To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

你真係信嗰啲幾餸飯真係新鮮日日即製。
開到咁濃味畀你咪就係想冚咗唔新鮮嘅味道。

食過好多所謂嘅高級食材所煮嘅美食,
比不上廚師花心機親自去揀新鮮食材,
然後花心機去煮畀客人食。
寧缺勿濫,
早啲賣曬賺少咗好過為咗賺多啲入多咗貨。

週末既中午,一個人帶住阿女參加學校活動。中午放 lunch break 時,我本以為一定要吃麥當勞小妹才會開心。但當我們正準備行出學校門口,問女女有沒有興趣食雲吞麵。沒想到佢竟然一口答應。於是,我就選擇了最近她學校的《馬記牛什粉麵》,兩父女,吃一個親切的粉麵午餐。阿女想食雲吞,所以點了一份雲吞撈麵給她。雲吞,以湯雲吞的形式出現,而麵,就是可口的蠔油撈幼麵。幫阿女弄了兩粒雲吞出來,她吃得非常之滿足,原因就是這兒的雲吞夠大。雲吞,入口有好香既豬肉味,有好香既蝦肉味,當然,不能少的,就是更香既大地魚味啦。我點的,是牛腩雲吞粗麵。上到檯才覺得笨,既然幫阿女叫了雲吞,我應該配魚皮餃,魚蛋之類的東東。而牛腩,是清湯牛腩,加埋蒜粒同芫荽,入口的味道好香,而且牛腩的味道濃濃的,腍得黎又有一絲絲的感覺,不錯。而他們的麵條,是介乎爽口與腍身之間,口感剛剛好。店子雖然好細,好簡單。而往往就是這些小麵店,才會做到一碗用心及美味的麵食給大家啊。這《馬記牛什粉麵》,值得回頭。此外,店叔叔對我這一個算是陌生的客人都當街坊一樣,熱情招待,真係非常之親切。

用心煮及製作的餐廳。 充滿街坊人情味。尤其最愛胡椒豬肚湯,唔鹹,胡椒的辣味剛剛好、豬腸豬肚洗得好乾淨,無腥味,如果唔喜歡芫茜的食客,記得叫走芫茜。朋友好喜歡獅蚶,其他朋友試吃都覺得味道好,而且洗得好乾淨,看得出很用心。蠔仔粥D蠔很肥壯,已經不是蠔仔是蠔佬。雞翼比出面餐廳更大隻。整體來說,是家庭菜式,價錢非常合宜,店主很友善,如果喜歡家庭小菜,簡簡單單生活,喜歡街坊鄰居的人情味,不妨來試試。店舖環境不大,吃飯期間,其實都客似雲來,來等外賣的人也不少。

昨日中午行過,唔想去商場食連鎖餐。一入去,舖頭細細比較暗的,牆上貼滿好多自家特色小食,有蝦棗、蘿蔔餅、蓮藕餅、潮州滷水鵝等等,就知道自己冇揀錯。我叫左牛坑腩米粉、炸蝦棗,老公叫左肥牛河。牛坑腩好腍,米粉係比較幼,像銀絲米粉個種,個人鍾意呢種米粉 ,牛坑腩好多舊,等於九龍城食的double 份量,米粉就細細個,湯底濃郁。講真37蚊,咁的份量質素超班。老公就叫錯了,37蚊碗肥牛就梗係唔係靚肥牛,黎呢度都係食牛雜牛腩。蝦棗食唔出有蝦,但炸得好鬆脆,唔油,下次要試其他小食。埋單時老闆多謝前多謝後,睇得出緊張自己生意,總體來講,是值得支持的街坊小店呀。

馬記牛什…以前耐唔耐會去食碗牛腩河..但有一次係見到餐廳上面有個手寫menu有鹹雞米線/飯/半隻/一隻賣…因為平時實在都好鐘意食雞..所以嗰時就放棄咗個牛腩麵點知試過之後覺得好好食今日又去咗叫碗外賣返屋企慢慢嘆😂雞件真係好滑…加上咸度適中..將啲湯倒落個米線度…本身個湯底唔算好濃..加湯後,啲雞油慢慢浮面..個湯即刻唔同左鍾意食辣嘅可以加埋佢嘅辣椒油..不過佢哋個辣椒油只係BB程度..建議可以加自己嘅私伙..另外再叫咗一個蒜辣雞翼尖..佢就唔似X仔既味道..係有小小似滷水汁加辣椒蒜蓉..入味的..但再辣點會更好

雞件真係好滑…加上咸度適中..
將啲湯倒落個米線度…
本身個湯底唔算好濃..
加湯後,啲雞油慢慢浮面..
個湯即刻唔同左

鍾意食辣嘅可以加埋佢嘅辣椒油..
不過佢哋個辣椒油只係BB程度..
建議可以加自己嘅私伙..
