跟朋友玩完劇本殺就近想吃晚飯,於是找了之前曾吃過的店。畢竟附近不算多餐廳, 有間不錯就照舊了今次吃的是魔鬼牛雜雞煲, 叫了小辣, 煲裡的配料很多, 這種菜式真的只有在外邊才可吃。熱辣辣起動, 牛柏葉很爽身, 口感一流, 又入味。雞肉還是挺滑,不會老。最重要是老很入味, 夠惹味。然後叫了避風塘粟米,上次吃完很喜歡,這次再翻叫~正吃完雞煲加湯變火鍋, 叫了一堆配料, 跟朋友一邊吃一邊事後檢討劇本殺的情況真的很爽。最重要是飲料大大杯, 有夠過癮!

沒錯,我又來了。平時都在吃他們的雞煲,呢兩日突然轉涼,又口痕想吃一波了,正好看他們宣傳魔鬼牛雜雞煲就決定是它了哈哈哈,不過朋友不愛莞茜,就點不了莞茜皮蛋湯了哭。上桌時雞是生的,記得多炒一會,但牛雜很快就熟了,都超香辣,這熟悉的味道!配上有名的超~大杯飲料超滿足!我們同時還點了必吃的避風塘玉米,超甜的啦!!!!和香口的咸辣避風塘風味配一起就是甜辣的感覺,很開胃。吃完雞煲加了湯之後,一堆下火鍋的配料也配合著上桌了,要讚一下員工都會看時機上桌,免得我們在火鍋前就一堆菜在桌上。我們點了太多就不一一詳述,要點名一下韭菜餃和蝦仁餃都很好吃,料超多。午餐肉都是先煎過的,不會散開又添了香口感。肉也是排得美美的,燙久了都不會柴。又來一個必吃的,是他們家特色的鬼馬油條,其實就是蝦滑釀油條,蝦滑超Q 彈,油條吸飽了湯汁,好吃!

招牌手切肥牛下鍋涮個三秒即可起鍋,牛肉帶點粉粉色澤其實就可以,可依個人口味調整牛肉熟度。招牌手切肥牛厚度不會薄,咀嚼起來挺有存在感,肉質嫩口,油花細緻,還有自然的肉香味,只能說,好想再來一碟招牌手切肥牛。
