** 好難食的排骨擔擔麵 **剛剛行過天后電氣道見到一間寫住 排骨麵,咁樣就入去試吓。入到去第一個感覺就已經聞到舖頭入邊有一股廁所渠味,已經心知不妙。店舖亦非常細小,及光線不足。叫咗一個排骨擔擔麵 - 擔擔面係用黃色幼油面而不是白色陽春面,豬扒唔係酥炸嗰種,味道偏甜又細件。唯一就是這杯凍嘅豆漿可以合格。絕對唔會再去,完全中伏。簡單食咗少少,就即刻離開而價錢一般成為$60元正。我食咗50幾年排骨湯麵,今次係畢生難忘呢一次。 continue reading

这家上海麵館坐落於天后的橋底下,不太顯眼,所以很容易被遺忘,昨天路過,就記得以前也吃過幾次,記得馳明豬排麵是好好味的,所以要入去再試。今次叫了醉雞擔擔麵,炸大腸和回鍋肉,擔擔麵的花生醬味湯超香,我差不多整碗湯喝完,醉雞酒味濃,喜歡重酒味的應該會喜歡,回鍋肉炒椰菜,餸飯一流,炸大腸脹卜卜,熱辣辣,点埋那個甜酸醬,超好味,好邪惡,但一定要叫,唯一是有点肥膏,肥膩咗少少!这些隱世小廚,一定要多多支持一下! continue reading

天后尋找美食,真係幾多選擇,開咗好多新店,亦有唔少老字號,如果要試晒可能都要幾個月。今晚試咗一間老字號担担麵。裝修都保留咗懷舊嘅風格,位置唔多但枱與枱之間都有好多空位,唔會坐得唔舒服。第一次食,當然要叫佢嘅招牌排骨担担麵。炸豬扒我最怕就係太多漿粉,炸到好似吉列豬扒咁。加上佢係生炸豬排,可以做到外屎香脆,入面充滿肉汁。担担麵嘅湯好香好香嘅花生醬味,加上小辣刺激味蕾,真係好開胃。地址天后電氣道63-81號發昌樓地下L號舖港鐵天后站A2出口,步行約3分鐘 continue reading

半打垟狀況,但又想食上海麵,明知食評一般,也勇敢一試,最多就是難食吧了!點了酸辣雲吞麵,三鮮上海幼麵。出茶速度可以,即叫即煮,熱辣辣;三鮮包含雞絲,火腿及蝦仁,每樣份量都多,湯底清徹,蝦仁有蝦味,唔算多油,比想像中好。酸辣湯雲吞有四粒,韮菜餡料,味度唔錯,酸辣湯冇乜特別。兩個麵送上兩杯豆漿,唔算甜!幾好!整體比想像中理想! continue reading

夜晚加班路過,見無咩人,以前試過都ok 所以再試。一個樓面一腳踢,一個師父坐外面睇手機。菜單以麵食年糕為主,另外有唔少涼菜,以舖面形像嚟睇,價錢唔平。叫咗招牌排骨擔擔麵。炸排骨另上,口感可以但完全無調味,要點豉油。碗底偏冧,似經濟包装乾麵。跟無味開水豆醬一杯,但最恐怖係一碗橙色漿粉煮嘅湯,一層油浮面,輕微到唔覺嘅麻醬味,兩棵瘦弱白菜仔,一條搾菜絲,無睇錯,係一條!枱面油立立,黐立立,真係没有最差,只有更差。唔明點解仲可以生存!埋單六十。 continue reading
