Bookmark咗好耐嘅羊腩煲餐廳,原來就係「羊腩煲關注組」嘅大熱人氣餐廳,本身係一名羊痴,所以冬天都會自家製羊腩煲,某日收早就即刻網上訂位去《金玉滿堂》試,星期五6點零到達,人客不多,但我哋7點半左右走就已經全店滿座,見每枱客都一定會點一個羊腩煲,果然係一間羊腩煲名店。我同阿sir兩個人叫咗一個 $368 "中"黑草羊腩煲,包一碟生菜,白飯同飲品另叫,已經夠飽(當然仲會出去食甜品啦,甜品係另一個胃吖嘛),羊腩煲要等10分鐘翻滾,開蓋一刻真係氛香撲鼻,見到份量澎湃忍唔住嘩~咗出聲,黑草羊、馬蹄、冬菇、枝竹、蔥係必有材料,估唔到連貴價冬筍都有,全部都炆得好腍好入味,羊腩係啖啖肉,但美中不足係羊腩完全唔羶,大量薑辟除雪味同時亦去除晒羊羶味,所以個汁欠缺咗啲羶味,唔夠香唔夠層次唔夠惹味,有部份羊腩有啲柴,同埋個腐乳唔好味,但呢個價錢呢個份量係絕對超值。二人共消費:$443 continue reading

星期日約咗阿女同佢男友食飯,在網上揀咗這間羊腩煲有好評的中菜館。這間店舖像是大牌檔內的食肆,而且似乎有不少熟客,立即對它的菜有期待。我們先點了一個細的羊腩煲,及蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子。當羊腩煲滾起,大家急不及待地進攻。羊腩炆得完全入味,仍有些咬口,這是阿女喜歡的口感。配料有冬菇,冬荀,枝竹和馬蹄,及生菜。第一次食到羊腩煲內的冬荀是荀乾,這是扣分之舉,希望菜館以後食改。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子雖然不夠大隻,勝在夠新鮮及時間掌握得好。😋最後加了一個薑葱焗蠔,出奇地蠔竟然是先上了脆槳炸後,再放在砂鍋內焗。雖然是香口,但蠔變了過熟。食第二隻蠔時,炸醬也開始變軟。我個人不喜歡這個烹調方法,但阿女卻說 OK。 😅整體來說,味道可以,服務也唔錯。下次會來試其他菜式。 continue reading

秋風起,除左食臘味,最期待就係食羊腩煲,咁岩知道呢間金玉滿堂出左羊腩煲即刻約埋朋友去試試見到水滾就起筷啦,點知食咗幾舊覺得好韌就同老闆娘反映,原來佢話要煲夠8分鐘先至夠淋嫁,好彩佢都幫我地再加湯滾多陣👍🏻果然差好遠另外叫左半隻脆皮一品燒雞同金稻穗香一口牛,燒雞皮脆肉嫩👍🏻但一口牛真係太驚喜,一定要試首先上枱果下以為落錯單,落左牛肉炒飯,確認冇錯之後,食落竟然係脆既,原來係啲脆米,配埋菇菇同茄子都好夾,牛當然夠嫩喇,以為咁就完?配菜蘋果片見係最大驚喜吖😂係麻辣口味嫁,應該係醃製過,真係估佢唔到 continue reading
