網上既報導講到芝士湯底好好食,小妹當然就揀返呢個,不過佢都有分普通既芝士湯底和芝士辣湯底,小妹就要左後者。

麵底小妹揀左後者讚崎手打烏冬。等左約15分鍾終於有麵食。拉麵的外觀係無正宗既日式拉麵店般精緻,偏向港式風味,但素來食物外觀都唔係重點,至緊要好食。拉麵材料有三塊自家製叉燒、原隻溏心蛋、粟米粒、木耳絲和洋蔥絲

先呷一啖湯底, 帶有惹味既香辣感,但暫未嚐到芝士的味道。如果當佢係一個辣味湯底,其實幾惹味。

讚崎手打烏冬食落質感夠滑,咬落頗彈牙,小妹覺得幾好食。一路食既時候發現有黃色的車打芝士半溶的在烏冬上,有點點芝士的味道,但不明顯。如果話佢係一碗普通既烏冬,整體黎講真係幾好食,但如果一心黎食芝士湯底既應該會失望,不過小妹都仲係覺得幾鍾意食。

My grandmother pick the normal pork ramen, the portion of pork is quite generous and the egg is brilliant! i'm really so sorry of didn't take a close shot of it after she has eaten half of it as she finished that very quickly, so you know what i mean, that is pretty nice!
