北上公幹了半個多月,回港最掛住係打邊爐!因為港式火鍋湯底,仍是我最愛。和朋友專程來了新蒲崗的陳儀興。坐低先來一杯凍檸樂,大大杯透心涼!湯底是飽魚花膠冬瓜盅,是朋友預早預訂的,真知我心!大大隻鮑魚和海參在冬瓜上面。未食都已經好吸引。冬瓜盅上枱仍要煮一陣,等熱了,湯滾起了,侍應便會幫手將冬瓜剪開。不過,首先要飲啖靚湯先。清甜滋潤,好暖胃。手打三寶丸有蝦丸、鯪魚球及豬肉丸,因為是自家製,所以睇得出足料,豬肉丸混入了梅菜,鯪魚球有蝦米,蝦丸有香葱,各有特色,爽口彈牙。細的安格斯牛肉是邊爐不能缺少的好伙伴,雖然不算厚切,但肉味都夠。滑牛是厚切的,牛味更濃,口感更滑,好食~韭菜餃大大粒漲卜卜,一份有8大隻,粒粒韭菜,餡料飽滿。魚皮響鈴雙拼,這個真的是意外的驚喜,估唔到咁好食,新鮮炸起,魚皮大大塊,響鈴又脆,每一口都卜卜脆,單食都好開心,當然打邊爐也是一流。最後的三菇拼盤和油麥菜,份量也足,打邊爐又點可以唔食菜呢?雖然位置較遠,但屹立新蒲崗多年,有大把捧場客,加上不用加一、茶芥及醬油費,難怪成為區內老字號了。
