以前附近返工成日都食郭仔記,今日同朋友係附近經過就過回味下,叫左一牛一豬試試。牛三寶米粉牛三寶有牛腩、牛肚和牛丸,牛腩軟嫩可口,牛肚香濃入味,牛丸爽口彈牙,令人驚喜!加上新鮮生菜的清脆口感為這道菜增添一絲清爽。再加上辣椒油,更加好味。另一碗揀左豬軟骨、咖喱魚蛋、蘿蔔、豬紅、米粉配沙爹湯底;豬軟骨有幾舊而且煮到好淋好入味,而咖哩魚蛋好似係陳皮魚蛋黎,加上充滿咖哩汁好惹味,蘿蔔無乜渣幾清甜,豬紅正正常常,米粉份量唔少,加上餐廳提供既菜脯,令到碗麵更多層次感。味道不過不失而每碗既車仔麵配料都唔少,性價比高,可過足口癮!

味道不過不失而每碗既車仔麵配料都唔少,性價比高,可過足口癮!

由於是大埔街坊,間唔中都幫襯吓。見最近再一次裝修,行過路過決定幫襯一下。今日買了一碗生菜魚肉和一碗三餸車仔麵回家,打開顏色已經怪怪的,食落完全是變壞了的酸味,打去店家叫佢注意一下,佢竟然態度惡劣地說:我可能㗎,我哋今日早上先整。現在30幾度,你說會注意一下,就得㗎啦,因為擔心其他食客食壞肚皮。我講乜嘢廢話冇可能我而家就係同你講變壞咗。食店因為通關嘅關係,生意已經難做。大埔區競爭激烈,好食的食店最後先有得留低。如此態度惡劣,你還想在大埔區生存嗎?以後都唔會再幫襯

小時候在大埔讀書(火車站小山崗斜坡上的男女校,這裡有校友嗎?),吃飯基本上就是在大明里四方公園一帶。十多年後回來,認識的餐廳全都消失了,只剩下郭仔記。郭仔記三寶即腸粉、燒賣和魚蛋。腸粉非常滑溜,想切開會自動捲回去,一入口會很順暢地滑進口中,配上豉油麻醬簡直一流。燒賣很結實,有魚茸味,亦烚得夠軟。咖哩魚蛋是小小粒的,很彈牙。事頭婆和姐姐們跟食客的對話很是「街坊」,跟我的回憶中一模一樣,是大埔最有人情味的小店之一。姐姐們落麻醬辣醬芝麻也完全不吝嗇呢!

沉日準備食晏晝之前,見有啲餓,就叫阿媽幫我去買串魚蛋同燒賣食。其實之前已經食過佢嘅燒賣,已經覺得好好食,所以今次再食多次。我好鍾意佢嘅燒賣嘅口感好好,唔會好似其他燒賣咁,會覺得粉。另外,就係辣魚蛋,佢哋用陳皮魚蛋,好香好彈牙,而且啲辣好入味,唔需要加其他醬汁已經好好食。

其實我之前見燒賣關注組都推薦大埔國仔記呢間嘅燒賣,所以夜麻麻,跑開步,都忍唔住試一試。我自己對於腸粉都略有研究,其實最重要嘅係食佢搭唔搭牙同埋食佢嘅醬料,因為有啲地方,就算腸粉整得好好食都好,但係如果甜醬嘅味道稍為同腸粉唔夾嘅話,其實就算啲腸粉幾好食都冇用。呢度嘅腸粉$11 4條,價錢來講唔算特別貴,咁當然啦,亦都唔算特別平。佢呢度有腸粉套餐可以揀,一碟腸粉有四條,仲可以包含燒賣同埋魚蛋,腸粉係好大牙嘅,每一條都好爽,絕對唔會有整到好稔一坺嘢嘅感覺。燒賣亦都有好香嘅豬油味。之後我叫咗杯凍檸茶,同埋凍檸水,唔算特別甜,茶味亦都比較出,算係幾唔錯㗎啦。

我自己對於腸粉都略有研究,其實最重要嘅係食佢搭唔搭牙同埋食佢嘅醬料,因為有啲地方,就算腸粉整得好好食都好,但係如果甜醬嘅味道稍為同腸粉唔夾嘅話,其實就算啲腸粉幾好食都冇用。

佢呢度有腸粉套餐可以揀,一碟腸粉有四條,仲可以包含燒賣同埋魚蛋,腸粉係好大牙嘅,每一條都好爽,絕對唔會有整到好稔一坺嘢嘅感覺。

燒賣亦都有好香嘅豬油味。

男朋友依碗嗌左牛肚,牛筋腩,魚蛋,配咖喱汁 😎我可以好肯定咁講一間嘅牛雜絕對唔輸蝕出面任何跟專做牛雜嘅舖頭,十分之入味,又新鮮,有𡁻口,咖喱汁都好好味,辣味剛好!🌶

而我呢碗 就有蘿蔔,牛筋腩,金菇同埋魷魚配腩汁😚牛筋腩就同上面嗰個一樣🤪十分之好味筋腩都有真係好!因為好多地方要分開兩餸叫又怕食唔曬!🤣🤣🤪


蘿蔔簡直就是世界級,又甜又無渣又入味,好食到震😚😚🙌🏼魷魚都好新鮮冇臭味😍爽口彈牙!🧡

我就叫左車仔麵常客豬紅、豬腸及金錢肚+幼麵加牛腩汁!
朋友就叫魚蛋、金錢肚、牛柏葉+幼麵加牛腩汁!
起筷~幼麵爽滑,豬腸入味唔太肥,豬紅滑身,金錢肚麵好好味!仲可以加辣菜甫好惹味!

另外點一份魚蛋、燒賣、腸粉,燒賣熱辣辣最好食!腸粉很滑好好味!

今餐真係好滋味!

下次再入大埔再翻啅郭仔記!
