今日大年初四,我又未正式開市返工,諗下約邊個朋友食飯好,終於想起每年大年初一,都例牌請我去佢屋企食開年飯好友,佢每年整大量昂貴海味招呼我,真係請番佢食多幾餐,都報答唔到佢 ! 下午問佢要唔要返工,佢話唔須要,我就諗起長沙灣醉瓊樓,鹽焗雞係我覺得全港最好食,加上我朋友廚藝了得成日整雞,我就特登約佢晚上、19:30 大家直接去呢間食,但事前戴定頭盔先,講明堂食環境一般,千祈唔好介意 ! 到 19:30 前我朋友兩公婆先到達,幾分鐘後我由元朗,乘坐 68X 剛落車,我到達時鋪內都爆滿,但剛好有一張卡位客人埋單,朋友正等店員執清卡位,我就剛好準時 19:30 到達。先落單半隻鹽焗雞、其他由我老友發辦落單,計有雞油炒豆苗、豉汁蒸鱔、及梅菜扣肉。期間店員先送上一大窩例湯,係雞腳、豬肉及其他材料煲成,比平時下午套餐送嘅例湯濃郁、亦都偏鹹,所以大家都只係飲咗約一碗。期間我俾咗一封利是俾阿姐,大家開心之餘亦希望招呼好少少 ! 🔺 我本人係客家人,所以好中意食鹹雞或鹽焗雞,自己亦略懂廚藝,有自己用粗鹽炒熱,再用沙紙包裹雞殼,用熱燙粗鹽覆蓋雞殼焗熟,非常有鹽香味! 但香港所謂鹽焗雞,一般都係用鹽水浸熟而已,

🔺 我本人係客家人,所以好中意食鹹雞或鹽焗雞,自己亦略懂廚藝,有自己用粗鹽炒熱,再用沙紙包裹雞殼,用熱燙粗鹽覆蓋雞殼焗熟,非常有鹽香味! 但香港所謂鹽焗雞,一般都係用鹽水浸熟而已,但呢間雖然我都知係用浸熟做法,但估計之前有做風乾程序,所以肉質鹹香得嚟、較乾身又不失幼滑 ! 可能我自己食嘢要求亦唔太挑剔,覺得暫時全香港食過叫最好食之一,所以時常都會特登前往幫襯,但一般都係叫碟頭飯食多!

🔺 雞油豆苗,係我朋友落柯打,平時我叫只會蒜茸炒,因為我一向少食肥膩嘢,雞油呢類膽固醇高食物,我平時係盡量避免,但農曆新年一年一次大家開心,我都唔介意 ! 咁多樣餸之中呢樣稍為失色少少,因為豆苗較老,但因用雞油炒所以補充到油滑口感,成枱都係肉食冇一碟蔬菜,終於都係覺得爭咁樣嘢 ! 
Other Info. : 五年前因在附近工作開始幫襯,兩年前離開呢區工作,但仍時常刻意返去食鹽焗雞,可以證明呢間鹽焗雞,係幾好食! 不過呢間我食咁耐,老闆、老闆娘及其他阿姐,都係好似當我新客一樣,平時冇咩交流 ! 一般如果成日幫襯開,點都有打個招呼卦?! 自問自己都係較主動有禮嘅人,食開好多食店大家關係都係熟落,一般都有講有笑! 場內環境真係一般,樓下越近廚房越有陣壓味,所以要有心理準備及將就下! 根上亦非雅座,睇鋪面內外相信好耐冇裝修,但聽聞上年喺近荔枝角方向,開咗一間分店,我有朋友食過話,唔夠呢間老店好食!

今日因為一個老人家🧓🏽生日,所以有幸試到依間懷舊餐廳原來聽大家講,依間餐廳好耐歷史架啦佢地因為成日幫襯,所以都叫左好多熟悉既野食,而我就幫手叫個砵仔焗魚腸啦,今餐真係好豐富分別有白果豬肚湯、炸芋泥、梅菜扣肉、琵琶豆腐、霸王雞、生魚片兩食同砵仔焗魚腸先講個湯,見到奶白色已經好吸引飲落當然係無得頂啦到炸芋泥啦,其實我唔太鍾意炸野,所以都係試左一小「舊」,食落都唔錯架梅菜扣肉呢,就因為怕肥,所以都係食左少少,但反而味道上同我之前食ge唔算入味琵琶豆腐都唔錯架,豆腐算嫩滑,唔會太多粉同炸得亦唔會太硬霸王雞食落都還可以啦😋一定要連蔥薑食而生魚片兩食呢,我就最欣賞啦因為做得好出色,唔係炸果款,魚肉真係好滑同入味,好想食好多好多不過,我叫果個砵仔焗魚腸,就無想像中整得咁好食啦,但我地整體都食灑所有野架好厲害加上有得坐房舒服

