呢間雞鍋米線,唔使黐膠花晚市都可以平價食到花膠,一坐低就已經擺定兩個爐當然一嚟就嗌招牌嘅花膠雞鍋啦,大貪啲加錢轉雞髀都唔肉赤啲肉果然好嫩好入味,唔做點吮都已經骨肉分離日熬六粒鐘嘅雞湯好香亦唔會鹹,飲晒佢感覺好補,仲有幾多花膠喺裡面夾啲米線落去,好快就索味,質感啱啱好又綿又彈另一鍋睇落差唔多,其實係客家黃酒雞,酒香好濃就算唔係雞髀,其他部位嘅雞肉都好嫩口,亦索晒酒香除咗米線,仲可以揀飯或者米粉,米粉都好吸湯,啖啖酒湯香味不得之了再嗌多個小食送麵都仲得,佢地嘅酥炸蝦卷一碟都有五大條,炸得幾脆身裡面蝦香夠濃,點甜辣醬食更有風味跟餐加錢有飲品跟,凍檸水都好大杯吓,雖然走甜,檸味好足豆漿都大杯,凍冰冰咁,食熱辣辣嘅雞鍋米線啱晒 continue reading
