目測所見,好多客人都會揀燉湯飲,果然真材實料,撈一撈就見真章,而是晚燉湯喺淮山杞子椰肉雞腳燉赤肉,湯色濃而不濁,好清澈,入口清甜滋潤,非常好飲。

小菜揀咗藕餅,因為老婆都幾鍾意食蓮藕,同埋呢類菜式平時我哋都少搞。一客有成7件,仲要件件有番咁上下大件同厚身,煎得甘香唔油,咬落口感鬆化,裡面有唔少蓮藕粒粒,多咗一份爽脆口感,而陣陣黑松露嘅香味,亦令啲藕餅嘅食味錦上添花。

落單時,侍應都說明蒸魚鮮需要等15-20分鐘,不過,最後都比我哋預期嘅時間快好多,同埋真喺好多人都有嗌蒸魚,未夠8:00pm已經聽到廚房話得番兩、三條。碟煎盲曹嚟到真喺有啲喜出望外,因為好大條,而蒸嘅火喉啱啱好,啲肉無黐骨,非常之嫩滑,又有魚嘅鮮甜味,加上豉汁蒸,令魚鮮味更突出,啲豉汁又可以撈飯,一舉兩得。

小弟一向都鍾意晌茶記飲杯奶茶,而老婆就鍾意食紅豆冰嘅紅豆,所以嗌呢杯茶走紅豆冰就滿足到大家。其實奶茶紅豆冰都唔喺第一次飲,不過呢度刻意寫明喺港式茶走,咁你就明白佢喺落煉奶,而非花奶。紅豆嘅份量都唔少,口感又綿又清甜,奶茶嘅茶底幾芳香醇厚,入口蠻順滑,唔錯。

店家是一間擁有六十多年歷史的冰廳,之後易手再重新裝修後轉型為新式茶餐廳,現時在長沙灣跟深水埗共開設兩家店啊~ 店內裝潢以現代化為主,座位寬闊坐得輕鬆舒服,始終地方比較大啊!餐單結合經典跟新派美食,性價比高,份量十足,所以無論哪個時段來都是人頭湧湧的,想來吃的話反而要留意一下想吃的在哪個時段供應

整體而言,雪山都有唔少招牌菜,同時都仍然Keep到高水準。好多時茶餐廳去到夜晚只會得番常餐先可以食得到早午餐或下午茶的食品。但雪山居然可以全日供應,呢個都係其中一個要讚的地方。

第2次黎長沙灣嘅雪山冰廳,之前黎食下午茶,今次就試下佢嘅晚飯小菜,冇黎一排,原來重新裝修咗夜晚8點入座都幾多人,見到好多人都食原條蒸魚,不過我唔食魚,所以揀其他小菜。餐牌有好多選擇,除咗小菜,下午茶餐嘅炸雞脾、西多都有,而我最後揀咗二人餐,因為跟埋兩盅燉湯同兩個飯,比夠抵食🌟姬松茸燉赤肉燉湯幾足料,有幾舊松茸菇同赤肉,仲有隻雞腳。湯幾清甜,個燉盅仲好保溫,食完飯飲都仲暖🌟招牌霸王雞(半隻)隻雞幾嫩滑,肉質幾淋,雞皮薄而唔算肥,所以都食得,而薑蔥同芫茜份量啱啱好,個醬油亦好香,呢個招牌菜果然值得試🌟咖哩彩椒牛魔王煲上枱時新鮮滾熱辣,咖喱汁偏甜,味道唔辣,入面有牛根、牛腩、牛仔骨同滑牛肉,仲有三色椒同薯仔。啲牛肉醃得幾淋幾入味,沾滿咖哩汁幾啱送飯食我同朋友仲加咗錢叫特飲,飲咗紅豆冰同雜果賓治,食完超級飽
