,香芹吸引。蒜香花甲$139~蒜香相當惹味,耐何這裡沒有啤酒,失色不少⋯⋯湘味酸菜爐魚$139~酸菜頗咸,但爐魚夠滑。湖南剁椒魚頭$99~這道菜已點少辣,磨豉,番茄,辣椒,濃味非常,粉條吸了辣汁,嗜辣者必定歡喜,吃到魚骨部分有點鹹。超大杯渣男檸檬茶$45-~大大杯解辣去油膩感,而且可以選少冰少甜,一讚。整體來說這裡在QR CODE點餐時,可以選擇少油、少辣、少鹽,但有些菜式都仍然很咸⋯⋯另外每桌用餐時段為90分鐘,所以QR CODE下單時要快手快腳,否則用膳時間會比較趕,我們還有十分鐘,他們已溫馨提示,用饍時段夠鐘。菜式頗為濃味,在沒有酒精飲品提供的情況下有點失色。 continue reading

食物還是可以,但係茶餐廳嘅格局收加一服務費,唔值🥹仲有係午餐都收加一。 而家好多比佢好坐、環境好嘅餐廳都已冇收加一呢個服務。若果要用呢個價格去食一餐飯的話,我會選擇其他更好食嘅餐廳比佢咁平。 continue reading

辣湘湘小炒湖南菜位於荃灣大河道99號99廣場地下1A-1E號舖!餐厅环境舒适乾淨! 今日同朋友同時間想食啲辣嘅嘢!朋友就推荐咗食呢間! 下午茶時段入嚟,所以唔需要等位!兩個人點咗兩個菜,兩個肉! 蔥爆豬肝$79,豬肝火候控制到啱啱好,唔會太老,鑊氣足,辣度可以在接受范圍! 青椒油渣炒苦瓜$69,苦瓜唔會太苦,辣左少少,豬油渣碎配上苦瓜,口感超香! 大碗口味花菜$69,這個叫做不辣的,每一口花菜都好有鑊氣,個都系每次食湖南菜必點嘅菜式之一! 辣椒炒肉$99,都是经典的地道湖南菜,辣度适中,肉質鮮嫩,簡直系碳水小偷!每次點個菜都忍唔住要叫白飯整體嚟講,呢間都可以再來 continue reading

點了酸菜魚,小辣,有鮮味,加了很多芝麻,令魚肉更香。青椒豬油渣炒苦瓜,現在其他餐廳已經很難吃到豬油渣了,有鑊氣。可惜沒有午飯套餐,必須點正價小菜,兩人200多元買單,環境乾淨,服務挺好,值得推薦。 continue reading
