荃灣三陂坊有不少平民食店,吸引不少饕餮之客來覓食。今日和朋友來到這間潮州菜館「醉潮館」,一嚐他們拿手的招牌菜。傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙大推! 蠔烙食過數次,大致都想像到那味道。今次第一次食潮洲州蠔烙,故不到還給了我點新意。店家的煮法偏向半煎炸方式,蠔烙煎到脆卜卜,上面還舖了少少炸薄脆,增添香脆,好像吃薯片一樣。鴨蛋蛋漿包裹著一粒粒肥美飽滿的蠔仔,蠔仔新鮮不腥,蠔味濃郁,份量多,每一啖都食到,超滿足!砂鍋卜卜蜆煲另一招牌菜,卜卜蜆數十隻,乾淨無沙;鮮味鹹香,加上湯底是加了白蘿蔔、粟米、小米辣煲的,鮮甜中帶點辣,十分順口,好適合冬天喝一碗,暖暖胃。值得一讚的是:店家會將半熟蜆煲放在氣爐上慢慢煮開,讓食客食到最新鮮的蜆。雪裏紅蝦菜心煲菜心煲用了啫啫煲的煮法,將炒香的菜心放在燒紅的煲上,增添鑊氣。菜心的清甜配合肉碎、蝦乾、辣椒的香辣,惹味十足。店家的飲品亦有少見的哈多寶、清涼爽、烏龍茶等等,選擇多。整體這間食店絕對值得再訪,再嚐店家更多的拿手小菜。

另一招牌菜,卜卜蜆數十隻,乾淨無沙;鮮味鹹香,加上湯底是加了白蘿蔔、粟米、小米辣煲的,鮮甜中帶點辣,十分順口,好適合冬天喝一碗,暖暖胃。值得一讚的是:店家會將半熟蜆煲放在氣爐上慢慢煮開,讓食客食到最新鮮的蜆。
