天氣凍就想食大排檔,今日嚟到筲箕灣搵到鋒記小炒王,唔係好多人,就呢間啦!胡椒豬肚湯😍天氣凍就係食呢啲眼見好多人都食胡椒豬肚雞煲,我哋就叫咗胡椒豬肚湯,等咗20分鐘終於有啦☺️份量雖然冇想像中咁多,但係我哋兩個人飲就啱啱好味道非常濃郁,湯底已經煮到奶白色,胡椒味非常突出,食得岀用新鮮豬肚,豬肚非常腍滑,亦都有成十幾舊豬肚,非常足料👍🏻💯黑椒牛仔骨煮得非常惹味💯平時食黑椒牛仔骨有時個汁會太鹹,但呢個剛剛好,帶少許甜味😋牛仔骨即使掛住汁都食得岀邊邊有少少脆,食得出廚師有心機先煎香咗啲牛,牛油味非常香😍仲有海鮮雜菜煲,呢個就比較似家常屋企煮嘅,搭配清湯,入邊有兩舊魷魚,兩隻蝦,仲有一堆蝦乾欣賞用料好豐富,有唔同嘅菜,芥蘭、油麥菜、生菜、西蘭花都有,仲加咗啲薑落去煮,食完真係暖笠笠🥰後記:除咗一開始等上菜有啲耐,伙記有啲啲惡之外,其實嘢食真係好唔錯😍 下次可以試吓打邊爐😋

之前冬天黎食一次羊腩煲當時聞到隔籬枱食胡椒豬肚雞超級香所以今次黎試一試佢今晚好少人,唔使等位我哋兩個人嗌咗半隻胡椒豬肚雞煲雖然只係半隻但入面有好多雞塊我唔食豬肚 但男朋友話好味而且都仲有好多舊另外仲加咗碟肥牛我哋冇叫特別靚嗰款但出到嚟都好好味,唔算多肥膏好抵食仲叫多咗個墨魚滑呢個真係好味入面仲有啲墨魚粒粒個湯咁好味,就梗係要叫個娃娃菜吸湯煮完之後超好食腐皮就正常不過呢度嘅份量都算大碟上枱之後仲好細心叫我哋煮多一陣先飲個湯打邊爐,值得推介

不經不覺,成為了鋒記的常客。這間小店的食物味道一流,有鮮味及帶勁的胡椒豬肚雞,亦有足料及味濃的自家制韮菜餃,也不能錯過奇味雞煲,避風塘魚脯及各式小炒。在鋒記,與朋友吃飯飲,實在爽快。

幫襯咗鋒記接近10個年頭,差不多每次都會例點老闆娘當天新鮮包製嘅炸私房韮菜豬肉餃,再叫一窩地保魚蠔仔泡飯浸黎食(感覺似去鳳城食上湯炸粉果,正呀!),每隻餃都勁足料,炸得金黃又賬卜卜,不用點任何汁醬都夠味道了。而蠔仔泡飯嘅“蠔仔”次次都很飽滿同大粒,似乎店家同供貨嘅海鮮批發有一定嘅交情,所以將最靚嘅蠔仔都留俾鋒記。店名叫鋒記小炒王,當然煎炒煮炸嘅菜式都係老闆嘅強項(當然各款雞煲尤其係胡椒豬肚雞煲都係主打,目測有9成客人都有點雞煲同打邊爐嘅生料,如果我果枱都食得到我都會點呀!)。私心推介蒜香牛油雞翼,水準同味道絕對拍得住舊時係銅鑼灣嘅清亭越南餐廳,有口皆碑。老闆同大廚係同1人,所以出品水準穩定。

鋒記小炒王,位於筲箕灣一條小巷之外,區外朋友需要花點心力,相信才可以找到餐廳所在。餐廳過往以小炒為主打,近年亦開始有火鍋菜式,以迎合市場需要。椒鹽骨,可以說是失敗之作,外皮軟林,口感極怪。椒鹽鮮魷,為餐廳取回不少分數,外脆內軟,味道合適。干扁四季豆,比想像中辣,帶有川菜風味。肉碎蠔仔粥,賣相略遜一籌,然而味道可以,蠔仔亦算新鮮。
