今日約咗屋企人一齊去食大排檔,揀咗位於黃大仙中心南館地下大排檔2號嘅醉和里,係一間充滿地道風味嘅餐廳。好耐冇嚟食,好掛住呢度嘅豉椒斑腩,以前嚟過食,印象深刻!呢度嘅大廚以精湛手藝炮製各色港式料理,大排檔環境都好有feel,服務又熱情周到,係約食飯嘅不二之選!呢個豉椒斑腩河相當正,斑腩肉質細嫩滑溜,裹著濃郁嘅豉椒醬汁,辣中帶香,鮮美十足!而且河粉都好彈牙,吸哂面頭嘅豉汁,相當惹味!而旁邊嘅凍檸茶,冰爽清甜,食完豉汁,再飲啖檸檬,微酸中和了口腔中嘅辛辣。港式檸檬茶嘅茶香十足,令人回味無窮!呢度嘅價錢相宜,絕對唔貴,下次都要再嚟食!

一步出黃大仙地鐵站的出口旁有個熟食亭,那邊全部都是大排檔,一系列的港式炒粉麵飯、碟頭飯、鑊氣小炒、潮州滷食物、火鍋等等都有,選擇非常多。周末的日子,早上時分,也是坐滿客人,品嚐早餐。沙爹牛肉配公仔麵茶記其中為人熟悉、必吃之一的早餐/常餐選擇,沙爹牛肉公仔麵,沙嗲牛是鮮牛,啖啖肉,很濃稠的醬汁。公仔麵口感剛好,不會太硬或太腍。西煎雙蛋兩隻煎荷包蛋,蛋白滑溜,蛋黃流心狀,戳一下流出來。這個餐還附送牛油白麵包,如果烘過後,牛油味會更加香。

行完街行到累,一個男人可以去食D咩野?禁就梗係大排檔啦,自問唔係一個大食既人,都忍唔住叫左兩個小菜。叫左個椒鹽肉排同一個咕嚕雞丁。肉排夠入味,唔怕乾,入口結實,最香既係佢肉與肥油之間既交界,食落去惹味得泥又有油香,再配上兩口白飯,今日咩累都值得。雞丁睇落無骨,食落去大啖大啖真係好爽,入味,酸酸地,夠開胃,送飯,一流。

老伴的雞脾腸仔飯配黑椒汁一看便知是炸得過了火。雞脾的外皮是脆卜卜非常乾焦的樣子,腸仔有兩條,幸好也不算炸得太燶。至於這一客飯的黑椒汁則是異常地深黑,廚師大概是以有色味淡的老抽入料,只是一碟飯給酹上這黑褐色的醬油,賣相極不討好。加上雞脾的外表,全部都被減分了。

試一口雞脾,果不出所料地呈又乾又硬的質感,皮粗肉靭。小的認為餐廳出品的雞脾雞翼一向都沒得輸,那都是容易拿捏,不會怎麼出錯的食材。可惜差之毫釐,謬以千里。只要稍一不慎,把雞脾炸得太久,整份食物便變成了嚴重燒傷命懸一線的慘狀,外面起了一個又一個泡泡地硬似石頭。然後入口果然一如預期,那種死的的之乾硬立即刺破了嘴唇,宛如咬著柴枝,食物的鮮味與鹹味都給完全掩蓋,即使雞脾的份量看上來是不少,但味蕾的遭殃已絕對地糟蹋了整碟客飯。

尚幸兩條香腸仍保持軟綿,不過那些黑椒汁同樣慘絕人寰。不似平日茶餐廳品嚐到的出品,這兒的黑椒汁完全沒有黑胡椒的香味,似乎純粹以只有色澤卻味道欠奉的老抽,加上鹽與味精,以麵粉豆粉增添濃稠,然後便成功濫於充數。飯邊的幾顆白烚椰菜自然是沒有聞味,不過出面的餐記伴菜好多時都只會白烚,純粹好心添點顏色蔬菜,咱們也別太挑剔。

然而,總結而論這客碟頭飯仍是絕對地難食,幾乎是小的見過最劣質的作品。老伴也吃得不是味兒,唯有將食物狂貫入口,單一地為求飽腹。

一籠三粒的潮洲粉果同告失敗,純觀外表只見粉皮呈乳白而非晶瑩透明,與正宗粉果有異。一啖咬之雖未至堅靭,卻仍見厚實無奈。至於餡料也是乏善可陳,粗造的質材,味道淡出鳥來。為挽救食材,小的在鄰桌空席處取來了至愛的辣椒油。這兒的辣油不見有渣,非似傳統的潮式辣油。然而鐵盅內卻有粒粒小粒的方塊浮面,和以粉果一試,原來那屬於干蒜粒。蒜粒並非普通生蒜,卻是經滾油炸過的熟蒜。而大廚偏好過火的態度則成功把蒜粒炸得香脆爽硬,為辣油增添香氣與口感。

一碟牛肉球出來變成了牛肚,非是小的一向喜歡的茶樓乾蒸。想叫姐姐更換,老伴卻隨和地說算了。橙紅色的牛肚不過不失,或許是其它食物都是太差,令小的降底要求,把不太難吃的作品已視作極品。

這樣劣拙的餐廳,難怪於午市繁忙時段也不見有人。中伏嗎?一次便夠了!

黃昏與同事在摩士公園踢完波,走到黃大仙這間冬菇亭食晚飯。因為五點就到,所以餐廳內沒有太多食客,我們可以叫下午茶,星洲炒米或乾炒牛河連飲品也是$50叫了半打啤酒,便開始小炒。菠蘿咕嚕肉:經常有鑊氣,杯配料很爽脆,咕嚕肉很入味,外層走油所以很脆,整體感覺非常高質。新炒涼瓜:非常好吃,非常甘甜,豉椒味配搭非常嘢未。豉椒炒鵝腸:這個價錢最貴,但有點失望。鵝腸炒得不夠入味,而且配料配搭不太合適,鵝腸也不夠爽脆。椒鹽鮮魷:可以形容詞真店之寶,外面揸得非常鬆脆,魷魚本身爽彈,完全可以一口咬開,外脆內爽,配搭結束,完全冇得輸。總結,性價比非常高,啤酒再配小菜,絕對是男人的浪漫。

好有鑊氣嘅大排檔小抄,叫左炒魷魚、啫啫雞、金銀蛋菜同一碟雜錦滷水,四個人食。碟滷水真係好·大·碟(碟size差唔多係正常size 兩倍),有五六款都係食唔哂,真係好抵食。除返開每人百三蚊應該係因為酒水白飯叫多左。
