潮州粉麵喺香港非常多間,但係唔係間間都好食今日經過油麻地買完嘢,見到呢間銘記潮州粉麵,雖然都係夜晚六點幾,但係裏便超級多人,所以決定試一試餐廳主打新鮮牛肉,有唔同嘅部位吊龍件、牛栢葉、牛黄喉河粉吊龍又係稀有部位,牛味香濃,而且質感非常好,食得出非常新鮮牛柏葉係少有嘅黑柏葉,口感清脆爽口,牛黃喉非常爽,但亦都夠入味三個餸都係50幾蚊非常之抵食,而且份量非常多,呢個價錢已經包咗嘢飲✅新鮮嫩牛肉牛根河粉採用新鮮嫩牛肉和牛根作為食材,搭配柔軟Q彈的河粉。牛肉和牛根的肉質鮮嫩多汁,與河粉的口感形成了完美搭配。手打牛丸牛肉丸唔會一啖粉,牛肉成份非常高,而且湯到已經有生菜,食起上嚟唔會單調😋😋另外仲叫咗一個正蘿蔔同埋油菜都非常抵食,非常建議試一試👍🏻

採用新鮮嫩牛肉和牛根作為食材,搭配柔軟Q彈的河粉。牛肉和牛根的肉質鮮嫩多汁,與河粉的口感形成了完美搭配。


手打牛丸

牛肉丸唔會一啖粉,牛肉成份非常高,而且湯到已經有生菜,食起上嚟唔會單調😋😋

另外仲叫咗一個正蘿蔔同埋油菜都非常抵食,非常建議試一試👍🏻

油麻地既餐廳比較多。但最近幾個月。我朋友介紹要去食。因為他老婆系極之喜歡食清湯牛腩。他同老婆上星期食完就不斷介紹身邊朋友去嘗試!牛三寶是邊幾個部位?最好食。正正就是牛最好食的部位,包括牛肚、牛腩、牛筋。但今次呢間麵館食的部位好特別再配上特別講究的清湯底。更加美味可口。雪花牛頸肉質順滑。肉質入口更是入口即化的現象!牛板爽脆滑口。但亦有入口有一種咬勁。吊龍件更加特別重牛肉味道清湯既鮮甜從不蓋過獨有牛腩味道。配上一杯凍檸茶。更是炎熱天氣補上一個歡愉的下午。

牛肉係新鮮手切,切得薄,有牛味,黑柏葉好乾淨,冇牛臊味。真心推介雪花牛頸脊同吊龍伴,好好食。

2)牛筋、牛板腱招牌雪花牛頸脊淮山麵
牛筋好腍,好推介!牛板腱係筋連肉,所以如果鍾意食啖啖肉嘅朋友,建議揀選招牌雪花牛頸脊。淮山麵好煙韌。

3)潮州手打牛丸湯
真係正宗潮州手打牛丸,彈牙,有肉汁,有牛油香,真係好好味呀!

座位好舒服,係卡位,大枱都有,凍飲都只係加$3 ,罐裝可樂汽水都只係加$5 ,所以都好超值啊!服務員有禮,又識得推介吓啲食物,非常好!

👍🏼首先要讚辣椒油,非常香,為碗麵加分不少👍🏼另外是牛肉質素,牛頸脊肉味香濃,一碗大概有5-6片;牛腩一碗大概3-4大舊,肉質不會柴之餘,還有些爽口,而且有點肥膏和少許筋,愈咬愈濃牛味,兩者都整體不錯。👍🏼最後是湯底和麵質,湯底是牛骨清湯,不會很油膩但又不會沒味道;麵選了米粉,我個人十分滿意,是非常爽彈的口感!呀姐果然控制生熟程度十分了得!凍檸茶普普通通價錢有少少略貴但我絕對會再翻啅😋

呢一日心思思,做完治療後,立即沿砵蘭街直行,再次嚟幫襯呢間店舖。入到店後,立即安排我坐卡位嘅一邊,而店員已經拎好筆同紙起側邊等候,令我有啲壓力感。好彩我沒有選擇困難症,很快就決定要一碟食過翻尋味嘅炸魚皮,$15,牛坑腩加牛板筋幼麵,配熱咖啡,$70,一共$85。先嚟炸魚皮,而熱咖啡亦好快就到,麵就隨後到,雖然都等咗碗麵一段時間,但都無第一次咁耐。炸魚皮依然咁大碟,依然係咁脆,依然放落湯度會有滋滋聲,呢啲係新鮮食材嘅證明,無得唔服。坑腩好腍,牛板筋呢就啲肉食等到鮮味,但啲筋就真係好硬,雖然切得好碎,但都好似食緊硬膠咁硬,唔太好食。幼麵係蛋麵,唔係鹼水麵,好爽口彈牙,而且份量都好多,多嘅程度係比普通粉麵包嘅份量多,唔會係兩三著就食完,所以食嘅時候,一定要揚鬆先好食,因為佢嚟嘅時候,啲麵係壓起底,而且有啲實心,但啲麵係熟透嘅。至於碗湯就好失敗,好鹹,完全唔係清湯,成個飲食體驗最差就係個湯。而呢餐最大驚喜係咖啡,雖然我唔係好識欣賞,但飲落口嘅感覺好似連鎖快餐店嘅即磨咖啡,而唔似茶記嘅咖啡粉開出嚟嘅味道,好正。美中不足嘅係只有包裝白砂糖,而無咖啡糖供應,否則成件事會更完美。碗麵揚鬆後嘅賣相,可以

呢一日,原本打算沿彌敦道南行,經加士居道去土瓜灣醫肚,點知行到窩打老道口,遇紅燈,而對面彌敦道就綠燈,於是把心一橫,過對面馬路,再行前一個街口轉右,再次嚟到呢間特色店舖食嘢。今次係第二次嚟,當然係食一啲食都未食過,甚至聽都未聽過嘅嘢啦!左揀右揀,左計右計下,叫咗碗三併麵:吊龍伴、牛栢葉及牛黃喉,上次試咗公仔麵,今次就試粉麵店比較少有淮山麵,連熱檸水,承惠$56。今次上檯速度算快,約5分鐘就到,唔使好似上次咁,等到頸都長,差啲忍唔住連包魚皮食埋都未到。先咬一口吊龍伴,嘩!鮮味都不得了,即使事隔多日,依然回味無窮,上網查資料得知佢係吊龍嘅下邊,即係肉眼邊,油香及肉香比例都好高,真係好好食,可惜係太碎,唔係一片片牛肉,否則就更好食。牛栢葉係用唔常見嘅黑葉,又睇翻網上資料,原來黑栢葉係鮮貨,而白栢葉係經雙氧水漂過。呢個黑栢葉比白栢葉好食,除咗都係爽脆外,唔韌,證明唔會過熟之外,口感都比白栢葉豐富,但點豐富我又唔識形容,總之就好食。牛黃喉係繼上次之後第二次食,仲記得上次感覺麻麻,淡而無味,得個爽字。但今次好唔同,爽得嚟又有啲味,會唔會同個配搭有關?抑或同師傅嘅火喉有關?至於淮山麵都好滑,好好食。

整體嚟講,體驗係比上次好,嚟緊應該仲會去試埋牛脷、牛根、鮮牛肉……等等。
