吃晚飯唔想食咁飽想食碗米綫,但又唔想次次食譚仔,決定試下尼間個名好古怪嘅米綫。由於間店有個羊字,大家都知尼度羊是招牌茶,店內有八成客人均是食羊。朋友都叫了碗淨瘦肉的細碗雲南阿老表黑山羊湯窩米綫。這碗米綫可一點都不細,而且成碗羊,咁嘅價錢真係好抵,我食過一塊,完全無羶味,但我始終不太接受羊的味道。朋友則頗喜歡,但略嫌味道過重。我點的是豬展豬骨湯窩米綫,又是大大一碗。豬展很多,但我不愛豬皮呢!味道剛好,沒有朋友說的味道過濃。口水雞的確令我們失望,部位全是雞胸,一點都不滑,而且雪藏味很重不推介。

說好的麵藏日式拉麵變左牛腩米,真係氣上心頭!食飽一點平伏一下情緒。發現個個食客都加酸菜喎,依乎蝕左添。如果對觀塘廣場唔熟識都幾難搵,舖頭位於不顯見巷仔之中。侍應姐姐嬸嬸們招呼不錯,有禮周到。試試阿老表牛腩先,膽粗粗食另類野。阿表哥搬舖了,遷到新商場。現時環境都較為惡劣,舖面略細及殘舊,燈光昏暗,通風系統差,又熱又侷呢 ﹗新舖應該好好多啦。羊肉米線淨瘦走蔥,又會那麼好味既?出乎意料有驚喜,大啖大啖飲幾口黑羊湯先,羊肉味特濃,甜美無比,只隱約嚐到一絲羊羶香味道,就算怕羊羶味既朋友都應該無問題。米線嚥韌滑滑彈彈充滿米香,不過細碗份量太小唔夠飽啊,轉頭又要搵野食喇!如果米線能加酸菜就更好食,因為現在只有濃濃肉甜味有一點單調。無皮羊瘦肉鬆化有嚼勁,不鞋不韌滲著肉汁,跟羊湯米線一齊倒落肚,份外滋味。試試辣椒油,但完全唔辣唔香,外購貨貨,只有油膩味道。口水雞,麻辣汁香香噴噴但偏咸,微弱麻加微弱辣,調得一般。雞肉半鞋不滑,中規中矩,為何全部都雞胸啊?雞髀雞翼唔見晒。麻辣豬耳,豬耳軟骨非常脆卜卜,豬皮膠彈滑滑,充滿骨膠原,食完即刻靚左又後生左。自家調配麻辣汁微辣微酸微麻帶甜味,非常開胃醒腦。有皮羊肉米線細走蔥加酸菜,上次無加酸菜硬係有點遺憾,有點蝕左感覺,今日終於可以舒緩一下。淨湯只有羊肉濃郁香甜味道有點寡,依家混上大量酸菜即時使到味道更豐富,酸酸甜甜令人越食越起勁 ﹗米線米香出眾,質地彈牙嚥韌又滑溜,細碗米線份量都不少,在我黎講當然唔夠飽啦。有皮羊肉羶香突出濃厚更加惹味,瘦肉黏著彈彈羊皮更多滋味及質感。一次試晒三款味道,酸菜、醃辣椒蓉、麻辣汁,各具特色。但係麻辣汁就最正,酸酸辣辣再捲上羊肉豬耳一齊吃,多種味道、多種質感同時出現,百感交雜,好鬼正又好鬼滿足呢。黑羊尾,限量發售,售完即止 ﹗外曾暖暖地,裡面凍凍地既?唔熱似乎羊羶味特別霸道,而且無什麼賣相可言,外觀太原始,使我提不起食慾呢,不過我都硬著頭皮食晒。羊皮微膠而超級軟棉,似炆左好耐既豬手,不過只有少少肉絲咬下,無怎麼味道,是否湯渣來的?餚完羊肉湯剩返的?牛腩米粉細走蔥加酸菜,一心以為跟雪菜肉絲炆米差不多,誰知完全南轅北徹 ﹗米粉非常結實有咬口,可以用硬來形容。吸湯及掛湯力都超乎想像的弱,所以我由細到大都唔多食湯米呢。細米粉既份量比細米線還要多,我出盡力都食剩一半啊。因為米粉唔掛湯而使味道特別淡,試試撈上大量辣椒蓉救唔救到啦,失敗。牛腩又乾又鞋,牛味係有,但質地柴皮有樣,肉甜味不足。人家係羊肉米線專門店但走去食牛腩米粉囉,中伏!抵您架。

入得黎緊係食羊肉米線啦碗米線攞過黎嘅時間, 係羊味撲面嘅感覺, 羶味十足好奇之下問阿姐上枱前滴左D咩落去碗野到(如果係"一滴香"咪斃), 原來果D係羊油, 會令到成碗米線更加羊.第一口飲左啖湯先, 果然好濃烈嘅羊味. 再食下D米, 發現原來D羊油除左香之外,仲可以令到D米線更加滑! , 羊肉厚薄適中(因為叫左淨瘦關係,所以完全唔肥),加左1蚊配酸菜(另上), 因為阿姐話初時可以試真個羊味, 之後食食下覺得太寡, 可以加返D酸菜會變成另一番酸辣風味, 就咁不經不覺D米線好快冇晒, 連D湯都飲左好多羊骨湯底, 手切羊肉, 再加上果幾滴精髓所在嘅羊油, 真係好難喺香港其他地方搵到(分店除外)

其實我不嬲唔太食羊, 不過上個月, 有好羊的朋友介紹我去呢一間唔講唔知, 觀塘竟然有間食羊肉的米線店 仲好多人等添喎!! 入到去, 朋友就話, 唔洗諗架喇, 我幫你諗好咗起初, 我對羊都抗拒, 聞吓先, 朋友仔笑我, 食啦, 好好味架, 估唔到真係有驚喜如果大家對食羊肉有興趣, 或者想試新野, 不妨試吓呢間啦
