去會所食有一個好處 : 就係一般嚟講, 服務service都比六星級酒店好好多。我個人的經驗就是餐廳的服務非常好。(我作為客人 應約,先被安排坐低,職員奉上一杯非常非常香口的陳皮普洱茶, 很感動。)至於 食物味道方面也是非常出色, 單係一味佛跳牆 已經可以 教識好多假“食神”乜嘢先至叫做係好食。人在香港, 我覺得有多人,太多利益衝得喇,有啲時候 乜都話好食,呢樣又好, 嗰樣又唔錯 , 其實良心唔會痛㗎咩?!算啦 , 都係做返好自己本份, 憑良心 ,覺得好嘅就稱讚, 唔好嘅就批評算。

這是只招待會員的會所,今午有幸跟隨老闆到來(之前也到過一次),一邊開會一邊午飯,但亦因此不能拍照。老闆點了海蜇拼燻腣,豉油雞半隻,雙東羊腩煲及炸魚腐,份量也十分足夠我們四人食用。海蜇夠爽脆但燻腣就一般,豉油雞的豉油很好味而雞肉也嫩滑。炸魚腐內裏加了蝦,更有鮮味。最有驚喜是雙東羊腩煲,各樣材料也炆得很𣺉,味道雖然沒有其他酒樓的那麼濃,但對我來講剛剛好,枝竹入味,羊肉每件都大小適中。最後還點了甜品,有蛋白杏仁茶,芝麻糊及合桃糊,我是吃杏仁茶的,很像開粉,不是生磨。這裏收費不便宜,這餐也要過千元。雖然是舊式裝修,這裏枱與枱之間有寬倘的距離,比較靜,是談天的好地方。

朋友定的盛宴,好令人歡愉。不是豪華外表,佈置简僕好像十多年前的酒樓格局。朋友與這里的人都很熟,突然有些家的親切感。大廚水準甚佳。十多道菜,來到三樣本人已飽足! 淮山螺頭湯好香。。海星斑蒸的剛剛好。燒雞吊起來用熟油一遍遍的淋上,令其特別脆但肉仍嫩。這做法聽來甚殘忍但不忍中我還只有吃了。乳鸽也是另一名菜。因本人不太爱吃肉(而且己很飽了),所以最愛的除了湯外,卻是豬腳薑和杏仁茶湯圓。豬腳薑的薑夠辣,又用鴨蛋而非雞蛋。好入味。杏仁茶明顯生磨的,忍不住吃了两碗。柚子鵝掌也燜煮出色。讚。中餐一般港人吃的甚多要求甚高,這可谓挺出色。就是點的有點太多了。

因本人不太爱吃肉(而且己很飽了),所以最愛的除了湯外,卻是豬腳薑和杏仁茶湯圓。豬腳薑的薑夠辣,又用鴨蛋而非雞蛋。好入味。杏仁茶明顯生磨的,忍不住吃了两碗。

柚子鵝掌也燜煮出色。讚。

 鮑汁薑蔥撈粗麵:其他餸菜實在太溜,所以依款冇乜料o既單尾真係好合適。薑蔥香口,鮑汁索左入麵嗰度,客人可以喺少料o既情況下張注意力放喺半乾身而又彈牙o既麵條上

 香滑煎堆仔:外表可能冇煙,但係大家一定要小心辣親條脷呀!第一層外皮鬆脆,第二層麵粉夠煙韌,最中間嗰層芝麻夠流心,味道質感可以話係餸如其名,香甜滑溜
!不過最值得誇獎o既係個煎堆可以做到咁乾身,唔油膩;冇誇張架,唔需要借助吸油紙,碟上都絕無油積

黃金煎中蝦 兩隻中蝦連殼,黃金者,鹹蛋黃是也,但這處放得不多,也許怕我們膽固醇超標?蝦是新鮮爽口的,但欠缺了這道菜的神髓,不夠鹹蛋黃,少了那份鹹甘香。

八寶蓮子鴨,侍者送至席前已聞到鴨香味,是將很多材料塞滿入一隻去了骨的鴨膛內炸和蒸熟,據說材料有蓮子,薏米,江瑤柱,冬菇,栗子,鹹蛋和糯米等,鴨肉嫩香,然而,其他材料已溶化,分不出有甚麼法寶。

鮮腐竹莧菜,吃了幾道重味的菜,轉吃一道較清淡的素菜,清清味蕾,鮮腐竹,本菇,莧菜等,有著不同的柔軟纖維,令口腔享受一次溫柔的按摩。

水晶瑤柱炒飯 加了帶子粒和蛋白來炒飯,飯,炒得粒粒分明,瑤柱拆絲和炸過,加添口感和香味。

過橋宮麵,素白的宮麵甚少在宴會出現,雖不彈牙,但爽口,兩隻蝦仁,菜粒和冬菇粒為這碗麵加了鮮甜味。

生磨蛋白杏仁茶 杏仁味不是太凸出,可能是好事,因為人工杏仁精油必定很濃烈,甜度適合現今需要,吃到滑滑的蛋白,這餐很滿足。

席間友人娓娓道來在南非某城市旅遊時之經歷,導遊叮囑勿外出酒店範圍,以免生危險,友人們沒聽勸告,一班中華英雄大膽外出,見酒店商場的保安持輕機鎗和用獵豹把守門口,亦未知事態嚴重,直至在街上發生有財物損失事故才知不妙,這也令常住井底的我增廣不少見聞。

Service was quite good, perhaps because we were in the VIP room?
