搬左過黎做野，食過呢間店已經無數次，最愛既紫菜牛腩粗麵。當出面1次加價都要幾蚊既時候，呢到由2年前既剩牛腩麵 $28 到而家紫菜牛腩粗都只係 $32，仲要大大碗保證食得飽，今時今日既香港地真係無嘜幾多間做到。其實我真係好怕食牛腩，因為牛腩整得太乾，D肉就會好易"sit"牙縫。但係呢一間既牛腩，唔會好乾，牛腩又多。如果怕肥既人，可以叫瘦腩，通常C父都會好好切D真係瘦既俾你。同埋個湯底有好香牛腩味，加埋佢地既辣油，正！！ continue reading

一個人食飯，通常都會食碗麵就算。 叫咗一碗牛腩湯粗麵。上枱時，䓤花在匙分開上。牛腩都頗多，略帶小小肥，但入口肉質不差，加埋小小肥都幾香，煮得夠腍同幾入味。湯底味道一般比較清，粗麵軟硬度亦適中。埋單三十蚊左右，是個不錯的選擇！ continue reading

    從前上班午飯喜愛帶自家飯, 不過早陣子換了新環境, 就開始過著每天外出午飯的日子.這天又想不到吃什麼, 唯有隨便就來個撈麵好了.叫個切腩撈麵, 三十多元份量都算幾多, 而且切腩堆得滿滿的, 底下還有幾條油菜和蠔油麵條不會一PAT PAT都算OK, 吃起來彈性不太夠, 有點鹼水味, 但尚可接受切腩半肥瘦勻稱, 入口肉味都算濃但質地鞋口, 有點乾, 幸好連著點點肥脂吃起來還算OK整體以價格三十多來說算是合理吧, 始終想快又要大份, 就不能要求那麼多了. continue reading