今星期公主放假,我這家丁也罷工,出街食家附近大大細細茶餐廳,都食過哂,唸唸下,呢間醉瓊樓,主打客家菜。N年無來過,我家老爺都贊成來,懷舊一番。炸豬大腸,霸王雞,系我跟家老爺首選,再叫雞蛋焗魚腸同金銀蛋莧菜。豬大腸,絕對系今非昔比,同小時候,真的唔同味道,不過同現今其他菜館食的,佢水準系之上,夠乾身,脆口。霸王雞,一流雞滑流,有雞味。賣相唔差嫁.金銀蛋莧菜,大大碟,分量足!最後上場系雞蛋焗魚腸。嘩,香噴噴,熱辣辣,我家老爺洒下胡椒粉後馬上享用,我來不及拍照!正,好鬼正,又香又滑又熱辣辣。我家老爺滔滔不絕講童年住事,佢嫲嫲當他小時候,常煮這道菜……回味無窮!此店人流也不錯,星期一,也坐滿7成客。大部分老街坊,一個人有,老夫妻有,三人行也有,三代同堂也有,很有溫暖家的感覺,店內,顧客都不用看餐牌,隨心想食什麽就叫什麽。除魚蟹系海鮮價,其他大部份由50-75/小菜,包例湯及白飯大大碗,另加茶$6/位,我覺得,是平宜的食店。

家附近大大細細茶餐廳,都食過哂,唸唸下,呢間醉瓊樓,主打客家菜。N年無來過,我家老爺都贊成來,懷舊一番。

炸豬大腸,霸王雞,系我跟家老爺首選,再叫雞蛋焗魚腸同金銀蛋莧菜。
豬大腸,絕對系今非昔比,同小時候,真的唔同味道,不過同現今其他菜館食的,佢水準系之上,夠乾身,脆口。

此店人流也不錯,星期一,也坐滿7成客。大部分老街坊,一個人有,老夫妻有,三人行也有,三代同堂也有,很有溫暖家的感覺
,店內,顧客都不用看餐牌,隨心想食什麽就叫什麽。除魚蟹系海鮮價,其他大部份由50-75/小菜,包例湯及白飯大大碗,

之前食過兩次都想俾好評架!可惜今次紅假師傅唔知係咪無番工...啲餸做得比較咸...令到我同男朋友都好失望 希望下次黎師傅煮番好食啲啦!因為對上兩次既羅漢齋同瑤柱雙菇扒時菜都好食,小小一店就有酒樓水準啊! 沙拉醬同排骨竟然係分開...雖然係有啲奇怪但炸排骨好香口!正!應該改名沙拉醬伴酥炸排骨! 會更合理! 兩個餸都做得又咸又唔好食。雙菇得金菇,豆腐又無啦啦拎去炸過...白菜又唔甜,個汁又咸!真係好差啊今次! 希望下次會更好:@ 街坊小店仍然值得支持!

3. 豉汁蒸鱔- 好惹味! 不過份量較少... 碟大鱔少個隻@@

4. 椒鹽九肚魚- 應該唔係用萬年油炸架! 所以冇油益味,不過都係碟大魚少,同埋唔知係咪個次遲左上檯,唔夠熱喎...

5. 中式牛柳- 汁幾濃,肉滑,不過似乎俺得太耐,同埋唔知係咪用左鬆肉粉,D 肉鬆得黎冇乜口感,又冇乜本身既肉味。

6. 土魷肉餅- 香,好味,送飯一流,不過唔係原碟蒸完上檯,換左碟,所以賣相可能差D。

7. 荔芋油鴨煲- Err... 油鴨好dry @@ 汁好稀,芋頭唔靚,那次好失望


8. 魚香茄子煲- 水準一般,味道好,只係犯了一般煮茄子既毛病,油多左D。

9. 沙嗲金菇肥牛粉煲-- 沙嗲味不足,牛肉略少。

即係咁,講明係街坊食店,如果響屋企唔想煮飯,但求有餐飯食,大眾化價錢,味道一般,OK 啦...
