終於都真正感受到凍啦! 咁凍真係晚晚都可以打邊爐😻陳儀興除左潮州菜館,仲有小菜餐廳,晚市小菜鑊氣夠,火鍋仲好地道,好多款特色湯底! 今次點驚蔘鐵棍雞湯底$188仲有半隻雞,唐生菜一份。雞件厚切黃油,湯滾後放入雞煮,八分鐘後先飲雞湯食雞。湯料豐富,好多杞子、北芪、蓮子、准山、海參仔,湯頭極鮮甜!肥美鵝腸又長又粗,腸壁既白色脂肪,邪惡得黎滑溜又爽軟。招牌手切肥牛(細)紅潤鮮嫩,切工好冇筋位。灼半分鐘,牛味極濃郁,脂肪比例適中散發陣陣牛油香。配料+$5就可以雙拼魚皮餃拼芥末西芹餃各四粒,西芹餃餡料香,芥末食起味道帶衝擊感。魚皮餃爽滑煙韌,大隻鮮味。彈牙蝦肉卷,彈牙鮮味 蝦肉卷煮熟食,咸蝦味特別明顯,肉彈鮮甜。脆炸響鈴一層層,整卷浸湯兩秒,入口豆香滿溢,掛上熱湯更加有油香雞湯精華。

雖然這間陳宜興玫瑰火鍋在工廠區,沒有豪華的裝潢,其實座位舒適寬敞,枱面餐具和食物都很乾淨企理。特別喜歡他的「驚蔘鐵棍雞」湯底,有一些藥材,和一碟雞,另外再配上一碟生菜。店員送上湯底之後,協助我們放入藥膳和雞。水滾30秒之後關火冚蓋焗8分鐘,先飲湯,再吃雞,店家設定的這個時間十分準確,雞肉熟透又嫩滑。雞湯喝下去很舒服,感覺很滋補。招牌手切牛質素很好,新鮮,細碟的份量足夠二至三人,只需要8-10秒就可以吃,很香牛肉味,不會太肥。另外也吃了黑柏葉和鬼馬墨魚膠,鬼馬墨魚膠是油條釀入了墨魚膠,有兩種口感,墨魚膠彈牙,油條吸收了湯汁,平時這個配搭都是用炸的,想不到原來用來做火鍋湯料也很好吃。吃了這麼多肉,一定要多吃一點蔬菜,蔬菜的選擇很多,起碼有10款以上,除了生菜之外還吃了西洋菜,菜洗得很乾淨,新鮮沒有渣。餐廳的服務也很好,店員會過來關心我們要不要加湯,和換碟,也會提議食材要灼多久。
