我係第一次食粥底打邊爐,都係求其係open rice search 邊間有位就去,咁岩靚粥工房有位就去試下la老闆都幾nice既,d海鮮好甜同新鮮,就算煲耐左d海鮮都仲係好甜而且都有好多款海鮮食份量係一人一隻la,但都唔會唔夠食條泥鰻魚真超級好食個粥底去到尾係充滿海鮮既甜味價錢合理,無加一現場都都可以叫d現炒小食但因為一晚都好多人食,要等位,所以最好都係book定先今次6個人食,大概2xx一個人值得一試

老闆都幾nice既,
d海鮮好甜同新鮮,

- 呢種魚肉較實淨,魚味較重!而且冇乜骨好容易食
!適合唔太識食魚既人


- 但我地比較鍾意魚肉滑d既!

3)鮮雞件 - 無咩肉版 (每人3-4舊)(3.5星)

- 真係新鮮雞黎!好有雞味!好鮮!肉質實淨!好好食


- 不過我地果碟係雞背同雞脾下面舊皮包骨爲主,冇乜肉食⋯⋯ 點解隔離成碟舊舊都啖啖肉,我地成碟加加埋埋先大概有2-3啖肉
 搞到我地勁羨慕隔離枱碟真·雞脾
 如果啖啖肉既話,應該可以有5星


4)鮮鮑魚仔 (每人1隻)(4.5星)


- 係新鮮貨!除左勁彈牙外,鮑魚既鮮甜味都好出!我地連辣椒豉油都唔點就食晒!

佢仲配埋個辣椒豉油比大家點野食!唔錯嫁!而且店員又會不時自動幫你加粥,加茶,仲會幫你搞埋個粥底,服務好好

午餐太座提議到這小店,當然不能反對。店舖門面都幾殘舊,店內就放了幾張方枱、圓凳。勉強收貨。午市未有粥底火鍋,唯有叫了兩個粥,蘿蔔糕及炒麵。粥的配料不多,尤魚,魚片及蠔仔都很新鮮。但放了過多的味精和鹹了一點。蘿蔔糕不錯,煎得少少過燶。豉油皇炒麵是即炒的,但豉油過甜不鹹也不香。失敗之作。本來想試的粥底火鍋現在隨緣吧!

這裡有一種罕有的大尾魷,是塔門水域獨有的,不是經常有得提供,要吃到便要看當天的彩數,慶幸兩次來到都吃到
這種魷魚肉厚脆嫩,每啖咀嚼起來都有不同的口感。
鮮雞非常嫩滑亦有雞味,建議睇錶~落粥後十分鐘即刻撈起,再沾一點辣椒豉油……正呀

蟶子好彈牙,但落粥底後小心走失,唔係太熟的話就變香口膠了
這裡沿用牛展代替肥牛或鮮牛,唔係太喜歡牛展那質感,若店主可以考慮給客人選擇就好了
三點蟹,懶得用手剝殼的話,可放入口中不停地吮,非常甜美

你以為呢度好似心粥館來食粥嗎?

首先,呢度日頭係有得食下午飯,唔係一定只有食粥做午飯,而佢有幾野好出名,什麼飯麵粉都有,小小鋪頭卻如茶餐廳的大千世界,今晚來到包場,我們一定有叫,大部分這裡美味的小食我們都一概不遺漏。

每次,我地都會叫呢家鄉煎蠔旦,呢個像蠔餅的蛋餅,蠔仔大粒,蛋加上蔥花和豉油,沒有蠔餅的麵粉,是另一種蠔的風味。

乾炒叉燒蝦米腸,是我今晚第一次吃的小食,只怪大遲認識,我最愛的炒腸粉在三星的唐閣,然後就是這裡的,腸粉煎得香脆,個底咬落去彈牙,叉燒散落像烏雲密佈,味道辣而可口,是無得輸的作品。

