因為疫情關係,去咗中國公幹嘅好友已經好耐冇見。疫情緩和,終於返香港見吓朋友仲要食返餐。呢排真係好多餐廳都係俾budget佢哋寫菜,今次都唔例外。呢餐真係好好味,性價比極高,超級滿意。鹽燒南非鮑魚+魚子糖心蛋椒鹽鮑魚外脆內軟,香口非常,加埋椒鹽個配搭真係好正。我個人本身唔鍾意食魚子,覺得佢有啲腥,但係個糖心蛋就好好味。萬壽果燉響螺汽鍋湯食得出佢嘅滋潤,最令人難以置信嘅係燉完個湯,佢嘅雞同埋響螺等等全部都仍然可以食,唔會好鞋。西芹彩椒雲耳炒星班球星班煎得香口,啖啖肉, 正。蟲草花蒸星班件件一班兩食,兩種完全唔同嘅風味但係都好食。蒸班件一樣啖啖肉,冇咗香口嘅感覺更加食得出個魚味,同蟲草花好夾。中總炸子雞 伴 印尼蝦片蝦片食得出係鮮炸,雞件炸得好香而不油。金銀蛋浸菠菜菠菜鮮嫩,配合金銀蛋咸而不膩。中華軒砂鍋炒飯香港人鍾意食粒粒乾身嘅炒飯,呢個炒飯絕對係符合標準。可惜唔啱我,我比較鍾意台式炒飯,粒粒晶瑩軟滑但係唔會太乾。所以呢個港式標準炒飯我就一般。薑汁撞奶最怕用薑整嘅甜品冇薑味,而家喺出面食甜品,好多時薑湯,薑水等等嗰啲全部都唔落足料去煲。呢個薑汁撞奶,絕對落足材料,薑味糖夠辣,同奶味混成一體,係成餐飯嘅畫龍點睛 continue reading

已有兩年沒有見面的朋友,今天聚在中華總商會晚膳。先來了豬展南北杏雪耳木瓜湯,清甜又潤肺。古法雲耳蒸龍躉件,師傅用了欖角再加了冬菇絲丶金針丶雲耳蒸龍躉,太豐富了。大家都愛吃的叉燒燒鵝拼盤,惹味又有嚼感。香蒜白菜燴上湯,清甜的白菜仔,有咬感。香煎蓮藕夾,爽脆,有嚼勁。香煎蠔仔餅,蠔仔新鮮又肥美,漲卜卜很香脆。送上免費紅豆沙又香又滑。我們來到這裡必吃的椰子雪糕加涼粉,很香滑,你能咬到一粒粒的椰子,很有嚼感配上涼粉真是一絕。 continue reading

朋友請客到中華軒吃午飯,新裝修之後都沒有嚟過。聽聞食物很出色比以前好吃頭盤有叉燒酥,真的很酥脆。每人一大粒手工鮮蝦餃,一籠一隻,蝦肉很彈牙。燉湯有姖松茸燉螺頭,沒有半點味精,非常補身,很清甜。西芹炒龍躉球,龍躉球肉質很厚實,魚味很香濃新鮮。懷舊蝦多士每人一件,實在想在食更多,唔夠喉。砂礓霸王雞,雞肉很嫩滑,沙薑味很香,不會太咸。清湯 蒜子浸菜心廚皇炒飯不得不讚這個炒飯,粒粒金香,很夠獲氣。材料都很多。 continue reading

去會所食有一個好處 : 就係一般嚟講, 服務service都比六星級酒店好好多。我個人的經驗就是餐廳的服務非常好。(我作為客人 應約,先被安排坐低,職員奉上一杯非常非常香口的陳皮普洱茶, 很感動。)至於 食物味道方面也是非常出色, 單係一味佛跳牆 已經可以 教識好多假“食神”乜嘢先至叫做係好食。人在香港, 我覺得有多人,太多利益衝得喇,有啲時候 乜都話好食,呢樣又好, 嗰樣又唔錯 , 其實良心唔會痛㗎咩?!算啦 , 都係做返好自己本份, 憑良心 ,覺得好嘅就稱讚, 唔好嘅就批評算。 continue reading

朋友請客,朋友一早揀定菜單。坐喺度等食,環境舒適,服務員態度友善。懷舊蝦多士點解要叫懷舊,可能已經越來越少餐廳有得食啦,自己整功夫都好多㗎,又要釀啲蝦滑上麵包,再炸。碟上沒有太多多餘的油,蝦滑彈牙,麵包香脆。砂薑無骨豬手最欣賞呢碟呀,其實一向鍾意食豬手,好多骨膠原,不過要選骨好唔方便。 餐廳細心,已把豬手去骨,豬皮彈牙連豬筋一齊食,彈牙又煙韌,個汁料調教得好,食唔停口。襌關萬丈其實即係原個蕃茄,上湯去蒸,賣相好,食落去幾新鮮開胃。麻香雞有芝麻鋪喺雞上面,再去焗,雞嫩滑多汁,又有芝麻嘅香。雞湯浸勝瓜勝瓜煮得剛剛好,吸晒雞湯嘅精華。海鮮泡飯有心思,配上脆米,一人一小碗剛剛好。好滿足的飯聚,謝謝朋友請客 continue reading
