不過講到最鐘意既一樣,就係平時打邊爐唔會食到既油炸鬼啦!事關呢度係食粥底火鍋先會有呢樣嘢,油炸鬼放左落湯之後真係好爽口,但又唔會好似鄉鈴咁浸到「林」晒,有啲似平時食西餐個包浸落西湯入面既感覺。

另外都好想讚下呢度既staff都係叔叔,全部都好親切有禮貌,又同我地傾下計,見我地唔知應該落邊樣先又會教我地,有時又幫我地「搞」下個粥底,以免啲粥會痴底。以呢個價錢嚟講,呢個服務同食物質素同份量嚟講真係好值,一定會再嚟食!

幾抵食,二百多食好多款野食,下次會再來,不過會係一班人來食。

從來不寫食評的我,都想寫寫初次體驗的感受。6個朋友的聚會,決定試粥底火鍋,我在開飯上找了6間店,最後朋友一致決定選了靚粥工房。鋪面完全不起眼,店內面積不大,大概只可同時容納20人左右。分兩個時段,我們選了第一場,6:00-9:30pm。餐單根據老闆當日安排,據聞每天不同。初來的粥底,很稀的米水,有皮蛋,但粥水完全冇味的。今日海鮮是:鮑魚、白貝、大蜆、海蝦、蟶子、泥鯭魚、三星蟹;另外還有雞、魚旦、肉丸、冬菇、南瓜、嚮鈴、油條、炸魚皮。*鮑魚忘記影,很新鮮的,一人一隻。餐單份量很足夠,位位$198,免收加一。餐單沒有牛肉及菜,要的請自費加上。飲品只有汽水,$10/罐,店內不設啤酒,如有需要,請自行攜帶入內。吃到大概7:45pm, 原來淡而無味的粥水,已煲得七七八八,南瓜溶入粥底,變成很綿,很有鮮味的海鮮南瓜粥,正!👍🏻 打到最後都吃不完,我們覺得很浪費,最後分了4個盒子把粥帶走,回家當宵夜吃了!超滿足!此店值得推介,可以再來幫襯!😘

吃到大概7:45pm, 原來淡而無味的粥水,已煲得七七八八,南瓜溶入粥底,變成很綿,很有鮮味的海鮮南瓜粥,正!👍🏻 打到最後都吃不完,我們覺得很浪費,最後分了4個盒子把粥帶走,回家當宵夜吃了!超滿足!

其他就不過不失
肥牛加$50呢個份量我就覺得吾太抵啦

係好鮮甜 好好味 不過都好飽

以往經驗, 用粥底打邊爐的通常以白粥為主, 而"靚粥"則加入皮蛋做粥底, 更具風味。因為是用上粥底的關係, 店方配合主題送來油炸鬼佐伴, 吸收粥底或當餐前小食都不錯。

本地手切牛肉沒有包含在內, 需要另加$20, 因其中一小花戎牛, 唯有暫別這火鍋好搭檔, 雖然只吃過海鮮, 肉類不多, 但海鮮十分新鮮亦很鮮甜, 已經非常飽肚滿足。

吃過海鮮後, 最後來碗吸滿了海鮮精華的粥底, 滾得綿綿, 鮮味十足, 飽肚也十足, 超鮮的味道很好吃, 雖然已飽到不行, 大家還是添了兩、三次呢。

雖然沒有裝修可言, 坐得也較迫狹, 但席上不少為女生呢! 港女雖出名挑剔, 但也竊聽到她們對小店的讚賞。價錢不貴, 沒有加一, 加上店方的海鮮是從塔門新鮮送來, 吃得盡興的鮮甜, 想享受划算粥底海鮮的美味, 我想可以選擇這家。