塔門蜆,呢個不得了的蜆雖然唔大隻,但由於佢個天然形態關係,佢滿載了萬千海水於一身,雖然沒有大蜆的霸氣和龐大身形,但吃下去還是那個鮮味的蜆肉是不容置疑的。

蝦,彈牙多膏,你以為細細隻就唔可食,沒有虎蝦大隻的身形但味道卻沒有分別,你也怎能不吃蝦呢。

有魚有蝦點可以無蟹,來到了以海鮮為名的店,雖然這裡的蟹不是很肥美大隻啖啖飯的蟹,然這裡的花蟹卻非常新鮮,對我們今晚來的目的打了個基礎。

原本諗住生日嗰日同屋企人一齊黎食但我早一個月多啲打黎book位但係都要過咗過生日十日到先有早段時間(其實上年都已經想食但係book唔到)其實間野係街度好唔顯眼果然入面真係好細!我哋係第一檯到嘅客員工就已經問我哋上得未,我哋話得佢就開始上,仲好快就上晒所有料添!有好多海鮮啱晒我真係魚蝦蟹都有,非常新鮮特別要提嘅係個牛𦟌,真係真係好食好有牛肉味!仲要份量唔少添,係密麻麻咁一層一層咁鋪喺隻碟上面而且碟雞仲要係新鮮雞!所有都好好,唯獨有一樣奇怪係啲油炸鬼,因為凍哂林晒店員亦都周不時會幫我地加粥底最後真係好飽好飽,仲打包埋成個粥底添!咁既價錢有咁既質素,絕對係抵尤其係對我呢個又鍾意打邊爐又鍾意食海鮮既人PS.如果大家想book位記得要至少早一個月打去問!而且啲海鮮可能次次唔一樣架,因為嗰日有個人問打邊爐有乜食,店員都係答佢"答你唔到因為每次都唔一樣"其實我都好想試下佢哋個魷魚,唯有下次啦。

有好多海鮮啱晒我
真係魚蝦蟹都有,非常新鮮
特別要提嘅係個牛𦟌,真係真係好食好有牛肉味!
仲要份量唔少添,係密麻麻咁一層一層咁鋪喺隻碟上面
而且碟雞仲要係新鮮雞!
所有都好好,唯獨有一樣奇怪係啲油炸鬼,因為凍哂林晒

店員亦都周不時會幫我地加粥底
最後真係好飽好飽,仲打包埋成個粥底添!
咁既價錢有咁既質素,絕對係抵
尤其係對我呢個又鍾意打邊爐又鍾意食海鮮既人

PS.如果大家想book位記得要至少早一個月打去問!
而且啲海鮮可能次次唔一樣架,因為嗰日有個人問打邊爐有乜食,店員都係答佢"答你唔到因為每次都唔一樣"

同行的有6男5女,食材的份量相當足夠,還吃剩了響鈴 (不是不好吃,但真的太飽了)。吃到9成飽,是時候喝粥,把餘下的1成也KO了。
每位只是$190,食材超新鮮之餘,份量可媲美任食的飽肚感,超值啦!大家飽到動彈不得之時,有朋友乘機book 埋下一次,我們諗住下次搵多d 人,包埋成個場 (二十人就行了)

原來粥底火鍋已經流行好幾年,只是國內比香港較為普遍。這天趁著炎夏未到,受好友一家邀請首次品嚐。站在門外良久,令人費解這間零裝潢的飯堂也須要很早訂枱??其實理由很簡單吧!這裡有食火鍋必備的強勁風調,每位$190的價錢便食到一桌海鮮食物,而且店員會不停主動加粥水,最重要係環境唔嘈,包場聚會一流!20人便可包場,難怪要早1、2個月來預訂! 火鍋底用了水多米少的皮旦粥,再加上鮑魚仔、海蝦、塔門蟹(體形雖少卻有蟹肉蟹味,令整碗粥生色不少)、魷魚(非常易咬)、肥美的蠔、大蟶子、蜆(貝殼類都處理得很好沒有沙)、馬駮蝦滑(十分欣賞,像零腥味的鯪魚魚球)、牛展肉、雞肉、泥鯭魚、冬菇南瓜、響鈴,仲有送粥一流的油條!聽聞這家的食材是由塔門每天新鮮運來,雖然不能求証,但當天有看到店員接過買餸車仔的食材,更相信是每天購入,難怪除了肉類一般,大部分食材都新鮮令人滿意!

火鍋底用了水多米少的皮旦粥,再加上鮑魚仔、海蝦、塔門蟹(體形雖少卻有蟹肉蟹味,令整碗粥生色不少)、魷魚(非常易咬)、肥美的蠔、大蟶子、蜆(貝殼類都處理得很好沒有沙)、馬駮蝦滑(十分欣賞,像零腥味的鯪魚魚球)、牛展肉、雞肉、泥鯭魚、冬菇南瓜、響鈴,仲有送粥一流的油條!
聽聞這家的食材是由塔門每天新鮮運來,雖然不能求証,但當天有看到店員接過買餸車仔的食材,更相信是每天購入,難怪除了肉類一般,大部分食材都新鮮令人滿意!
