想食中菜…搵啲道地啲嘅街坊菜館,同家人都常常黎呢間! 因為門口可泊車🤭有位家人一想起食「蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦」就會嚟呢一間是日晚餐:梅菜扣肉🍖薑汁芥蘭🥗薑蔥霸王雞🐔蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦🦐魚腸焗蛋🐟🍴梅菜扣肉 - 非常有懷舊嘅味道, 梅菜係食落去係甜梅菜,唔係鹹死嗰啲,梅菜好夠腍、五花腩都好入味,入口即溶、不油不膩、肉嘅油香用嚟配白飯真係一流!🍴薑汁炒芥蘭 - 出面有時啲菜炒完都會有一浸草青味,但呢度ok,少油,ok 呀!🍴金銀蒜蒸開邊蝦 - 呢個菜式非常好送飯,蝦鮮甜,雖然蝦唔大隻,但啲肉好結實,so far食咗咁多間都鍾意食呢間多嘅味道,好啱胃口!喺屋企蒸,點都係係蒸唔到菜館嘅味道👅可能係要讚油嘅原因😆🍴雞蛋焗魚腸 - 呢個就失去咗原本以前嘅古早味,因為佢最肥嘅部份拎走咗,冇晒啲魚肝嘅油香味,蛋應該係蒸完再焗,唔夠以前懷舊嗰種乾身,下次可以改為試吓魚腸煎蛋.🍴薑蔥霸王雞 - 因為經常食,所以知道佢唔係次次都保持到水準,欣賞佢多蔥多薑,但今次啲雞蒸得熟過頭,要嚼好耐🤣🤣🤣菜館!請加油!一行六人五大一小,埋單五百幾,其實都係合理😎😎其實已回頭多次,因為蒜蓉開邊蝦真係唔錯!🤪🤪🤪樓面啲阿姐都講嘢幾大聲,要
