第五,食物偏鹹,調味料蓋過海鮮嘅鮮味,感覺就似食緊調味料多過食緊海鮮。


第六,可以落單食到想食的點心全部靠彩數!晚上八點後,有客人落單想叫籠仔荷葉蒸多寶魚,職員話冇,想叫蒸奶皇包,職員又話冇,想叫蒸扇貝,職員又話冇。送客人三個失望。笑咗!


呢呢餐廳似乎只喜歡招待二人入座嘅顧客,因為超過二人嘅顧客,係要懲罰性等耐啲先可以入座。現場觀察四人枱坐四個人係迫逼澀澀。相反,二人入座嘅顧客,職員多數會安排四人枱比二人顧客入座。奇怪安排。

重口味and dislike service 好味精定太濃味,特別啲海鮮粥,食完要係咁飲水。叫過兩次外賣自取,因為揸電單車帶住個頭盔,職員以為我哋係外賣員,勁冇禮貌叫我哋唔好入嚟,出去等。(其實見到已包好放在枱上)兩次都係出面等40分鐘。再入去問時,先將之前見過已包好的外賣給我地。第一次以為係誤會,第二次都係咁,即使我真係外賣員都好唔識得尊重。

週末夜晚8:15開始等位,雖然前面只有一枱二人枱都等咗好耐,九點幾先入得。望住裏便不停有人食完行出嚟,但店員根本做唔切,幾張枱放喺度15分鐘以上都冇人執枱。另外店員亦都無管理排隊情況,排排下見有一位一個人嘅客自己衝左入去,但店員又照安排座位俾佢。原本以為因為咁啱有一人枱,但之後入得個時發現原來店員係安排左樓上二人枱俾佢(個時前面仲有一枱二人未入) 。排到九點幾店員通知全部粥都無曬(餐廳收23:30),海鮮都係得翻幾種(蟹、蝦、龍蝦、元貝等等都無曬)。不過見排左咁耐,決定都係等埋佢。終於有位,上到樓上發現有好幾張大枱,只不過無人執枱(坐低後聽到店員話咩佢無左個垃圾桶,所以執唔到,唔知係咪因為咁所以咁耐都無放人入)。 (圖一係上左樓上我地坐低之後,至少二十分鐘仲係無人執枱嘅情況) 我地最後一入到去就落單,怕更多海鮮會無貨。九點二落單,大約二十分鐘黎第一批(鮮魷腸粉、節瓜同菜心), 花甲同蟶子大約三十分鐘,蒸飯就要四十分鐘。不過都明蒸野要等耐少少。食物方面就普普通通,蒸花甲同蟶子好乾,生蠔蒸飯就蒸過龍,d邊位咬唔到。其它食物就正正常常,整體食物無驚喜。最後,其實都明白蒸嘅食物要等耐少少,只不
