崩沙腩口感非常軟稔,少有地充滿骨膠原, 是帶點驚喜的說。傾向清湯腩的口味, 所以崩沙腩味道比較清淡, 但就保留了肉的鮮味。湯身亦比較清鮮, 愛濃重口味可能會吃不慣, 但其實質素已經相當唔錯, 對於不好崩沙腩的文迪來說,反而是有耳目一新嘅感覺。

魚皮餃豬肉餡之多, 跟坊間的魚皮餃有些微不同, 故此口感比較豐富很不錯,而米粉就是一般貨色。

套餐價包了飲品, 也可選擇雙拼或加配油菜, 在如今物價高企的香港, 加配價算是佛心。 菜心拼腩汁是最佳配搭, 配甜甜嫩嫩的菜心簡直一流。 瓶裝可樂自然是香港集體回憶, 而凍檸茶用上新鮮檸檬, 茶味亦足有茶檔的水準。

牛雜麵是文迪的最愛,湯頭比之前那碗更加鮮濃,有雜腩汁的「加色」果然不同,牛雜非常入味,比崩沙腩香口得多,牛蒡洗得乾淨吃起來很甘香, 牛腸是竹腸部分,帶一點脂膏吃起來更香口, 連平時不太喜好的牛肺口感也相軟嫩。

發現牛雜跟崩沙腩明顯是兩個不同的配方製作, 而坊間粉麵大都是把崩沙腩牛雜腩「共惹一爐」, 這方面值得一讚。 麵的爽勁合宜, 蛋味足沒有濃重的鹼水味, 是牛雜的最佳配搭。

不得不提這家的辣椒油非常香口, 不是死辣的一種, 即使多放了也不會覺得嗆喉。

章魚金手指及墨魚蝦王條($18/條)是店家推介小食, 食得出是店家自家製的, 但可惜味道其實不怎麼樣, 前者還好, 章魚十分彈牙帶點海貨的鮮味,後者就......建議還是專注呷麵好了。

近年有感港式傳統粉麵買少見少, 談得上美味的近乎屈指可算,有很多粉麵老字號味道已不復當年,又或是無心戀戰結業移民去了, 期望這些本地飲食家族能堅守著崗位, 堅持這份香港原味道。

今日去咗旺角陳儀興牛什粉麵食佢哋最出名嘅崩沙腩同沙瓜,崩沙腩係招牌食品好食就唔需要再多講,沙瓜少啲地方有得食,問個店員,佢話其實係牛嘅第四個胃,口感軟滑而又好有咬口。我哋一入門口就叫咗個沙瓜餐客飯配套餐,包括一碟芥蘭,同凍奶茶。我哋再叫咗淨食崩沙腩。沙瓜真係好爽好滑,個牛腩汁都好鮮甜,配埋一齊食啱啱好,沙瓜底仲有啲生菜墊底,吸晒啲汁,一齊食就一流。崩沙腩入口即溶,好鮮好有牛味,就咁淨食大大份,啖啖肉,唔使慳住慳住食好爽😄再加碟芥蘭就一流,杯凍奶茶都唔會太甜,冰量都唔會好多,咁樣點一個晚餐就好夠喇,叫淨食好過叫兩個套餐,可以一次過大大碟咁樣食,過足癮。另外再點「我要晒」炸物,墨魚條爽甜,炸雲吞有原隻蝦,樣樣都好食。飯餐的飯量足兩個人分。

First, one of the waitresses wouldn't stop trying to upsell or recommend items even after she got so annoying that she was explicitly told to stop.  Really should have just walked out at that point. Second, I specifically asked for no garlic in my noodles.  The noodles arrived with garlic and when I pointed that out to the server, he said there was no garlic and then only realized there was a screw up when I pointed out the garlic to him.  He took the noodles away only to come back 30 seconds la

Third, there was a strong scent of smoking in the restaurant, wasn't anyone in dining area, could have come from the kitchen.  
Horrible dining experience, the restaurant has no respect for diners.  This place tops my list by of worst restaurants in 2024.  These guys managed to score a -5 out of 10, great job.
