好多年前喺呢邊返工嘅時候記得呢度有一間唔起眼嘅火鍋店。今晚過嚟重溫舊夢,叫咗呢個需要提早預約嘅黃金甲湯底,見到一隻好大隻嘅肉蟹係新鮮上嚟,個煲都爭啲擺唔晒。大概等15至20分鐘左右,隻蟹變晒色就可以開始食。佢個底有一大舊南瓜,所以成個湯底都好鮮甜。見佢熟晒之後職員會好熱心咁樣過嚟幫你將個南瓜剪細佢,同埋會教你飲咗湯,食咗湯底料先,最後先再加返豬骨湯嚟打邊爐。佢呢啖湯真係不得了,係用咗蝦頭同埋蜆去煲,煲完呢個湯底之後再加返南瓜同埋呢隻新鮮嘅蟹再煮,所以個湯底真係好濃郁,而且蟹膏味好重,真係好好味。除咗隻蟹之外,入邊仲有好多蜆同埋沙白,全部都脹卜卜大粒。其實飲完呢個湯再加埋食埋啲蜆同埋蟹都飽咗一半。佢隻肉蟹真係唔少嘢㗎,隻鉗夠晒大隻,而且仲好鮮甜,真係夠晒新鮮。飲夠晒個湯就可以加普通豬骨湯嚟打邊爐。我哋叫咗一個切肥牛,佢呢個肥牛同普通嘅火鍋店唔同。唔同佢真係新鮮嘅牛,而唔係其他嗰啲冰鮮牛,因為我哋太早叫定啲火鍋料,所以其實放咗好耐,佢都冇出血水,仲係好似啱啱擺上枱咁靚仔。而且個肉味都好濃,又夠晒腍,值得一讚。跟住叫咗個蟹籽墨魚滑,佢個墨魚滑都好彈牙,中間仲有大大粒嘅墨魚肉添。而叫咗個雙拼餃

整體來說:

服務態度感覺,在現時香港少有的家庭feel , 每位店員都很客氣,一讚。

隔離有停車場,方便架車人士。

詢問店員下,原來這裡星期一至四是吃小菜,星期五、六就只是做火鍋,所以下次筆者會找時間到來試小菜。

哇😧一上枱嚇親…大杯到一個點,兩人份量都好ok,打邊爐點都要飲返杯凍飲🥤爽爽佢😆絶對誠意十足

小妹覺得呢間餐廳🍴真係超正,食物新鮮足料🤗 湯底選擇多,最重要係不用加一、不用茶芥、不用醬油費🥰就咁睇都知性價比極高‼️絕對推出😋
