今日夜晚,我同朋友去到呢一間位於太子嘅火鍋店食飯,餐廳嘅裝修非常之亮眼,座位寬敞,位置亦都好方便。花膠雞鍋雞肉肉質彈牙,肉質肉質鮮嫩,肉味頗為突出。花膠方面,入口彈牙,非常有口感。湯底方面,入口清甜,味道唔錯。牛丸及蝦丸製作得非常用心,入口好彈牙,食得出用料唔錯。蝦丸方面,食到淡淡蝦肉,蝦肉鮮甜。肥牛肥牛肥瘦均勻,入口幼滑,充滿香濃嘅牛肉香味。響鈴響鈴炸得好香脆,入口唔會覺得太過肥膩。蔬菜拼盤蔬菜新鮮,吸收咗湯汁嘅精華之後,味道更加好。整體嚟講,餐廳嘅食材唔錯,製作亦都好用心。
