今日係天后食左間新開既上海菜👍🏼👍🏼超掂!又唔費!。🥢孜然羊肉 $98個羊肉好香好多孜然味,肉質好嫩,我鍾意食一啲辣嘅,所以對我黎講啲辣粉夠辣好好食!。🥢乾煸四季豆 $78四季豆炸到有啲焦脆,個味道好香好脆口,而且啲辣椒亦都夠辣夠味,$78都唔算貴。。🥢排骨擔擔麵 $68擔擔麵就係我個人最愛嘅面食之一!呢碗麵底濃湯好入味,仲有少少辣椒粉同花椒粉嘅香味,好開胃。啲排骨又鮮嫩多汁。。🥢小籠包 $38皮薄餡多,食落啖啖湯汁流出嚟,仲有豬肉味濃郁,口感真係好正!。🥢招牌鍋貼 $45呢度嘅鍋貼真係非常出色!個鍋貼煎到金黃香脆,餡料豐富有味,每一滴汁都非常好食!。🥢酒釀湯圓 $38如果你鍾意甜品,嚟碗酒釀湯圓絕對唔會讓你失望!湯圓Q彈有口感,酒釀湯汁酸甜適中,食落好舒服。$38嘅價錢相當平民化!

位於天后的上海菜餐館,地方不太大,繁忙時間有可能需要搭枱。餐廳供應京川滬菜式,有涼拌冷盤、拉麵、小籠包、餃子、年糕、小菜等等,種類選擇多。冷盤:冷盤組合組合有三款,欖菜四季豆拌素雞、上海燻魚、鎮江肴肉。四季豆、素雞配上欖菜炒勻,味道清新;燻魚醬汁甘甜,肉質厚實大塊,不過略多粗骨,進食時要小心點。鎮江肴肉一層一層,晶瑩剔透,肥而不膩。手工點心類:招牌小籠包小籠包是招牌菜,新鮮蒸起,非常滾燙。皮薄,帶有彈性,可以隱約看到內裡充滿湯汁,肉餡配肉汁鮮味、豐盈。火爆小菜:紅燒獅子頭三大粒圓圓飽滿的肉丸子,墊底的有小棠菜、雲耳、蘿蔔片、野菌。豬肉肉質鬆軟,不多肥肉,而且不像一般肉丸般結實,易入口,醬汁非常下飯。水煮類:酸菜財魚片一大盤金湯酸菜魚,大概二人份量,湯底色香味豐富,不過不太辣。魚塊滑嫩無骨,底下還有金菇絲、寬粉、豆芽、菇菌及酸菜。

由於周末港島工作嘅關係,下午同老公就黎到比較少到嘅天后搵食~~喜歡天后依然有很多小店!剛好發現試營業高s拉麵小籠包 招牌小籠包 $38/4隻皮薄有汁,內餡有肥肉口感唔錯麻醬腐皮卷 $58腐皮卷口感好好,食到天然蔬菜甜味,淋上面麻醬有加分!雪菜肉絲炒年糕 $72 超足料大碟,坊間應該要百幾蚊偏家庭調味!口水雞 $78 例 紅油可分開上,好香麻而不辣,雞肉夠凍!高力豆沙 $48/4 皮略嫌厚左少少咸檸7 $18 雖得半個鹹檸檬, 但非常夠味!青檸梳打 $18 用了雪碧 ~

我的第一篇食評就給了這家在家附近的上海菜小店,本身以前經常出差上海,所以對江浙一帶的菜系情有獨中。小店是新開的,朋友說要試新店就進去了,6:30進入,人不多,可能是新店、心想2人就随便的叫碗麵就算了、沒有期待,可是看到隔壁枱有人1位叫了賽螃蟹和菜飯,隔壁枱表示好吃。我們也不太肚餓、就叫了麻酱腐皮卷是凍食的,實在太好味,腐皮不是炸的,但厚厚的很有咬口,卷著芽菜,紅蘿蔔、木耳,再加上麻醬,很清爽,完全零負擔小籠包一籠四個,皮薄、很多湯汁,我最喜歡湯汁不油膩、(沒感覺放太多調味),即是肉很新鮮,本人的揸筷子功夫不太好,但夾起小籠包也沒有穿。上海炒年糕典型的上海炒法,汁很深色、但不咸,年糕軟硬適中,而且分量很多這晚並沒有拍照,因為本身就不寫食評。但整體很不錯照片是我第二天晚上再去影的嫩雞燴麵也很好吃,雞很滑、不覺得有雪味。

麻酱腐皮卷
是凍食的,實在太好味,腐皮不是炸的,但厚厚的很有咬口,卷著芽菜,紅蘿蔔、木耳,再加上麻醬,很清爽,完全零負擔

小籠包
一籠四個,皮薄、很多湯汁,我最喜歡湯汁不油膩、(沒感覺放太多調味),即是肉很新鮮,本人的揸筷子功夫不太好,但夾起小籠包也沒有穿。

上海炒年糕
典型的上海炒法,汁很深色、但不咸,年糕軟硬適中,而且分量很多

這晚並沒有拍照,因為本身就不寫食評。

但整體很不錯

嫩雞燴麵也很好吃,雞很滑、不覺得有雪味。
